The texture of the ice blended drink was smooth and creamy, there were not chunks of ice like other places tend to have. The flavors were spot on! The drink was the perfect combination of both flavors merges together and the lychee jellies were flavorful as well. Mango lovers over here !!! I haven't really tried any of the other option, but the Mangonada is super bomb. In other words, it's amazingly fresh and satisfying. They were always quite busy whenever I go , yet they were able to execute on time and drink came out still tasty and refreshing . I was worried it would be run down like the other places I have been. Which is why I was able to drink anything here the other day. Prices range from 4.00 to 6.00 depending on what you put in it. I ordered a mangonado with boba in it. It was way too sweet. Next time I will ask for 1/4 of what they added into the drink. My friend ordered a hot oolong boba tea, and she had asked prior if it would be sweet. The worker said no, the drink was way too sweet. Which is why I am giving them 3 stars. I think it's hard to gauge sweetness, but they should have a chart to comply like other boba businesses have for the customer's preference. The mangonada does not come with a tamarind straw, but it is worth the extra 1.50 to purchase it. Especially if you like your mangonadas sour! Absolutely delicious! Fast and friendly service. I decided to order the Mangonada and boy was it the best decision I made all day!! It's really good! This drink had real mangoes in it and the mango was chopped perfectly to drink with the straw. Great presentation and amazing drink. She tells me I have to go to that side to order boba. Ok no problem, I'll walk the 10 feet to my left. But she just lets me wait there while she chats with her friend who was behind me (her friend already had a pizza in hand and did not order any poke). Finally when she's done chatting, she walks over to take my order. After I paid for my boba, I told her that I was gonna sit at the table in front of their station so wave me down when my drink is ready. She finished making my drink but decided that it was more important to come out to the food court to finish that conversation with her friend. I walk back to pick up my drink and the male employee didn't know that my drink was in the holder ready to go. Obviously she informed him of absolutely nothing before she went out to socialize. Another time I was there, a different female employee decided to order her coworker to make my drink. He started to prep my drink before I finished paying which was nice. They were flirting with each other for a bit before handing me my drink. When I asked her where was my boba, she quickly responded that it was $0.50 extra. I told her that she JUST rung my drink up with that extra $0.50 charge in which she checked the label and blamed him for not adding any boba. The cookie one is kinda chockey when it comes to texture and it's not to die for and macha is a no for me anyways it's like dirty seaweed and strawberry mixed won't help at all but there watermelon blend is good. My daughter gets a bubble tea everywhere she goes, restaurants, festivals, food truck events and etc. Came here, Tacoma mall location and order a tea with tapioca. It didn't taste anything like she has gotten at several different locations. I understand you are not Starbucks, but should have some similarities, right? I brought it up to the girl that made it and she was more than willing to accommodate (it was obvious that not more than one taste was taken from the drink, their lids are sealed on!) but then a different girl, Pam swiped the drink and went to the back room. Being rude to me is one, but directing towards my daughter is another!!! Not a bad addition to the Sunrise Village Shopping Center. While I'm sure this side of Meridian welcomes a unique addition there's still some finishing touches and things that could be worked on. When entering they have 2 sides a Drinks side and a Poke side. Having a sign (which may even be in the works I'm not sure) separating the two would be helpful. Also this location has pastries and sweets on the digital menu but they aren't displayed anywhere. So when I saw Macaroons it was disappointing to not see what flavors were available and having to ask and hold up the line. I also asked cashier what a particular drink may taste like she said she wasn't sure. I always think it's important for staff to try and taste so they can help with the experience of customers. A little underwhelming at the amount of Jelly given with our teas but the Açaí bowl was very good! Overall not bad, a bit pricer than Melody Boba on Meridian near the mall.
