If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered food for our office like I have multiple times. Our order today 2 of the bowls had the proteins mixed up. Not a huge life changing issue but it is a big deal when the bowls are $18-20 and people won't eat the wrong thing. Shouldn't have to. I called them and explained very nicely and calmly what happened x2 times. The guy that answered the phone was obviously very flustered and said I have to call you back. Ok. More than 20 min later I get a call from the same person. He said his manager reviewed the "camera footage" and found that everything was done correctly. So...... I responded with ok but I have the actual bowls here with me and I can provide photos video whatever to show that there was a mistake made. Now i was kind, didn't ask for a refund or them to remake them I was hoping that it would be offered. NOPE instead I got told, " right right well he reviewed the footage and that's what he said," You've gotta be flipping kidding me. I literally have video and photo graphic proof of the issue and this is what I'm being told. I even had our Doctor check to verify I wasn't loosing my mind. I acknowledged that this kid was just relating what his manager stated, he offered to have the manger call me back. It's been 20 more minutes no call and 2 of us haven't eaten on a Monday. We won't be ordering from this place again. I'm still hoping the manager calls back and makes it right but to be basically told well we watched the footage and you're lying.... Like I can see the octopus in my bowl and I didn't order octopus.... The octopus and and spicy tuna are on the other bowl. Like come on!
Food: the food is good! The portions from the looks of it doesn't look to be much but once you open up the container it's packed with lotsa of ingredients. The fish is fresh and I like their toppings. I've been here a few times and will probably be back some more when I'm in the mood for poke. All plus I they have boba!!! Winner winner! Service: the staff is attentive and very personable. Every time I come in I always have a conversation with someone and it's very pleasant. Ambiance: it's a quick casual place. I don't remember if they have seating inside but I know on a nice sunny day you can order food and sit outside.

The poke isnt quite authentic Hawaiian poke, but it wasnt so bad. Got the large which holds three proteins. Wish i ordered the small as I was only able to eat half of it. Staff was nice and quick with the order. Overall, not so bad, will come back again if i am in the area and craving poke.
I tried to give this place a second chance and it was worse than before. When my food arrived via DoorDash , it looked like wet cat food. I ordered spicy tuna and ahi. Typically, spicy tuna is ahi chunks with oil and something spicy such as togarashi or sriracha. It smelled fishy so that told me the fish wasn't fresh. I ate a few bites and had to toss it. It wasn't good. I was happy with the timely service. But I just can't with fishy wet cat food.

We liked how you can see all the options in front of you & that you can choose all the toppings if you wish. It surprised me how they mix the sauce in with your protein and some toppings but I loved that! Really helps with not making a mess when I'm trying to mix it in the car . The protein options were good. Good sauce options as well (just wish they had eel type sauce). They had a variety of toppings & they were all good. were very pleased with the customer service! I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy and the lady working today. He answered the questions I had regarding the protein ( he recommended us the half seared salmon). My first time having that and it was good. The lady was so sweet to my little one and offered him a sticker. The place looked nice and clean, we definitely will return!
Such a disappointment for being the first Poke restaurant in Puyallup. Prices are high, portions are tiny, flavors are mediocre. We ordered the Large size which comes with three proteins... I can honestly count each single protein on one hand. The Take Out containers are all the same size despite the "serving" you buy. I would honestly drive out to Tacoma, Kent, heck even Seattle, to get the most bang out of my buck for Poke. I wish they increased the amount of protein/fish they put into their bowls if they're going to charge $17+ for it.
The poke is not like hawaii, but it still curves the cravings! They have many different options - spicy ahi, ahi, salmon, tako, etc. the spicy ahi is mashed up. I do like their variety of toppings as well. I would suggest if you just want poke to buy the half lb. Along with the poke bar there is a milk tea place in here as well, they are separate places so you have to go to their register to order and pay.
This was pretty good, loved the flavor. They also give you a hefty amount of food. I could only eat half a bowl, but it was so good.

