I consistently get good service here. I love the coffee!

Cashier was not inviting or informational. She did not inform me of their shortage to complete my drink. The barista who made the drink also try to ignore the fact that they didn't have everything to complete the drink, therefore, I was thrown off. In result of the missing ingredient of the drink, it was too tart for me. Very irritating that they would not address it and just tried to make the drink without seeking customer approval. Irritating as I asked for a different drink due to the issue that was a variance in price. Still at this point was there no apologies. Since I drink brewed coffee, I had a cold cup of java from this location, so it's not my favorite Starbucks.

Nice clean Starbucks, they normally get my order right, and the one time they didn't they corrected their mistake and made up for it. The Barista's are friendly and the few times I have gone through the drive through the service was quick and they got my drink right. read more

This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. They were annoyed from the get-go at the fact I needed more than one drink and when I customized my tea and americano they were even more annoyed. My quad shot americano with cream had no coffee in it. They were not friendly at all. To boot, one staff thought an extra food item was made and gave it to me instead of having to throw it away. The other staff realized it was a mobile order. Since I had not touched it, I told her she could take it. The other customer, understandably wanted a fresh order. Instead of fixing the original order back to me they threw it in the trash. I could have given it to one of my kids, or another kid on our softball team who may not have had breakfast this morning. Why waste food and throw it in the trash. This is so irritating and sad. I shop at a lot of different locations and spend a lot of money at Starbucks. I'm so disappointed in the service I received at this location. read more

Ordered a Grande Americano with extra room and the girl handed it to me full to the top spilled all over in my car asked her to remake and she wanted to pour the excess out. Tried explaining it doesn't taste the same. She seemed pissed that I asked her to remake. She dumped it out and filled my cup with drip coffee. Needless to say I went inside the store and asked for a refund. Pretty sure I am DONE with Starbucks. Not only is the experience poor the coffee is not consistent. I am going to start supporting the little local coffee shops for now on, they seem to understand customers needs and how to make an excellent americano. Bye Bye read more

This has got to be literally the fastest drive-thru of ALL time. (I'm pretty sure this is the Sbux by the Safeway?) Fast, fast, fast service. I have never been through a drive-thru this fast, let alone a STARBUCKS drive-thru. I used to go here on my way to school, even if I was running late since I knew it would take 2 minutes or less to get through! Keep it up!! read more

So dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. Went through the drive through and ordered an iced drink. When I came up to the window they gave me a hot drink. When I told them I wanted it cold they rolled their eyes, sighed loudly and slammed the window and then made a new one. When she made a new one she filled it all the way to the top which then proceeded to spill all over me. The customer service of this place sucks. DO NOT GO HERE. On my way in to work I was a bit early so I stopped by this location. I ordered a spicy chorizo with no meat (I'm a vegetarian), a pink drink, and a venti cup of ice. When I pulled up to the window, the lady seemed stressed so I tried to very polite and have everything ready for her. I asked to use a reward and she rolled her eyes at me. Everything she did seemed to bother her, and she was so slow! I drove off and my sandwich had me and was BLACK ON THE BOTTOM BUN. I will not be going to this location again. Coffee was awfully hot, like burned my tongue hot and the taste was burnt as well. $5.42 for a hot yucky grande. Not a happy camper.

This store is always slow. I frequently sit in the drive thru for 5-10 mins even during off times (not busy).

By far the slowest service, no matter the line of cars one or ten be prepared to wait. Not very efficiently ran.

Every time I come here I am not greeted. When they call my order if I do not offer up my name they will allow my food to sit and get cold unless I am watching like a hawk. I usually have a small child with me so it would be helpful if they took and called my name like everyone else. I will not be going here anytime soon. read more

I have no issues with the service as they are courteous and I just go in and get a cup of coffee. Ok, so my review is on the Blonde Roast. This coffee has a funky taste to it like cardboard. There does not seem to be any bold flavors to it and almost kind of like drinking weak Folgers or something. I am traditionally a dark roast drinker and like my coffee black. I do not drink latte's or any of that other stuff I just want a good cup of coffee that is strong, bold, and no nasty aftertaste. I would not recommend the Blonde roast at all. read more

Slowest Starbucks drive thru ever! I wouldn't recommend unless you have 20 minutes to spare. The fastest I've ever received my order here was 5 minutes and that was because there was only 1 car ahead of me. Don't waste your time here. Go into the Safeway Starbucks or drive down to Covington and go to a Starbucks there....it'll actually save you some time and you'll more likely get service with a smile there. Parking's a little cramped at this location. It is on the corner and in the middle of Safeway and a shopping plaza so it is packed all the time. Because this is a heavy traffic intersection, I dont think I'll be coming to this one all that much. It's hard coming in/out of the drive thru at this one. read more

good for getting coffee, not awesome for sitting and working in (which is what I like to do). the workers here are always nice and pretty quick and the coffee is good. however, the high ceiling design makes it really loud, and there's only so much of being crawled all over by flies I can take. read more

I've never had a good experience with this Starbucks drive thru but I always come back because it's the closest to my house. Just the simplicity of customer service seemed lacking here. But that was until I met Andy. He made my drive thru experience so easy and thought of everything possible that could make my experience better. I used to be a Starbucks barista and I was voted top barista in customer service and sales. Andy completely impressed me with his expertise in customer service. The best drive thru experience I've ever had. All new hires should simply watch him work with customers, they would learn so much from someone who's been with the company for ten years. Hello I loved Bying Coffe at starbucks but everytime i order caramel capuchino, all what i get is 1 inch of coffe 4 inches of foam nd the rest caramel it happened many times and i dont wanna buy ur coffe anymore. I wish u could eathere write te a sorry note or send me something like a gift card so i could try ur coffe and if it will be good i will buy it more like i always did before thanks!!!! read more

They are always out in their products. Don't try to order any sweets from them because if they are in stock(which is rarely) they are either not cooked or just poor quality. The drive thru is extremely tricky to maneuver through and the inside is just really tight and unappealing. Really ruined my Friday since I didn't get any of the items I wanted. I would not recommend. read more

Everybody is always really nice here both going inside and in the drive thru. Never takes that long and my lattes always taste good!

Great Starbucks restaurant. Employees are always friendly and happy to make my trip worth the time!
