Myself and a couple of my friends decided to come here to grab a coffee before our walk. I've been to Farm 12 a handful of times for brunch, but this was my first time visiting Fika. It's a lot bigger than I expected it to be! Definitely very spacious and would be a good spot to work remote or have coffee dates with friends. They have a case of pastries, cookies, etc. We didn't indulge this time around, but they did have some stuff that looked tasty! They also have a cold case when you enter that has light snacks and kid-friendly drinks like juice, chocolate milk, etc. They had a fun seasonal menu out in addition to their regular drinks - I went with the Campfire Cold Brew which was served with a marshmallow cold foam and marshmallows on type. Really cute presentation! The drink itself was tasty and the perfect pick-me-up for our walk. All of the baristas here are incredibly kind, but I do have to echo the sentiments on the wait here. It's pretty regularly crazy busy, and even on a day where it wasn't tooo bad we were waiting 15 minutes or so for all of us to get our drinks after paying. We'll definitely be back in the future and I can't wait to try more of their seasonal drinks and a pastry next time.

I always have fast friendly service at gravity. Only complaint is sometimes too much foam on top my energy drink and once it settles there is a 1-2" gap sometimes, so I feel I'm not getting the full 32oz drink I'm paying for, but some locations are better at this than others, of scooping off foam and topping off drink. Also, I'm a slow drinker, so prefer my ice on the side, which I was told several times I could ask for at no extra charge but then recently have been told I have to be charged extra to do that, so I ask for very light ice now and some locations are great at that and others still fil 1/2 a cup of ice, so by the time I'm under 1/2 a cup it tastes all watered down and ruins a $10 drink. most of the time, I would rate them a 5 star, especially at the main one I go to (shout out to Puyallup 2) and even parkland & sumner have been mostly great! read more

The staff of the Gravity Coffee locations have been great, but the customer service from corporate is a piece. I was recently told their sugar free items are not a actually sugar free, so I requested information regarding this and they quickly replied telling me they don't have to share this information because they don't have enough locations making mandatory to share the nutritional information. If you have any health considerations please be cautious when being a patronage of these locations. A diabetic friend of mine recently had a 2 point increase on their A1C and the only change was starting to use a Gravity Coffee location and ordering their "sugar free" beverages. read more

I had such a great experience at Gravity Coffee in Puyallup thanks to Melody! From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Gravity just recently purchased this stand from a previous coffee company and turned the entire thing around! A remodel, new management, amazing team girls, and WOW. The product is amazing, the service is fast and up-beat, and customer service is always top priority. I recently witnessed their Grand Opening when each side of the drive-thru had 10+ cars at a time. The girls were outside grabbing orders, texting them to the staff inside, and our drinks were ready as soon as we pulled up to the window. Very impressed with this company! read more
