I was sceptical about stopping here because of the reviews, but given that this is the only coffee shop in the area besides starbucks a few blocks down, I just needed my coffee fix. The wait in the drive-thru was slightly avobe average, but once I got to the window, I was welcomed by a friendly smile and a how are you today? Instead of the typical- what can I get for you?. So baristas were very friendly. The prices, were healthy for my budget, lol yup I got a big scone and a latte for less than 7 bucks. The coffee itself was perfection, I am not sure what brand coffee they use but it was delicious and easy on my stomach too. The scone was delicious too, it was not freshly baked though. Overall, I recommend this place. read more

The service was great...no problem there. The only problem I had...well, there are actually two! The first was I asked for my mocha to be 170 degrees...still considered extra hot even after having worked at Starbucks for over 20 years. Was my drink extra hot? No, it wasn't. It was barely warm. If I had had a microwave in the back of the car, I would have been fine. Secondly, my companion's latte was weak...I mean w-e-a-k tasting. I couldn't tell if they even used espresso. It tasted only of steamed milk. Oh, and, it was tepid at best. Not the 170 degrees he requested. Please, take it from someone who has been in retail/customer service for most of his life...we're not here for you; you're here for us, the customer. Please listen to us customers. The family and I were out enjoying a nice drive and stopped by here specifically because we wanted to try a different coffee drive-thru than usual. The nice architectural building is what made us stop. They have a huge selection of items, including smoothies, protein shakes, energy drinks, and other random drink tid bits. They also have a decent amount of snack items. They carry the Seattle brand muffin tops and various cookies, I do have to say, the cookie we got which was the peanut butter chocolate chip one was not that good, it was very dry and dense. The drinks were pretty decent, I got a mocha with an extra shot and the wife got a decaffeinated iced tea. They offer two kinds of mocha, a mocha with chocolate syrup, and a mocha with chocolate milk. My mocha was great, not too sweet and plenty of flavor in the coffee department. This is a nice little cozy place to stop by, check them out, so far they are my favorite one while driving up to Eatonville. read more

This is my FAVORITE coffee stand. I have been going here since I was in high school, so for about 12 years. The girls are always friendly. They know my drink, my mother in laws drink and grab lollipops for my kids. Whenever I go to other coffee stands I am disappointed because no one is ever as friendly as the girls at fast break. The coffee is always on point and they've never made a mistake on mine. I will always be a customer here. read more

We live in the Pacific NW so of course there are coffee stands on practically every corner, which means choices are endless but not every cup is created equal! I'm a true coffee lover, I know what local roasters I prefer and where to go get them in my cup. I like my beverages prepared by barristers that don't over express and make a great cup regardless of the outfit. Fastbreak provides me all of the above and, well, they're fast! This is one of the best coffee joints in the area, but some of the girls are just plain unfriendly. And they have the slowest barista working mornings - I regularly have to wait 15-20 minutes when she's working. Other than that though the coffee is great and they never screw up my order. read more

This is really the only place to stop when I'm headed to Eatonville. The coffee is always good (Dillanos) and they know how to make my drink RIGHT! The service is always a little slow, and the customer service could be better...but, when quality coffee is what you're looking for and can't bring yourself to stop at a Starbucks, which I can't, Fast Break is a suitable solution. Having been a barista in the past, I'm pretty picky about my espresso joints. I love their coffee! They do a really good job of balancing espresso, flavor and milk. They offer a wide selection of beverages and treats. Try the "Bullicious" if you are a fan of energy drinks. Really tasty, and comes in a sugar free version (with the exception of the orange juice in it). I rarely have a coffee I find "off" here and if I do, they remake it or add a little extra flavor with a smile. Sometimes they can get pretty busy, but they offer two windows, it would be nice if they constantly had two baristas, but I understand there isn't always a need. I was nervous when they switched from Torani syrups to DaVinci, but they are comparable, unless you are getting an Italian soda, the fruit flavors vary drastically between the two brands. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone, and usually do. read more

This place is still my favorite (and the only good coffee in my area), but the girls in the morning price gouge me like none other. They up charge me for the most ridiculous things; like getting light ice. (I'm sorry, if I wanted to pay for a cup of ice I would have gone to Starbucks.) They still somehow make my drink taste watered down and never seem to mix it quite right. I'm mostly annoyed by the fact there is no reason why I should be paying over $3 more for a drink that only costs $4.96. I'd feel more incline to tip the morning girls if they treated me better and I wasn't already paying almost $8 for one drink. The girls in the afternoon charge me reasonably, but for being a regular customer I'd expect better. If you stop by this place, the girls in the afternoon are much nicer, they make sure your drink is right, and they charge you fairly. I'd like to mention the afternoon girls are more personal, friendly, and just put in a lot more effort. (Also, they don't get as many tips... So tip them afternoon/evening girls! Sometimes they're running it by themselves unlike the morning shifts.) I know my stars are pretty low for this place, but I do like the stand. However, it's hard to properly rate a place one time when I rate morning shift so low, but keep in mind that the afternoon/evening shift I'd give five stars. The girls do remember my drink and I never have to remind them. It's also really nice to roll up to the window, get a big smile, and know that they actually want to small talk. The afternoon girls can talk to me the whole time they make my drink and it's never wrong. It's easy to tell the massive difference in customer service in the early shifts compared to late. read more
