A friend bought me a new juice to try out. And I did not know that there was cold pressed juice business in Tacoma. Super grateful to have been given this information and product. It was refreshing, clean, and healthy. My gut was thanking me all day. And unlike other juice companies, the beverage was not sugary and had no odd after flavor that cold pressed juice can contain. I am going to go back to pick up more flavors. It is the perfect answer to a hot day and also for those fall/winter juice cleanses I need.
Been having favorite juiceries in other states and finally found a favorite here in Washington! Dined in on a early Saturday afternoon and there was only me and another couple. Ordered the blueberry almond butter. As a peanut butter fanatic I absolutely loved the mix. I also had the chipotle avocado taste. Very thick piece of toast. All natural ingredients. Other things to note: There are about 4 tables inside, but most people who come here tend to just grab and go. Staff was friendly and there is street parking available up front. The time I went, we had to park a block away.
Gather Juice is on 6th Ave (plenty of street parking) with a really welcoming shop and helpful people if you have questions! I like the blueberry almond butter smoothie and the "toasts" - my favorite is chipotle avocado toast. They also have juices and other smoothies and açaí bowls and grain bowls! It's just the right spot to go for a small bite or you can order delivery (door dash). It's kid friendly and the food/drinks are kid (toddler and older!) approved. Everything is prepared fresh and it's a pretty quick stop if you're on the go.
I absolutely LOVE Gather Juice. I was first invited in for a Yelp elite event and have returned several times since. My favorite juice is Roots (carrot, fuji apple, lemon, and ginger) and the everything toast is phenomenal! I haven't had an opportunity to try any of the other items because I keep ordering the Roots! It's definitely on my to do list. The customer service is also fantastic.

Thank you Yelp for the opportunity to find a local business absolutely worth the drive and effort to go to. The absolute best avocado toast I have ever had. The avocado was smooth and delicious. Topped with a slightly spicy chipotle style sauce and sprinkled with special seasonings. On top of a beautiful slice of brioche style bread. The açaí bowl was fresh and yummy too. My friend did not complain. The owner was super friendly and told me about other toasts they offer here. The girl working with him was also super friendly. The ambiance is clean and welcoming. Parking is available in front and on the side streets. I will be coming back for another one of their toasts. They also had a cooler with to go items, salads, and beverages. Very good prices. Eat well and SYOY.
Juices: The root juice is definitely sweet and you can taste the ginger very clearly. It's delicious but definitely need to take small sips at a time. The Pineapple Express was light, and refreshing! Food: I got the everything toast and it was delicious. Definitely agree with all the comments about the chipotle sauce being delicious. I'd definitely come back for this. The bread was perfectly toasted and soft. The avocado was fresh and creamy. I say a good value for $9. Parking: We found street parking right in front. It's not too hard to find street parking here so don't stress.
Space is great, food is wonderful, and so is the staff. Would recommend coming here! It it closer to stores and downtown Tacoma so this is a great stop for a drink or a snack before setting off for your day.
Such a great spot for quality health foods. The grain bowl & avocado toast is delicious. The service was great with staff who are welcoming & kind. They serve fresh juice daily that's is bottled nicely. The space inside is clean & a great spot to work from or relax.
I was greeted immediately upon entering this friendly and cool establishment. I ordered an acai bowl with blueberries, bananas and almond butter as add-ons. The granola was incredibly good and the drizzled honey was perfect. Another plus with Gather Juice is that the bowl was prepared quickly. So often an acai bowl takes forever to be be prepared. This was a killer bowl prepared quickly amid positive energy from all those working in the place. I also appreciated metal spoons and a real bowl. Can't wait to taste the smoothies and toasts.
I came here for the Açaí bowl. We to Costa Rica where I feel in love with them. It was so good! I loved the fruit. And the granola was amazing. I even liked the almond better drizzle, which I was a little hesitant about. I will absolutely go back again. The price is good for the amount of ingredients. Service was great too. Very friendly.

