Unfortunately, this move didn't turn out the well for me this morning! I first walk in to a small clean café, and plan to try a drink, sandwich and soup that I saw was available on their menu. Work in the front of the store why very informative and didn't give off too many strange vibes but the lady in the back did. Unfortunately the store was out of Lavender from what I was told and out of soup. The only 2 kids of chips on hand were Cheetos and Doritos. Ordered a half of the sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese and cucumber. What I received was a roast beef sandwich with mayo, mustard, red onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese. Now, first of all I was already concerned because the lady who makes the sandwich's was giving off some weird vibes and she didn't write down my order. In my opinion a sizable tip. My total was eight dollars and some change. I left a four dollar tip for providing a decent service. Since discovering a stomach ulcer I can only eat certain kinds of food and I am beyond disappointed with the sandwich. Unable to eat something I paid for is sad plus I'm now 20 minutes away and can't return to request another one. If this café does not want to serve people like me they should put up a right to refuse service and then people who look like me won't come in to their establishment to order food and pay for something at the can't eat. Some of us had been waiting in line for 15 mins, which is not the issue. The issue is the cars that pulled in NOT wanting to get in line, parking over to the side and walking up for their coffee (2 separate customers) to which they are IMMEDIATELY helped. This is NOT OK and completely inconsiderate and rude to all of us who had been patiently waiting. How is this acceptable and couteous to everyone in line?? I would suggest when your line is so long that people are queued up as far back as to the entrance of the parking lot​, that you either close your walk up window or you make the walk up wait until EVERYONE WHO WAS THERE BEFORE THEM RECEIVE THEIR ORDER! I'm going to a funeral today, this bs was not something I or anyone else in line behind me should've had to experience this morning or any time for that matter.

It's right in downtown Sumner so it's easy for people to pop right in, but there were others who were also working remotely for the day. Lots of seating, lots of plug ins, and free wifi. I love how bright and airy it is here, too. Definitely is the best spot for a sunny spring or summer day. On Tuesdays, they do $5 Taco Tuesday which is such a steal! For $5 you get two tacos with your protein of choice (carne asada or chicken). I decided to try this since I got the quesadilla last time. Some of the cuts of meat were pretty grisly/fatty which was a bit of a turn off, but overall they were good. I also got the chips, salsa, and guac on the side. I think next time I would skip the salsa as it was super chunky and not a salsa texture at all, and had no kick to it. The guac was really good though! I wouldn't say it's the best coffee shop I've ever been to, but the atmosphere here is so bright and cheery that I'll definitely still keep coming back when I'm looking for a change of scenery that isn't my desk at home! They also had some specials listed. I decided to just go with an iced latte and added toasted marshmallow syrup. ONE OF THE BEST COFFEES IVE EVER TASTED. Smooth and super cold and the perfect color! How could a small window near a gas station have such good espresso ?! My friend went with the mount si which had white chocolate, peanut butter, and french vanilla. This tasted more like a dessert milk shake-- a little too sweet for his liking. I say just stick to the basics, you will love it!!

Myself and a couple of my friends decided to come here to grab a coffee before our walk. I've been to Farm 12 a handful of times for brunch, but this was my first time visiting Fika. It's a lot bigger than I expected it to be! Definitely very spacious and would be a good spot to work remote or have coffee dates with friends. They have a case of pastries, cookies, etc. We didn't indulge this time around, but they did have some stuff that looked tasty! They also have a cold case when you enter that has light snacks and kid-friendly drinks like juice, chocolate milk, etc. They had a fun seasonal menu out in addition to their regular drinks - I went with the Campfire Cold Brew which was served with a marshmallow cold foam and marshmallows on type. Really cute presentation! The drink itself was tasty and the perfect pick-me-up for our walk. All of the baristas here are incredibly kind, but I do have to echo the sentiments on the wait here. It's pretty regularly crazy busy, and even on a day where it wasn't tooo bad we were waiting 15 minutes or so for all of us to get our drinks after paying. We'll definitely be back in the future and I can't wait to try more of their seasonal drinks and a pastry next time.

She was calm & quick even though she was the only one working and had quite a few customers on a Wednesday morning bright and early. It was super clean and chill in there. Just realized they're closed Sundays as we were going to visit again this morning before soccer games began. Good thing I checked first as we live in Puyallup.
