I stopped by this Starbucks on my way back from San Jose coming home. I've seen it before on my drive-through but just never stopped. I love how it looks on the outside. It's unique. It wasn't too busy and they were pretty nice. However, they had a young man work in the register who just didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and eventually had to get replaced, which slowed down the process. My drink was pretty good. I have my go to's and they didn't fail. I would stop here again if I'm ever in the area. read more

Walked in; no one in front of me. The 3 employees were chatting with each other and never greeted me. I stood at the counter for a few seconds until one of them, which I believe is the manager, finally walked over and took my order. Still didn't greet me. I placed my order. The man finally walks over to get the ticket and put my food in the oven. When it was ready, he placed it on the rack and called someone b else's name. In walked over and saw one off the orders was mine. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is NOT how most of the Starbucks employees are at other locations. Someone needs to retrain these 3 people! It's a convenient location for travel and the baristas are pretty nice. The reasons for just 3 stars is the lost art of customer service. My order was grabbed by someone else when I was in the restroom. After waiting for a bit, I asked about my order. Well it turned out that someone else took it (They didn't get my name so it must have been in a bag without a name.) and it was the last one Starbucks had in stock. I was offered a somewhat similar food item. So I basically paid for something I originally didn't order or want. The better customer service would have been a refund, along with alternative item I was given, or a voucher for a future drink, which is what Starbucks used to do for customers if there was a real mix up. The employee was nice and polite, so I think it's just Starbucks being less customer-service oriented than it was in the past. read more

Not good....really frustrating place. Every single time the drinks are wrong. I only add drizzle and every single time, I have to ask for it. If you remind them the drink is incorrect, the whole lot of them stare as if it's an inconvenience. I believe they would want a $7 cup of coffee to be what they ordered if it were them. Just be friendly! Doesn't take much to say, "oh! Let's fix that!" And be kind. They seem to not love their place of work here. Every drink in our orders is either missing something or entirely the wrong drink. Hot instead of iced, wrong milks, missing a topping....it is spelled out in the side of the drinks and then they seem mad to have to do it. I know they enjoy good service when they go places, so a little effort goes a long way! read more

This place really makes me want to never come back, I originally ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso and when I recieved the drink the milk was all chunky. When I told the barrista about this she ungratefully got the drink and filled it with ice (i ordered light ice) and she slammed my drink on the counter. Great location! Never had to wait super long to order or receive my drink. Lots of places to sit inside and out. Was not crowded the time I had visited. They have a fully stocked refrigerated area and bakery section along with stocked shelves full of merchandise. Placed on a corner, this store gets a lot of natural light coming in. Starbucks a nice flare of the country side. The service was good, fast and satisfactory. The food was the usual expected from Starbucks. The outdoor seating was very pleasant with the view of the vineyards. Indoor is pleasant enough to meet up or just chill. Public parking, restrooms and WiFi is available. Little store that is well located on 84/Isabell. Remodeled last year with update furniture. Staff is always helpful and good natured. The interior is clean. Today had them clean out of napkins but that is the first time in years. Good amount of outdoor seating for when the weather is good. Surrounded my vineyard that separates the building from 84 makes this a lovely place to chat over coffee, or tea in my case. read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. And I'm never one to leave reviews unless it's actually bad or the food is sooo mind blowing-LY good. I guess I felt like there was some feelings I can't pinpoint. But this one lady delayed my order and was getting everyone's food orders out. But once one of the workers remembered I was waiting for a longer time than usual, she lady in charge of food gave my order, but put my foood on the side of the table opposite of me, so I had to go up and go all the way around the counter. It was so weird because the way she was looking at me, and the fact that she gave the food directly to the man right next to me. I've never experienced racisim , but if this is what it is, it's such not cool and no Starbucks employee should be treating anyone like this. They're literally at a rest stop, and they close at 6pm but we're closed before that. SO many people tried going in to use the bathroom because the Chevron in the same shopping center/rest stop had a line all the way to the door at times (I was at this rest stop for about 40 minutes). They would have gotten SOOO much business with all the people willing to buy a drink after they used the bathroom. I was really, really craving my usual Chai. This place sucks. When I went to Starbucks this morning in Livermore, I was in sweatpants and a beanie. The barista was so rude to me. She was talking to the guy in front of me, very respectful, laughing. The barista gets to me, and she looks me up and down very rudely. I asked if she could fill my hydro flask and she was said "...sure." Then I got my water. She wouldn't even look me in the eyes, it was so weird. I walked over to the bathroom while my drink was being made. And I hear the baristas say "looks like just rolled out of bed or homeless". I'm the only person in the store. Then I'm waiting for my drink I ordered and she starts moving the drinks away from the counter like I was going to steal them. Stopped there at 2:00pm on Saturday and they ran out of cold brew, ran out of spinach wraps , ran out of coffee cakes and a bunch of other items. It's either they were swarm by a crowd of hungry Starbucks loving zombies or they simply don't know how to manage and maintain their stock properly. VERY ACCOMODATING staff who went out of their way to substitute the normal formulas as there was a shortage of Oatmeal milk. In the past other Starbucks would simply state they are out of one of the ingredients and leave it at that. A couple of the staff members asked if I would like to substitute and make something new and different and I found this very considerate and above and beyond what OTHER stores would have done. The end result was a Honey Chocolate Latte that was delicious and off the menu. Cheers to the staff at one of the more forgiving and forward thinking Starbucks!! read more