They're very kind and seem to do their best to remember those who are here! Great study ambiance, with games, art, overall cute aesthetic and some plants! They have a restroom that stays clean and a nice variation of seating! The music isn't always my favorite but that's anywhere, so for those who may want to study or work bring some earphones if you want to hear something chill. Sam is my favorite she truly listens to how I like things and customizes menu items well! Even after coming long enough got to enjoy some great convos which always brought me back! I've recognize that the others do as well! The owner is really kind and I've seen him focus on making sure people actually enjoy what they order. So if you genuinely don't like something I would kindly voice that, and I believe they'll take care of you! Closed mouths don't get what they want! Prices have increased over the last maybe 3 years about 2-4 dollars which is common but they do have a great reward system and if you sign up for texts blasts they often have deals and discounts going out! Overall I really do love this place! It's good for those new to juicing, and it's convient if you need juice on the way somewhere! I would keep in mind juice are pre-made daily so there's no customization for them but they have some really good combinations! Bitter greens, sweet greens, beets, carrots, ginger, celery, apple and even pineapple! Smoothies and açaí bowls can definitely be made to your liking so study the menu well and mention how you want it to come out! (I want it creamy, smooth, sweet, bitter, etc) Happy health!!!

The best vegan spot for lunch and breakfast in Tacoma! Some highlights include their smoothie bowls, my favorite dragon bowl. Love the granola. They also have coffee, espresso, salad, smoothies, all vegan friendly. Plenty of indoor seating. Big window with natural light. Staff is friendly. Also sign up for their awards! read more

Gather juice has re-opened on 6th ave! They have the same great products and flavors as always. The service is counter order and it's quick so it can meet your needs for grab and go, but the interior is also very welcoming and trendy if you want to dine in. The thing I like most about it is that this is the only spot for a quick breakfast that is also healthy and relatively low calorie, perfect spot to start your day with summer around the corner. Ordered 2 Açaí bowls for my teenage son and I to enjoy outside as it's 90° outside and we were feeling like eating something refreshing, filling, and cool. The Açaí bowl hit the spot! When I tell you we were ravenous, it was at the point where it's challenging to make decisions, and the staff helped me decide. It was so filling, and reminded my son of the sweet and sour flavor of his favorite Berry Blast smoothies he gets at the grocery store, but it was in solid form of crunchy granola, berries, yogurt, and a chilled banana. Sooo refreshing! My husband loves making a mixture of something similar at home, but this was waaaaaay better!! I can't wait to bring him to try this too! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, it's extremely kid-friendly with games to play and tables to enjoy eating inside or a bench outside on 6th Ave to people-watch. My favorite: the mural on the outside of the building with the iconic "Sonic's Guy" Kris in-remembrance, as he was a local-Tacoma kid and semi-celebrity around town. There's a lot of Vegan options and can't wait to come back to try more tasty flavors and bringing my husband and friends next time!! My only complaint: it's pretty LOUD inside. The combination of music, machines, guests talking, I could barely hear the gal taking my order and overall found the noise a bit too-overwhelming. Their smoothie bowls are HUGE!! I was impressed by the size. I got their cashew bowl and added blueberries. I like how it had cinnamon in it. This is not a common flavor I see when I get my bowls. As big as this bowl was, it was not as heavy/filling as I imagined. I was able to comfortably eat it all and not be overly stuffed. I would come back for more! Delicious food and dreamy juices, you can't go wrong with Gather! The service is always friendly and kind, they know their menu well and can make recommendations. If you're new to juicing it's a great place to start as they are always happy to educate and explain their process. The ambiance is so cozy and community focused as their name might suggest! There's tables to work at or meet with friends, it's not a huge space but there's plenty of room to enjoy your visit. You can order ahead from their menu if you're in a time crunch which is super convenient and they have a rewards program. Avocado toast might get a "basic" rep but Gather is doing it right, so so good!! They are focused on nutritious, healthy options and they do it well. read more

Our first visit was a few days ago. Ordered 3 items to go. The blueberry zucchini smoothie had virtually no flavor, we were disappointed in that one. The acai bowl was ok, these are t as thick as I'm sure to so it became watery quicker, I added blueberries which a lot were sour. Also got one of their green juices which was good. Second visit we ordered the almond bowl and added agave & strawberries. We don't seem to taste the almond, maybe I read wrong I thought there was almond butter but may just be almond milk. The extra charge for strawberries was literally for only 1 strawberry sliced up. The strawberry, like the blueberries, was not sweet. The base of this bowl was ok, granola is very good, wish the bananas were sliced a bit thinner. Not sure if I'd order either bowl again, they are large but that doesn't make them good. I may try another flavor before I totally give up on them but I do like Blendful the best so far. read more

