always love coming to Gravity Coffee, but unfortunately my experience yesterday wasn't great. The customer service has never been like this before. The blonde employee who helped me seemed like she was having a really bad day. I completely understand if she was stressed or overwhelmed, but there was no one else in line, and the interaction felt very dismissive and unwelcoming. 6/16 I also ordered an Interstellar, which is usually one of my favorite drinks and a staple on the menu, but this time it tasted honestly disappointing. Anyways, I went again today the girl working alone made my interstellar delicious. :) read more

I went at 12:14 and I ordered a 24 oz peanut butter protein without protein and I got charged 13.02. I know it was my fault for not speaking up but I thought maybe I didn't see the menu correctly but I doubled checked and the most I should've gotten charged is like 9 dollars. The barista who charged me even told me she would make it cheaper for me since I wasn't getting protein. read more

My hubby and I have been going to the new Gravity Coffee in Maple Valley which is the second location for them in the 7-11 Shopping Center. In the last four days, we have had some pretty woeful experiences. We both get 24 oz cold latte or Americano, with decaf shots. A few days ago, after we pulled away and were about 100 feet from the stand, my husband's lid popped off his 24 oz iced Americano, spilling all over the inside of my console and dashboard. He noted that the lid was not placed on the cup securely, but it took him several times to put the lid back on so it didn't pop off again. When we got home, my 24 oz iced latte had the lid come off in the car again, making another mess we had to clean up. Yesterday, we went to the original stand across from Wahlgren's in MV, and we both ordered the same drinks. I took off from the drive-thru and when I tried my drink about five minutes later, it was super bitter. We didn't have time to go back, but we went to the same stand this morning, ordered the same drinks, but I mentioned to the barista about the bitter shots. She said this can sometimes happen with their decaf. She was sure to pull the shots perfectly, so all was good -- until we got home. I was getting out of my car, holding my drink with my fingers around the top of the glass and the lid, and the lid popped off again, spilling most of the contents onto my driveway and my clothes and shoes.
