I fear this chain deserves the high reviews. Delicious coffee, great service, and solid menu. A little pricey for a coffee shop, but delicious nonetheless. read more

Good drinks. But my first time going I was met with very poor customer service and highly unprofessional communication. Wait time is unreasonable. During my second visit, I saw three workers spit in someone's drink before they handed it out of the window. I didn't get their names, but I refunded my drink and left. After talking with a friend I learned that she also received poor customer service and hostile communication. I had such high hopes about this stand, from the positive reviews and the compelling story of its beginning. But my experience was nothing but horrible and I will not be returning. read more

A bit of a chill today so I pulled into Kassie's. All I wanted was a good large coffee. I ordered and the young lady who took my order was really nice and helpful. She asked all the right questions even though I just wanted a cup of coffee. I did get a splash of cinnamon in the coffee and it was delicious. Not old but fresh and hot. Great coffee and service and quick. Even the cars in front of me who orders some really big drinks didn't slow them down. The staff handled it and we moved along with ease. read more

I stopped by this drive thru coffee shop and I got one of there July special, the Fire Cracker Jack which had white chocolate, kettle corn, brown butter toffee, Carmel drizzle. It was made in about 5 mins and it was quite good! Very very sweet but given the description I would be shocked if it wasn't. Staff was very friendly! Overall a good experience from this shop! I'd come back again! Drink(50%): 7.0 Staff/service(25%): 8.5 Value(25%): 6.0 Overall: 7.1/10 read more

You don't wanna see me without my coffee phew good thing they're here. Great people and service!

This coffee stand is life! I am a regular. I have never met a gal who is having a bad day at this place!!!!!!! Look like shit? Feel like shit? Go get a coffee and compliment from the Kassie girls!!!!!! They put a smile on my face every damn day!!! I love that they write on the cups & go the extra mile every time! They love dogs and babies!!! I try to go somewhere else and every time I leave disappointed saying "Kassie's would never." These girls bring a mean "A" game. Coffee is also amazing!!!! The creative specials never disappoint but this girl rocks a blended black and white every-time! My only SLIGHT annoyance is they lack pastry/sweet treat options. Would love a good donut or croissant option. read more

Friendly service, love the recommendations if you're unsure about what to get. Points card is a plus! The line is worth it, just wait and see for yourself. TikTok hype about this place is real read more

This review is so late as I have been visiting Kassie's for about a few months now. One of the best drive thru coffee spots in Washington as they provide quick and genuine friendly service, have great and consistently amazing drinks, and love our fur babies. I really love their monthly drinks as they come up with several and the flavors never miss. Plus with their punch card, it makes easy to get our free drink as we visit often. Never had a bad time or drink so I would highly recommend them as your coffee or non-coffee stop! read more

Kassie's Korner - Green tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

The drinks are never consistent and neither are the prices. They also charge you to use a debit card which is not disclosed. You only learn that if you get the receipt and see the breakdown. The baristas are always kind but the business practice is super scummy. read more

2 cars in front of me and I'm at 15min waiting still for two drinks. Do stop here if your in a hurry

The only place in pierce county that makes my coffee correctly! So friendly and so delish

My GO-TO every single time I'm in the area! Haven't tried any of their food but their drinks are always amazing! Love their specials of the month & the ladies there are always so patient and kind when you want to know any recommendations. read more

Kassie's has ALWAYS been my favorite place for coffee and we LOVE their monthly specials. It has become a tradition for my son and I to go every Friday after school. While being in prep for a bodybuilding show, I was sure I'd have to give it up. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing people when I'm being so strict about no calories. But at Kassie's they always hook me up with the best sugar free drinks so I can keep a little joy in my life :) read more

Service was quick and the mixed drinks were good for the price. However, the hot chocolate was a powder mix from a machine. It's a drive through, so vibes are chill, but lighting is nice. read more

Every time I come here the service is always great! The quality of coffee is consistent with each barista, the prices are great for the quality that you are getting. Very cute stand, and all the girls are super sweet and friendly. They create their own specials every month and they're normally themed so there's something new for us to try! Definitely worth the drive! read more

I've been here many times, so it is way overdue to do a review! I usually get either an iced black americano or a hazelnut americano with a drop of cream. Both are absolutely delicious! The coffee here is bold, strong, smooth. This is my favorite coffee stand in Puyallup. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and the service is great! I will be back many times over! Thank you! read more

My favorite location of the two. Girls are so sweet and always know how to make a great drink. Although service here is a little slower than other location, I prefer to come to this one for the good vibes and positive energy! read more

The service was Sweet. The food was amazing the Breakfast egg Burger is the best for fast coffee and some snacks! The look is like a old timey place (which I love old stuff!) read more

The coffee barista said to me; "We can make whatever you want", and that blew me away. They can make any flavor you ask for with a mix of seasonings they have lying around. They have example drinks you could order on their Facebook, so check that out! Their coffee is so good that i made my boyfriend stop there 3 more times during our stay out in Seattle. read more

Kassie's Korner - Pumpkin spice, snickerdoodle iced latte with pumpkin spice cold foam and almond milk - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

My first time here was a very positive one. Both of the girls I interacted with clearly love working here! They were so sweet and made an effort to make conversation while taking orders and making drinks. As a fellow barista, that is a major skill that a lot of people lack, and you definitely notice when others have it down! They have a huge amount of flavors available for both coffee and energy drinks which is a major plus. They can make pretty much anything you could think of. The coffee is a bit too sweet for my liking but that may just be the particular drink I ordered. The muffin was delicious and definitely fresh! I was offered a punch card at the end of my visit which was a nice touch as well. I can definitely see why this stand always has a huge line! I will be back for sure and hopefully I'll make a better choice when it comes to my drink next time. read more

Absolutely love this place! I visit both of their locations weekly. Their spritzers always taste better than their competitors, they really listen to you when you tell them how you want yours made, no matter how difficult or complicated some of my drinks can be. Their friendliness/customer service are amazing & consistent. I will always support them over the big franchise coffee stands. I tip them extra every visit bc I never want them to go anywhere. I'm forever a customer, support your locals! Seriously though, never go anywhere. read more

I have tried pretty much all the local "non-Starbucks" stands in the area - and I keep coming back to Kassies. Friendly service, great drinks at a great price. Even when there's a line, they help to speed things right along and I never feel like I wait super long. But honestly - even on the busiest of days, I choose to come here. The baristas and the quality truly make this place! Thanks for all you do ladies! read more

Kassie's Korner is our go-to coffee stand! We live right down the road, so the location is super convenient. But we would drive out of our way to go see these girls! The coffee is always delicious, and they've never once given me regular milk instead of soy, which was a common mistake when we used to go to Starbucks. The customer service is always top notch every single time we're there... my husband grabs us coffee on his way home most days, and they treat him like an old friend. The girls are friendly, remember our order every time, and really go out of their way to make us both feel welcome! I love supporting a small business, rather than feeding the corporate greed machine that is Starbucks. We will always be loyal to Kassie's! read more
