The people are so friendly. And the lattes are so good. Can't wait to go back and visit again.

So I've been frequenting this branch for a few years, along with a few others. They do get busy, but I don't feel they get as busy as other locations because it's pretty tucked away and hidden. It's off the side of a narrow road so you pretty much have to know it's here or search it in advance. Personally, what I look for in a coffee place Is service that is courteous and doesn't make you feel rushed, items that support their descriptions, and at least a couple of unique rotating seasonal offerings. And Big Foot meets all of those factors for the most part. Where it differs is consistency and uniqueness. I live for ordering the beautiful seasonal drinks, which are pictured on their giant menu board with whipped cream, sauces, sprinkles, etc. Out of the hundreds of drinks I've ordered over the years, I can honestly say I might have received 10 or less as pictured. Sometimes, I might not even get the drink I ordered at all. But I'll never send it back, I know how it is. And I get the shortcuts, too - they're just baristas trying to get the line moving. Most of them look pretty exhausted. All of the locations are open 24 hours a day, so this is probably why most of them ask me for my coffee options several times because they've already forgotten them. Just today, I ordered my drink and the barista was starting to make a cold brew instead of what I ordered. Anyways, I digress. It happens. The coffee presentation wouldn't be a big deal for me if it wasn't for the lack of uniqueness. The seasonal offerings are just a recycled mix of the flavors they already have. For example, it's October and I just tried the Full Moon iced latte and based on the taste it's just white chocolate and macadamia syrups. Where's the pumpkin? Where's the cinnamon and other harvest flavors? These are the things I'm looking for. Since these factors are pretty subjective, I gave it four stars. They're clean and get the job done. All in all, if you're looking for a coffee place that's open 24 hours a day, definitely check them out. You might have a different experience than me. read more

I had the worst experience with a barista name Sia. I pulled up, placed my order and asked a question, she IMMEDIATELY got very snippy and rude like she was having a bad morning she made my drinks and then I noticed her swiftly moved to the back and had the other barista hand my drinks to me. She has the worst customer service skills. She is the reason I WILL NEVER return to this location or any other location for this matter!!! This spot is in a great location not too far from the airport and right off I-5. Also love that it's 24 hrs. Our usual spot for early morning flights or roadtrips. Ordered through DoorDash after we missed our flight. We googled coffee shops near by and this popped up! The huckleberry lemonade was by far the best thing we ordered. It's sweet but yet still tangy. The mythical mocha was also yummy! In my opinion it was similar to Starbucks white mocha just sweeter with caramel notes. And honestly, the frozen chai we got was disgusting. Customer service at this location is horrible. I ordered a coffee flavored drink and it tasted like straight shots of espresso, it had no flavor to the drink other than coffee. By the time I tried the coffee I was well on my way to a bday party with my kids. On my way back I stopped by the coffee stand to ask them to remake my drink as my coffee was still full. The guy that made my coffee said it was what I ordered. I let him know it had no flavor and it tasted like espresso shots and milk. I asked the girl that was at the window if she could remake it as my coffee was still full, she stated that she could not remake my coffee as I had already left and came back. They were unapologetic and were smirking the whole time. The new people working at this stand suck. I would give no stars if that was an option. read more

This is my second time going here and I am obsessed. The coffee is always good and service is great! They're so friendly and actually take the time to create the beverages. I like how they have the little set up. All employees were wearing their masks correctly. I love that they don't get annoyed with the customizations and really are accommodating. They told me I had to go to the drive thru and that they hadn't made my order. Waited over 30 minutes in line, got to the window and my drinks looked like they had been sitting for a while. Nobody wants to get in line in a drive thru to find out that it's going to take 40 minutes to get your order with just 3 cars ahead. Of course after a few minutes you are stuck with no way to back out. The person in front of me ordered one drink. There's no excuse for 40 minutes that's pure inefficiency. I have been a loyal customer to this establishment especially at this location. My dogs and I were fans of the whipped cream due to it's delicious FRESH flavor but this is what I received today, chunky cream that just tastes like butter?? I've only been able to have coffee at this location once because regardless of the time or the amount of cars in line I'll wait 15 minutes or more to not move forward to the window and back out to leave. Pick any other location or pick up coffee from the gas station next door. It's shocking that as a drive thru coffee stand that they can't serve a car within 10 minutes. read more

The ladies working here are rude and yelled at my girlfriend to "get the fu** out" because some guy asked them to remake their drink so they decided to lash out on other customers for it. Stopped by today because I needed my coffee fix. It was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the one on Hoyt bc it's closer to where I live. This location by far is the best location I've been to. Friendly, accurate, fast and the coffee tasted great! Five stars for this location. Not because they have coffee so incredible that flocks of bean fiends gather from across the world to sip liquid gold, no. Because of the well rounded price/product/experience factors that make this a good choice for coffee on the go. The menu is not confusing, it's simple. Breaks down prices, shots per size (OZ., not unfamiliar Italian terms), simple drink styles and add ons. Nice for snobs and newbies alike. They offer a plethora of flavors. So many that they do not have a list. I crossed my fingers and asked if they had lavender syrup and they sure as hell did! Which brings me to how delicious my latte was. 3 shots of rich espresso and frothy milk with natural tasting sweet lavender syrup. Our barista was very friendly and helpful and had genuine ethic without attempting to up sell us. Both of the girls working here were clean, organized and moving traffic through at a fast pace. I don't frequent coffee shops often, as I'd rather make my own lattes at home for a fraction of the price. However, Bigfoot is one hell of a bang for your buck. All of the girls here are amazing!!! I'm a loyal customer to whatever business I go to.. left my previous stand because the girls took way too long. I don't have 15-20 mins to wait in line before even been served. I've been coming to this stand for roughly 6 months and week 2 into me consecutively coming, the girls knew my drink! All of the barista are so kind, sweet and fast! They remember my drink & name and have built a lovely rapport with me. A few of them have even come to see me at MAC Shoutout to Kenzie!!! I like this place. They make good drinks and an easy access to the highway. It's ideally located and it's very convenient to go to. Girls that works here are extremely nice and more than capable of handling of all the mess. My biggest concern is that there is a line everytime I come here. It's really tiring to wait. I would definitely comeback again though when I'm not busy and I'm not in a hurry. If you're in a hurry, get your drink somewhere else. On the morning of August 28th I went to your BigFoot Java off of Military Road and was served by your manager McKenzie. I placed my order and we put it through on my debit card and she said it didn't go through so I had to put it through again she said it didn't go through so I used my credit card which I don't like using because it gets charged interest and it went through. I express concern because I receive text messages saying that it is processed. Mackenzie assured me that they would not process through they would go in pending and I didn't have anything to worry about so imagine my surprise when I go use my debit card and now I'm overdrafted when there is no reason for it to be overdrafted. So now I'm extremely angry. I sent them an email yesterday after calling Mackenzie and I still haven't received a phone call back this is the next day. I just sent two more emails telling them that I expect a response by 12 today August 31st 2018. I stopped by after work last week Friday around 6:30pm and the one woman who helped me already seemed sketchy to me. As she was walking over she was cussing up a storm about some drama she's going through, super unprofessional!! Anyways, I ordered, got my drink and I left. I didn't even think to check if she returned my card. I realized my card was missing at 1:30 am because I randomly checked my account and there was a unknown charge on my account for almost $200 at target! I knew for sure it was not me because I have not been to target in a while and I didn't use my card after leaving BFJs!! I drove straight there at 1:30 am to see if there was a manager. I explained to the girl who was working at the time what happened and how that woman did not give me my card back. She took down my name and number and said she will have her manager and district manager call me.
