Once again try to give this place a chance! This big foot Java is horrible! I waited behind one car 15 minutes all they did was sit and chitchat. I've backed up and left. The same time that I was there in the other line going the opposite way or three cars and two of those cars backed up and left as well. They are slow slow slow and all they do is sit and talk and not take in consideration that other people want to get their coffee and go. The reason why it's a stand that way is so that it's quick and convenient and let me tell you there's nothing quick about that. Some of my favorites that aren't on the year-round menu in no particular order: **Maui Wowie Latte: white mocha with macadamia nut syrup, topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes. **BigFoot on the Beach: no coffee, pineapple and coconut blended drink topped with whipped cream. It's pretty much an extra creamy, virgin pina colada but it's so deliciously decadent! Sweet and affordable drinks! This is actually my favorite BigFoot Java location. I live around the South Lake Union neighborhood in Seattle but whenever I'm in the area I make sure to stop by. I don't know the baristas by names but they're all really friendly and patient, at least from what I've experienced. Tonight was supposed to be a Christmas fastest night. I am invited to take out a friend and her family and the children. What Festa way of getting hot cocoa some coffee for the adults and seen Christmas late. We came to big Java in the car in front of me who is my friend informed the cashier that I would be paying I am verified I'm paying for their vehicle and my vehicle which was full of kids and adults. The young lady was rude and snotty with taking the first vehicles order. Not a good way to start off a wonderful festive Christmas night for the kids. She wouldn't let them have their drinks even though I verify I'm paying . Demanded all drinks be paid for before making them. I'll let her on my phone with the money cause she's an Apple Pay and go inside to scan when she was taking too long I walked up to the window paid and tipped. They just finally Made the first vehicle drinks. Then proceeded to make ours. Because of the young ladies poor attitude she missed out on $100 tip. she received a tip that match her performance and tone of voice. Its the Holidays you might want to be a little nicer and not condescending especially when kids are involved because the action of the person taking her orders cause them to lose out on a blessing that could help them out doing these hard times. read more

So I came here twice, the first time got an americano, which i never had before, so I didn't feel right reviewing on it. So I came back a few days later to get my standard soy latte. The coffee itself was ok, not bad, but at the same time nothing that I would come back to. Plus I am pretty sure that I could get a full meal at wendy's faster than a 12 oz latte... but I guess that happens early in the morning. I love that they are open 24 hours! I work early early on Sunday mornings and nothing else is available. I most always get through quickly - that being said I don't go during "rush hours". In the terrible wee hours of the morning the girls were a little chatty when I just wanted to get on my way, but hey, we were all pretty tired so I get it. Love that my drink (normally close to $4 at Starschmucks) is only $2.74 here! I DO SO WISH they would offer more food choices than just baked items (maybe a breakfast burrito?!?!) This is the wrong place to rant but I ordered drinks on door dash and it got to the wrong address! :( I was staying in a hotel and the Door Dasher delivered to the wrong hotel. I was severely saddened when I opened the picture they sent of the drinks at the wrong place. I felt bad about the mix-up so I just ordered again and got my two mythical Mocha's. When I order in person at the drive thru, there's normally an option to get this drink blended but online there's no way to choose that. There's only hot or iced :( Please, whoever is in charge of the website/ordering system can you make it an option to get this drink blended (frap)? I love Big Foot and the drinks took me about an hour to get--but it was so worth it. I would've enjoyed it a lot better as a frappucino but nevertheless I had a good experience with big foot, just a little let down with there being no option to get it blended. I visited this BigFoot Java tonight looking to indulge in a blended mocha. Me and a friend pulled up to the drive thru window only to be stared at intensely and awkwardly before even being greeted, as if they were closed and we shouldn't have been there. I brushed it off, but even after being greeted the lady gave terrible customer service and it wasn't a friendly interaction at all. Not to mention my drink that I paid 6 dollars for plus a dollar tip tasted terrible. They never even asked if we wanted our receipt, from this experience alone I would not recommend coming to this BigFoot Java. read more

I love the coffee ...this location used to be a daily stop on my Tacima/Seattle commute. Always friendly service. I swing by this Bigfoot 2-3 times a week on my way to work. Rarely have I experienced such a consistency in both quality and service. Nikita is absolutely fabulous, as the person with which I interact with most I have been amazed at her ability to maintain a wonderful level of banter while putting together my mornings beverage. As an avid consumer of coffee I've recognized that different establishments prepare their product in their own unique way. Starbucks, Tully's, Bigfoot and the innumerable others all have a specific practice in place that produces a specific flavor. The staff at this location go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I have been coming here for years. They frequently remember my favorite orders and ask me if I just want my usual or if I want to switch it up. They ask me about things going on in my life. They are always smiling. My favorite barista is Chris. And also Alexa. Shoutout to Chris and Alexa for being the best! Chris has a special place in my heart. He shared something very personal with me that I relate to. We bonded over that. Chris even went out of his way to pay for my drink for me one time because I was having a terrible day. I will never forget that. I hate going in the afternoon because all the worker here always seem to have a bad attitude, which I'm not afraid to throw one right back. Treat others how you wanted to be treated basically. I asked the barista politely if she can spilt a drink into two cups and she said with an attitude uh no? I told her I've done it several times before, so then as she's making the drink & doesn't think I can't hear her she's talking quietly with her other coworkers. Girl, if you don't want to do it, then just say you don't want to.... but basically you're getting paid to to do it, so just do your dang work! I am not even sure where to start... I guess I will start by saying that this review is not based off of a one time visit or even two. I have been coming to this Big Foot location for 5+ years now. The two stars are given because of a graveyard employee who works graveyard during the weekdays (typically Tuesday-Friday). She is always friendly and consistent! There is a weekend graveyard employee who always fails to give me my points when I check in and so she said she is going to write down my number and give it to corporate for them to give me my points, it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my 3 drink points! On Sunday, I went to this location for what will be my last time! There are 2 girls who I normally see working the same shift in the afternoons on weekends and they have the WORST attitudes. They are not welcoming or friendly, never give me my points, drinks are never as good as the other baristas, etc. One wears so much makeup I am always afraid the makeup will slide off her face and into my drink! On Sunday I went and ordered a kids smoothie and an iced black and white breve. The girl who took my order never asked me what size I wanted and when I looked into the window I noticed she was making a 16 ounce. I told her that I did not ask for that size. She rudely said"Yes you did" I told her I did not and she said "Well what size do you want" I let her know I wanted a 20 ounce. She walks to the back to dump out the ice in the 16 ounce cup and when she comes back out she did not hide her frustration as she SLAMMED the cup into the trash. That was it for me. I told the two girls that I wanted nothing! That every time I come to Big Foot when they are working they have the worst attitudes and I am over it. I left and went elsewhere. I refuse to give my money to this Big Foot location where the employees act as if they don't like their jobs, can't make consistent drinks, show good customer service skills, or give you your drink points. I gave a 3 because I use to come here every morning at 4:20 am on my way to work and I always got a frostbite mocha and the girl that made it was amazing always tipped her. The frostbite was always smooth no ice chunks. Okay so she no longer works there and the girls that work there now are not as skilled, are very young, and very immature. The drink quality has gone down. This is from the afternoon girls on the weekday. I don't know about the other hours. But I would recommend not to go after 9am-4pm. But if you do just pay attention and be clear and make sure there's no Tim foolery going on. read more