I've been to Gather Juice several times, mostly for their Mango Strawberry Smoothie. It's a small space, very clean, with good service and sometimes they sell local art. They have a variety of food and drinks: cold pressed juice, açaí bowl, toast, smoothies and more. I don't know anything about healthy juices, but there is quite a variety here. There are some that just aren't for me, as I like sweet and fruity flavors, but other patrons seem to like the greener drinks too. There seems to be something for everyone, including kids. I have only tried the toast, so I can't speak to the other food options, but you get a pretty big slice of bread and spread. I typically get a smoothie and toast together, which is plenty for me. You can go sweet or savory! Gather Juice is located on 6th Ave, so parking can be limited. Prepare yourself to parallel park if you want a spot out front or you can snag a back-in parking spot around the corner on S. Fife St. read more

When your body craves fresh and tasty, come here!! It's perfect for a Monday when you're coming off the weekend and didn't pack a lunch. I admit I definitely come more than on Mondays lol. Cutest little juice spot!! I love all their plants and greenery. The staff here is super nice. The juices are delicious!! And the smoothies are legit. I don't personally love the bowls because the texture is funny and I don't always think the toppings match the base but that's a personal preference. What's there not to love? A juice bar with smoothies, avocado toast (personal fave), bowls, lattes, and sweets? Seriously. It's hard not to love this place. The ambiance is alive, there's no way you can walk in with a bad mood and still leave upset. It's very beautiful and quite calm. The menu and board are exceptionally easy to read which is something I love!! The juices are at the front in fountains and you tell them which one you would like. They fill the bottle, or grab a prefilled bottle out the fridge. I had the Pineapple Express and truly is a perfect juice blend. I haven't tried any others but I know for a fact that this one is my favorite. Main reason. MINT!!!! It makes the juice so refreshing. I also sampled goldilocks which was very crisp! So I heard about this little Gem from my oldest daughter Melissa who told me it was her new indulgence and that it was a find that made her feel good all around. So I tracked this place down with my youngest for about 15 minutes trying to find it since it wasn't obviously listed on Yelp for some reason. After getting a couple killer donuts at legendary Donuts a block away they gave me directions a block west to the new juice bar that opened. Have to have a sharper eye than my eyes to see the little sandwich board sign on the sidewalk and the decal on the door to find it just driving by. Walked in to a clean sparse setting with just the simple basics, very clean, light, and welcoming. Ordered the smoothie bowl. Wow, what a different experience. Not what Im used to as far a a smoothie you eat with a spoon, added granola & banana as well. The texture was smooth, creamy, and silky texture on the tongue which was quite pleasing. My daughter also commented on how the textures were pleasing to her also. The owner said he was told by local businesses that Yelp was a negative site that Yelp only published poor rating unless you sign up for a subscription. The staff is so kind! I need to utilize this place more to study as this place has such a nice relaxing ambience. The toasts, juices, bowls, and smoothies are so yummy! My go to is the chipotle avocado toast and the sweet green juice! I recently tried the peanut butter bowl and it was such a good brunch meal for me to start my day. My friends and I love going here! This place is a must see and must hang out spot! Highly recommend! read more
Gather is one of my guilty pleasures!! A guilty pleasure that is actually good for me. I still need to try their bowls but I've had their juices and I love them and finally tried their avocado toast yesterday and I know it'll be a treat for lunch that I can look forward to. I've always had wonderful customer service here. I appreciate that they have online ordering available, especially during COVID - so I can order, pay ahead and just show up for my goodies! When they were doing delivery over the summer (bc of COVID closures) I was trying to get 3 a week. What a treat to have to look forward to!.. I feel kinda bad with this rating, but let me explain. Came here for the first time a few days ago to try a drink and their acai bowls. I already have high expectations from having Zoe's Juice Bar's bowls all the time that have almost the same ingredients as their acai bowl. The service from Sean was great, he even came out from behind the counter to show me their bars. He was eager to answer every question. The Charcoal Lemonade was incredible too, and the aesthetic of the place is very modern and chic. However, the disapointment comes from the prices being higher for the bowl that wasn't good. $11 for a bowl I wasn't happy with, versus $8 for an incredibly delectable bowl with almost the same ingredients from Zoe's Juice Bar in Olympia. I would only return here to try their smoothies and juices. Zoe's has a much better tasting bowls and prices. read more

Thanks for you question. Our smoothie are real fresh or frozen fruit with a base of almond milk or coconut water depending on the recipe. We can always sub out one for the other and we also have oat milk and apple juice. We never use concentrates,…