I can't say it's necessarily authentic poke because I've only had it once but the quality and taste of the food is amazing. The portions are very generous and everyone is always so nice. Add in that Sip + Spoon is an option, it's absolutely worth trying at least once.
First time I stepped into this place was about a couple of weeks ago and the food was delicious. I had a poke bowl with all of the fixings and a boba drink. They customized my drink exactly how I wanted it and the bowl was pretty pricey, but tasted so good. My drink had a mix of two flavors and different types of boba. The only thing weird was that I ended up paying twice since my drink was rung up on one side and my food on the other side. They have new foods to try and are okay with you trying a sample of something you haven't had before. The server took me through step by step through the whole menu of what to add into my poke bowl. What an unforgettable experience.
One of the best things about this place is the freshness of the fish, the less desirable thing is how expensive it is in comparison to the portion size. I personally felt It was worth it as the freshness was quite satisfying and the other add-ons were aplenty. They had a large number of uncharges so that was a bit annoying. Again, it was delicious and the flavor was on point. My wife and I will definitely be back. I'm so excited we finally have poke in Puyallup.
There is street parking in the front and a a parking lot in the back. If you do park in the back, there is no back entrance and have to walk around. I ordered the Passionfruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly with less sugar and it was delicious. Very light and refreshing and perfect for a warm day. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely will be coming back to try their other items. read more
I was walking in the area & was initially going to a different food spot & didn't realize this was there. Im a huge fan of poke so I was happy to see it. I walked in and was kindly greeted and designed my bowl. They have plenty of toppings and all were delicious. I selected for me to have mine to go & ended up putting it in the fridge & eating later & it was still perfectly yummy. The inside is fun & theres a cute wall for ig worthy photos. read more

Stopped a little after lunch hours. Cute little modern looking space. Has a few tables if you decide to dine in. I appreciated the bar stools and counter by the door so that I could enjoy the outside view! The employee helping us was great. She gave recommendations and explained what some of the toppings were (we are new here and have not had Poke). Everything in our bowls were fresh. The price is on the high end but worth it for the amount that you get and the quality. They even had Some type of Hawaiian fruit juices that we tried and absolutely loved. Will definitely return in the near future to try a different concoction! read more

Confusing menu. Avocado is a protein? No it's not! They Also have crab salad as a protein but also as a side? Also confusing if I'm paying for a 3 protein bowl. I'd rather have crab salad as a free side to add and have a protein like octopus or shrimp, tuna as a paid protein. No premade bowl ideas. Kindve a subway style seafood rice seafood bowl. Is this poke?! Also argued with me over several menu items that were confusing to me. I was trying to give advice as a customer how complicated they made ordering. The pictures show traditional poke bowl with all ingredients in a bowl unmixed. They took all my ingredients and tossed in a mixing bowl? Why? I asked you not too. The picture doesn't show it all mixed up. Overall. Decent at best. Won't return. $20 bowl of ehhh read more

SOOOOO happy they opened a location in Puyallup!! I got a large with brown rice (half the amount by request) and it was the perfect amount for not having breakfast and late lunch. They are still soft opening but mentioned they'll be doing a grand opening this Saturday. This is an awesome addition to Sunrise Village. Great food and super nice employees! Def go check it out if you're in the area! read more

If you're looking for poke this Mix Poke Bar is the place to go! Brand new in the Puyallup area. I'm super excited that they finally opened up a poke bar here and with your meal you can also get your boba + acai bowls + snacks & sweets from the sip & spoon side which is attached to this location. This place is a total rip off. They're super stingy on their portions, and the "x-large" bowl is teensy. They also have next to nothing for their sides, although I will say they have decent protein options (but omg the portion size is TINY). Service was pretty lackluster too, when I asked questions (whether the seared salmon was cooked thru or just given a little char) the server didn't seem to understand or know how to answer. All in all, this is/was my first and last time coming here. read more

The first poke place in puyallup and it does not disappoint ! The bowls are fully customizable (which I love because I have a bunch of allergies). You can mix your sauces - highly recommend the house shoyu and creamy spicy sauce together. They also have bubble tea drinks and açaí bowls that I HAD to go back to try after eating my poke bowl! Super excited to find out they opened a location in Puyallup! Went to check out their soft opening today and it was very nice inside. Their Bellevue and Tacoma locations are walk ups but this one has limited seating inside. It is similar to the Tacoma mall location as it has Sip + Spoon attached to it (bubble tea, acai bowls, desserts). The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Poke was fresh and love the authentic Hawaiian flavors they offer. Simple and straightforward, the way poke should be. Can't wait to go back and try the Sip + Spoon side (love their mangonadas)! read more
