I am coffee purist. I usually take my coffee cold brewed for the low acidity due to intolerance to acidity first thing in the morning. I love the flavor of coffee with minimal additions other than some Splenda or sweetener. I have gotten the apple cider hot and cold. It's not over powered by cinnamon and is mildly tart. I love the mild notes of apple and tartness. My spouse gets the chocolate mocha which includes 3 shots of expresso but he adds 2 more. He is a blended sweet syrupy coffee drinker who doesn't like coffee straight. He loves the quality of the blend as well as the flavor of the blended mocha. I have had a few sips and it takes like a chocolate milkshake loaded with calories. I would consider it a dessert drink. It tastes great. The appearance is consistent through out. No chunks or pieces that are unleaded parts at the bottom. My spouse guzzles the largest size within seconds. I got the small chocolate mocha today hot with whipped cream today. I am sensitive to caffeine and tend to sip is slowly through out my morning with another hydrating drink like water. After only 3 sips I am awake. Yay! The girls who work here are professional and kind. The service is quick and everything is made to order. I'll try the bagels next time. This location is just around the corner from us. We are going to be regulars here.

I love this place! The employees are so nice and treat me well. I come here often to get redbull drinks and occasional big trains. The prices are reasonable and you are able to sign up for an account to get points towards a free drink. One employee even remembers what drinks I like! This place is my go to and I'll never settle for less! read more

I love the coffee here! I get a black, iced americano and have to make myself drink it slowly because I want to enjoy it. I was very disappointed going to this espresso stand. I hadn't been here before and was in the area. 1. The line was way too long and didn't move efficiently. 2. We're in a global pandemic and the employees had no masks on - not a one of them. 3. Not only were the employees interacting with each other (at least 3 of them), there were no precautions with customers. (I'd add here that I have lost 17 people that I knew and/or loved to the virus and I think having a cavalier attitude is rather insensitive and doesn't follow current legal protocols.) 4. They got my drink wrong - way wrong. I know mistakes happen, but having to drive back and get back in that line - it took me 45 minutes to get the correct coffee. Will I go back? Never. read more

I hadn't been through in a while now that I live out of the area but, I'm always so happy when I do get a chance to stop! Hands down it is the best espresso drive-up! The baristas are consistent and always have my drink spot on. No matter how long it's been my drink tastes exactly the same every time, delicious! And how nice it is to be remembered! I couldn't believe it!!! Some of the same baristas are still there and they are so thoughtful to remember us. These are tough times we are going through and it's nice to visit a place and be greeted so kindly even when we can't see each others smiles. Thanks, Ladies! I can't speak for the coffee but the lemonade is delicious! The workers have been friendly and helpful. I would compare it more to something like a BigFoot over a Starbucks. It's worth checking out. Nothing beats a refreshing lemonade on a hot day!! read more

Quality of coffee: 5 stars I had a venti iced vanilla latte. Tuesday happens to be have an extra shot for free. It was perfectly made. The coffee shots where not burned.:) Customer service: 5 stars Shelley was my barista and she was so nice! Love love love both M st and A st location. Been going for years. I mean years. I went to the one on A st and was very disappointed. I have to say this was the first time I was ever left disappointed. The girl I didn't know nor ever seen. She tried to over charge me and when I asked her why the price difference she tried to come up with some silly reason then when I questioned that she tried to say something else. I told her no add it up 2 specials. I paid the right amount after arguing with the lady then as I left I Called M st asked them what do I pay for my drinks. 2 of the Red Bull daily specials. This new girl was trying to charge me over $9. It's $7 and some change. Not to mention her outfit was not ok for a family coffee stand. Don't think I will let her help me again. But everyone else at both stands rock. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE. That is all I need to say. Their coffee is delicious, their prices are great and the girls that work here are exceptional! I am so glad that their are two local stands near my house that I can go to. The A Street SE and the M Street SE locations are great. Stopped by for the first time today and pleasantly surprised! I told the barista I wanted something with cinnamon and to surprise me...the latte she made was fantastic! The customer service was excellent. She even took the time to ask my name and introduced herself....so rare these days for someone to take the time for small talk. Very impressed overall! read more

However, when I got to the window I wasn't greeted with a hello it was what can I get you. The barista walked away when she got part of my order and went to the car in the other window who was a male and she started talking to him. When she came back to my window I gave her the rest of my order again she walked over to the guy in the car talked to him came back and handed me my things. Here is the issue. My order was 2 of their specials, a PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE, a plain bagel with cream cheese and 1 hot chocolate. I told my daughter after I gave my order I felt she wasn't paying attention, she was not friendly or personable it was very dry. I got home, I live 45 minutes away I stop by here when I go see my mom. I noticed I had a chocolate chip cookie, I called just to let them know to be mindful of what they give because of people's allergies. I am allergic to chocolate been all my life. I NEVER order chocolate, almonds or oranges due to my allergies. She told me I changed my order and said chocolate chip cookie, we went back and forth because there is no way I would agree to a chocolate chip cookie I don't eat them at all! I told her this, and said the reason I called wasn't to be rude but to tell her to be more mindful. She literally got rude and said yea I'll be more mindful. That made me want to take the cookie back and smack it on her lips. I wasn't trying be rude at all. The issue is if she would have been paying attention to the car she was working on she wouldn't have made the mistake. People have severe allergies, that could potentially cause life threatening issues. The 4 star rating I had for them went down to zero. If I go there and it's her, I'm driving off. I don't spend my money with disrespectful people, or people that lie as she did. The drinks were very mediocre as well. They want us to support small businesses but how do we when they don't have morals, respect or integrity.

I stop here daily! I love the ladies! They are all so friendly and nice and make killer drinks. I always ask them to SURPRISE me with a drink and they always come up with something amazing.It may be hot, cold, or blended and it's always good. They have cookies and bagels that are always fresh. This is the place to stop to get your drinks! You won't be disappointed. It's worth going out of your way to stop and get a drink and meet the ladies. read more
