Service is always friendly enough. Aside from arriving one day where they were closed, but Yelp reported them as open, I have had no complaints. I've only tried their classic acai bowls, they are one of my favorites! The base is nice and thick and I feel there are enough toppings to base ratio. The bananas are cut a bit thick and the strawberries can be more white at times, but those are not a big deal, this bowl is so good.

I came in ready to spend money, but was met with poor attitudes and staff who clearly didn't want to be there. How are you a smoothie spot out of bananas at 11am? And worse, why am I only finding that out after I place my order? Given I called ahead of time asking about the smoothie bowls being in stock, given their website said everything was out. There's too much potential in our community to let businesses fall short on the basics. If you're going to charge high prices, train your team, keep your inventory stocked, and lead with hospitality. Because right now, it feels like we're paying extra just to be disappointed. Nonetheless, the smoothie bowls were fresh, tasted good, but I won't be returning given the poor customer service. You would have to pay those girls to smile. Smh

I always try to support local businesses, but unfortunately, my recent visit here left me very…read moredisappointed. My boyfriend and I spent just over 40 minutes in the shop for what should have been a quick order. We were not greeted upon arrival, and the person who appeared to be the owner or manager was preoccupied making multiple shakes for her son while chatting about the new barstools she had purchased. Nearly 10 minutes passed before we were acknowledged, and another 10 before we were told she would be with us shortly. When my order was finally made, it was incorrect. Before I could let them know that I was fine with the mistake, the drink was dumped and remade, adding even more to the wait time. Unfortunately, the remake was also incorrect--this time missing the powder flavoring I had originally requested--resulting in a plain shake. Given the extended wait, the lack of customer service, and the price point, I cannot justify returning. I value supporting small businesses, but this experience demonstrated why many customers turn to chain establishments that have the staffing and systems to provide consistent service.

It seemed like the employees enjoyed the loud music and were not very mindful of the guests. I asked for it to be turned down, but it was only lowered slightly. We were also the only table eating in at the time. The açaí bowl was overly sweet and frozen on the bottom. I would prefer no added sugar beyond the honey listed in the description, but it tasted like there was added sugar in the fruit or base. I do not think this place is very healthy as I suspect very high added sugar content. The Mediterranean bread was good, but the garlic artichoke bread was very salty. I also ordered a blue lavender drink and was disappointed. The lavender was too strong and the drink did not taste balanced. Overall, I like the idea of this place, but the food, drinks, and atmosphere need improvement. It was also expensive for what we got -- almost $64 with tip for two orders of bread, two drinks, and one açaí bowl. We likely won't be returning.
