this location has been overtaken by neighborhood people on drugs. it has always been a favorite stop of mine throughout the work day because the staff and the store itself are amazing, but it's getting to the point of it actually being scary to have to deal with the constant flow of tweakers, both inside and right outside of the store. they act bizarrely and unpredictably, flailing around and jabbering, and i have witnessed them smoking drugs out of tin foil on the sidewalk. the staff do their best to keep things in check but there is only so much that they can do, the cops can't always be there. i feel for the employees and hope it doesn't get any worse. read more

Coffee is always great as well as the service, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, they seem to run out of their food items too often. I work down the road, and use to stop by almost everyday for lunch to grab their amazing chicken salad. I no longer go, because half the time I went, i would order to get up to the window to pay to be told they were sorry but they were out :( read more

I always tip, especially at coffee stands but I replied NO for the first time in years. She walked away, charged me, and then thrust my card back at me without another word.