This is still my favorite Starbucks and recently I've noticed that this location is understaffed. I stopped by today 11/26/21 around 2 pm and the staff was working so hard to serve the customers but there were only 4 employees working. I didn't see the new manager working and it's a shame! The quickest way to loose amazing employees is to overwork and understaff them which results in lost customers due to lack of service. Hoping that the new management will take better care of this great location and wonderful staff. read more

So far this is the best looking location I've been to. The structure totally suits the area; it looks like a winery. There are vineyards surrounding the store as well! The outside looks gorgeous but the inside is just whatever really. I personally didn't care for the inside structure or layout. The service was whatever. Some lady was kind of rude today. It was 80 degrees out and I was sweating from my activities from earlier. I stood in line and asked for an iced water (Typically this is the real way to ask for water; its polite), and she rolled her eyes with frustration and said she's going to need my name and because the line is getting packed.. wtf?!?! there was only 3 people in line and like 6 people in the lobby.. If this is what packed means to her, then she obviously hasn't experienced a real Starbucks traffic in the city or busy location. It was rude and highly ridiculous. What a beautiful Starbucks! This and the one on Dublin Blvd, near Hacienda are my favorites. I love that this one is so wonderfully close to the Vineyards. Just driving to it is a real treat, if you don't mind driving a ways. Customer service is standard of most Starbucks I've been too, although I think they tend to be a bit quicker here. It's close to a salon I like to go to, so I always end up here right after my appointments and sometimes before, and the barista does not waste any time! Green tea frapps here are delicious, and the cake pops are also quite extraordinary if you don't mind not watching your calorie intake too closely ;-) They even have outdoor seating, so you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is my go to location during my commute. This is the mid point between San Jose and Antioch for me. The location of this Starbucks is perfect this is usually during the time of my commute that I'm either getting sleepy or have to stop and use the rest room. The rest room is always clean an presentable. I've been stopping at this Starbucks location at least once a day over the course of the last 8 years. I'm surprised at myself that today was the first time that I've ever checked in. The staff are always nice and courteous the sitting area both inside and out are beautiful. Outdoors you have a great view of vineyards everywhere and a clear view of Ruby Hill Winery across the way. Inside they even have a bookshelf full of books that you can read, borrow, or donate money for or even swap. I thought that was a pretty good idea considering that I love to read a good book. My usual is a Chai Tea Frapacino, I make it dirty when I'm tired (that means two shots of espresso) or I drink their Tea which I absolutely love. Today I bought a coconut milk Carmel Machiatto I was expecting my drink to taste some what like coconut but sadly no dice there. The second purchase I made was a brownie Triffle OMG why did I buy that for? That thing was absolutely scrumptalicous I swear it was. They took square pieces of warm brownie and placed them in a mini cup then put whipped cream and chocolate mocha drizzle on top .... It's was tha BOMB!! This is my Go To location so I shall see them again tomorrow read more

Outstanding store! I stop at this location whenever I've a medical appointment at the nearby Livermore VA Hospital. They ALWAYS make my Frappuccino perfectly which isn't a given at my home store in Modesto. Matt is an outstanding barista and is very efficient while maintaining an outstanding rapport with his customers. Striking that balance isn't always easy. You need the efficiency in speed and drink accuracy but without the rapport the cost of a Frappuccino is rather high for a "coffee"! That is something Starbucks should never lose sight of. If in the name of efficiency they limit barista/customer interaction they'll lose customers in droves! read more

If i could rate them lower i would, this is THE WORST Starbucks i been to in my life, Maybe because of the color of my skin they were a little slow with my order, everybody behind me and in front of me got their orders just fine and somehow mine was lost in limbo, and I waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. The person in front of me had more items than me, and still got his order just fine. When i asked the girl, she said "oh shes got alot of orders" without even knowing what i was talking about. So i personally will never go to the starbucks ever again, and if your in a rush id definitely avoid this location. There were 7 girls behind the desk, yet 3 actually working???? Looks terrible to customers, customer service is more than a smile, sense of urgency would be nice and treating all customers the same respect, everyone before me got a conversation, and it seemed when i get to the register i got a "what can i do for you" I felt racially profiled, the most disrespectful experience ive ever had at starbucks in my life and im 30, and i was wearing my work clothes.
