always love coming to Gravity Coffee, but unfortunately my experience yesterday wasn't great. The customer service has never been like this before. The blonde employee who helped me seemed like she was having a really bad day. I completely understand if she was stressed or overwhelmed, but there was no one else in line, and the interaction felt very dismissive and unwelcoming. 6/16 I also ordered an Interstellar, which is usually one of my favorite drinks and a staple on the menu, but this time it tasted honestly disappointing. I went at 12:14 and I ordered a 24 oz peanut butter protein without protein and I got charged 13.02. I know it was my fault for not speaking up but I thought maybe I didn't see the menu correctly but I doubled checked and the most I should've gotten charged is like 9 dollars. The barista did provide a tip for next time if I'm looking for a more fuller 8oz drink, I can go for a Flat White. I visit both of their locations fairly regularly and do appreciate this STW location that is closer to me. Parking is on street and has never given any problem finding a spot nearby. Great offerings of seasonal coffee drinks, and I enjoy coming here very early before the crowd hits.

We got a dirty chai and hot chocolate for drinks- hot chocolate was pretty but nothing special about it (spoiled by our hot chocolate at cadoon which had a hint of caramel and licorice which was crazy good and we are not even licorice fans!). I digress. The dirty chai was unique though and tasty. The stars for us was the food! We got the huevos rancheros and the savory egg sandwich. Both were delicious! Best HR we've ever had probably due to the crema and red sauce. Egg sandwich had unique flavors with the onion jam and the toasted roll was so perfect with the egg and arugula. Very well balanced. I usually never eat all the bread bc not worth the carbs but couldn't resist finishing this masterpiece. All the pastries were very good too! Just needed an option to warm up the orange cardamom morning bun to make it warm and crispy but the flavors were amazing. Also loved the brown butter blueberry muffin. Only disappointment was the ube ginger muffin wasnt fully cooked - tasted great for the parts that were. Wish we had one near us on east coast!

The place is a super fun atmosphere when we went. Coffee was small but you could get refills. Just a little inconvenient to keep going up for it. The only thing I would like to see is a traditional breakfast sandwich if you aren't feeling the extra stuff. Solid solid breakfast!!!!

The coffee and service provided is absolutely FANTASTIC! I couldn't be more happy with the bright and happy smiles that I am greeted with every day when these girls make my coffee. They all bring a radiant glow to the stand and it makes my day! Whenever I bring my daughter with me, China always goes out of her way to make her smile or laugh (granted she is 3 years old) and her face lights up like a Christmas tree when she sees China. Her outstanding class and effort and professionalism needs to be noticed more by peers and customers because she goes above and beyond any food industry employee that I have ever seen in my 36 years of life. I want to hire her for my office because I know she has the capability to do anything when she puts her mind to it! The staff of the Gravity Coffee locations have been great, but the customer service from corporate is a piece. I was recently told their sugar free items are not a actually sugar free, so I requested information regarding this and they quickly replied telling me they don't have to share this information because they don't have enough locations making mandatory to share the nutritional information. If you have any health considerations please be cautious when being a patronage of these locations. A diabetic friend of mine recently had a 2 point increase on their A1C and the only change was starting to use a Gravity Coffee location and ordering their "sugar free" beverages. read more

I go to a different location I have stopped at this one a few times its close to my mom, the coffee is never as good as the other location, and since I go to the other location I know how the loading of my Gravity card works I stopped one time loaded $50 witch means I get a free coffee the girl helping me loaded the carded then she asked me for money for my coffee, I just loaded my coffee card !!! I don't know it was no name tags. I told her "you just loaded my card " her laughing that's $10 something for 2 coffee's I had to remind her that I get one of my coffee free, her response "my bad and laughs" makes me think how many people has she taken money from. read more

This coffee stand is my fave & gravity is my most fave coffee ever these days. I used to be an avid big foot java customer but the girls' salty attitudes detoured me away. I have not had 1 bad experience with gravity and the girls at the center st. location are super friendly and always have a smile on their faces!! (Stevie, Jordon, Lauren, Natalie, Angie, Diana, McKenzie and all the others, you are all rockstars) Not only do they know my plethora of drinks that my boyfriend and I drink there but they also have gotten to know me as a person and not just a customer. I came in and ordered a medium drip and the girls told me they only serve americanos. Initially I was hesitant to try one but they were so nice and persuasive that I agreed! I am so glad that i did. Ill never go back to drip or any other coffee place, americanos are the way to go! Ashley and Shiann in the afternoon are my favorites, they are so sweet, knowledgable and fun! The girl lifted her shirt to show her butt off to my boyfriend, they're turning into sex driven baristas these days after the remodel with full body view windows and dress code of tight yoga pants and boots. I stopped by this coffee shop today and really enjoyed it. I got an iced vanilla chai with vanilla cold foam, which was super smooth, sweet, and perfectly spiced. My boyfriend tried one of their protein smoothies and loved how fresh and filling it was. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely a spot we'd come back to. read more

Stopped by to try out Gravity for the first time, got in line there were 3 cars in front of me, I got to the window fast and the manager Jordon was awesome.
