Coffee is not good here. Tasted sour almost. Def go to any other coffee shop. They need to put more love into there drinks

I am a frequent visitor to this area because my favorite massage make it down the road. I enjoy frequently, stopping at local businesses to support them. Unfortunately, this move didn't turn out the well for me this morning! I first walk in to a small clean café, and plan to try a drink, sandwich and soup that I saw was available on their menu. Work in the front of the store why very informative and didn't give off too many strange vibes but the lady in the back did. Unfortunately the store was out of Lavender from what I was told and out of soup. The only 2 kids of chips on hand were Cheetos and Doritos. Ordered a half of the sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese and cucumber. What I received was a roast beef sandwich with mayo, mustard, red onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and cheese. Now, first of all I was already concerned because the lady who makes the sandwich's was giving off some weird vibes and she didn't write down my order. In my opinion a sizable tip. My total was eight dollars and some change. I left a four dollar tip for providing a decent service. Since discovering a stomach ulcer I can only eat certain kinds of food and I am beyond disappointed with the sandwich. Unable to eat something I paid for is sad plus I'm now 20 minutes away and can't return to request another one. If this café does not want to serve people like me they should put up a right to refuse service and then people who look like me won't come in to their establishment to order food and pay for something at the can't eat. I pull into this place almost every morning. The girls are always friendly, they recognize my car and have my drink ready for me as soon as I pull up... I pulled up at about 5:43, I know they close at 6 on Saturdays and normally I don't cut it close like that to closing but sometimes things happen, but still mind you, they were open until 6... anyways, their outside light was on and said open but their machine and items from outside had all already been pulled inside which isn't totally abnormal as they were prepping to close. I sit at the window for a few minutes waiting on my phone, and I notice the younger blonde haired girl is clearly ignoring me as she's cleaning the machine. She then walks to the back, and peaks around the corner to see if I'm still there....first of all, could you be any more obvious..? She is texting on her phone and throws her arms out sort of to say "what do you want me to do" with a clear attitude on her face GLARING at me. She didn't open the window or anything so then I simply left. Just to note, I am one of those people that always tips as well...and tbh I didn't even want a coffee I wanted a lotus which wouldn't have dirtied the machine at all. She clearly shut down the stand ATLEAST 20 minutes before the actual closing, but she left the sign on too as if she knows she not supposed to turn people away before 6pm...Honestly, if it weren't for the attitude I probably wouldn't have written a review because I've loved this stand FOR YEARS. The attitude was SO not appreciated. Also, not appreciated because I worked at a stand during college so I get it, but it is your job to be pleasant and nice and serve people until closing time, WHICH AGAIN was 6PM. read more

It's happened more than once, this lady come across like she doesn't like me when she happens to be at the window taking my order, she also made my iced white chocolate americano that I paid $4 for plus $1 for a tip (and I'll often leave more). When she made my drink she didn't even heat up a couple shots of espresso for it, she lazily grabbed a jug of old cold brew from the fridge and used that instead, who in their right mind would pay $4 for that, I would love to know if that lady would be okay with receiving a drink like that if she paid $5 or more for it after a tip. Honestly this situation is crap, now I'm upset, and this drink is crap, it tastes burnt and old and stale! read more

Cutest coffee shop! Great coffee, I had a coconut milk latte that is so good. The milk is hot but not burned, the coffee is strong but not acidic or too bitter. These gals know what they're doing with a friendly smile. Next time I come to Lake Tapps, I'm coming here. read more

Looks like my review isn't much different from others. I've never been greeted when I pull up to the window. Never even seen one of these ladies smile or say have a good day! I'd fire the whole staff and start over if you want to compete with other coffee stands! Ive worked in the customer service industry for 10 years and I know this is shit service! Only reason I come back is because the other coffee shop in the parkinglot always has a long line! Also, when someone orders an americano it only makes sense to put a sleeve on the cup, I mean common the drink is like 200 degrees! read more

I've only recently discovered this gem of a coffee shop. I invite anyone in the Lake Tapps area to visit. You won't find a better place for very good coffee and delicious treats at a low price. Could the location be more convenient, and the service be a little friendlier? Sure, but that's nitpicking. It's nice to support a local business who's doing all of the right things. read more

My family and I have been coming here for at least 12 years and they are always great and the coffee is always top notch. Keep it up.

So let me start by saying I hate to give this place a bad review as their sandwiches in soups my daughter loves, however I don't think I've ever gotten so much as a smile from the ladies when I've came through the drive-through window. They always are very short and borderline rude to be honest. Maybe it's the area, maybe it's because I drive a not so brand-new car, all I know is that when you're paying money to go through somewhere you should be treated kindly especially out of coffee spot. So my advice if you want to sandwich go to Subway if you want to coffee go to the other coffee stand in the parking lot at least there you'll get a friendly face and a good coffee read more

Not a 3rd-gen coffee shop; more like an above average drive-thru but without the bikinis which is a plus. Given the location it's probably the best coffee in the area since the competition is gas station coffee or Starbucks. They have a small seating area but this shop is defiantly set up as a drive-thru. They have tons of size options from 8oz to 32oz and a large syrup selection if that is your thing. You won't find coffee beans or information about the roast or origin which makes this a more standard drive-thru. I'd come back if I was in the area and forgot to make coffee at home but I wouldn't go out of the way to come here. read more

This is a cute little coffee shop with friendly service and great decorations. There isn't a lot of indoor seating, but if you catch it at a good time, it's a great place to sit by yourself and do some work/relax or to visit with a friend. I love the atmosphere! read more

By far my favorite coffee stand. I live right down the street so I always stop on my way to work, they do punch cards so its nice to get a free coffee from time to time. I come here very often and I love it! I love very close so obviously I had to try this place and it's not only amazing it's cheep! I like the older ladies that work here but I have to say once I had a bad experience with some younger girls I found to be a bit to pushy when I was thinking about what I wanted but the coffee made up for it! I will most likely be visiting this place recently again! I've been there probably 20 times so why stop now?! Anyway great coffee and full time workers are nice! read more

I went here because the coffee stand next to it had a really long line. I ordered an Americano and a mocha. They some how Must have gotten confused because when I finally tried the Americano it had no coffee in it!! The mocha was extremely strong so all we can figure is they added my shots to his drink as well. read more
