I always have fast friendly service at gravity. Only complaint is sometimes too much foam on top my energy drink and once it settles there is a 1-2" gap sometimes, so I feel I'm not getting the full 32oz drink I'm paying for, but some locations are better at this than others, of scooping off foam and topping off drink. Also, I'm a slow drinker, so prefer my ice on the side, which I was told several times I could ask for at no extra charge but then recently have been told I have to be charged extra to do that, so I ask for very light ice now and some locations are great at that and others still fil 1/2 a cup of ice, so by the time I'm under 1/2 a cup it tastes all watered down and ruins a $10 drink. most of the time, I would rate them a 5 star, especially at the main one I go to (shout out to Puyallup 2) and even parkland & sumner have been mostly great! read more

I love gravity, it's my go to coffee shop- especially the one on canyon rd. But whenever I go here I have found the barista Kennedy is rude and doesn't seem like she wants to be there. I went once and thought it might have been a one off but it's been at least a dozen times i've had a bad interaction. I have even had friends in the car say the same thing. There is a major major Bee problem at this location. I know that at least one of the girls that makes coffee is severely allergic to bee's. I was there today and she had a bee land on her finger. Something needs to be done it is November there should be no bee's. So there is obviously an infestation of bee's within the stand. Please address the bee's or we will take our business elsewhere! I'm so glad that my husband and I decided to try Gravity on a whim as we were driving around, contemplating which coffee spot to try out next as we're new to the area. By far, this is our favorite coffee spot. We've been to this location twice so far and got the same drink each time; I had the salted caramel macchiato and he had hyperspace. We ordered decaf for both and were surprised at how flavorful and bold the coffee flavor was despite it being decaf. The sweetness levels were just perfect for both drinks as well. Meh. I moved to the area and liked how pretty the stands are. I am a chai tourist and like to try chais from everywhere I go, in search of my holy grail chai. Order #1- placed via Grubhub. Cancelled with no reason, after waiting for about 45 minutes. Maybe this wasn't their fault? Order #2- placed in person. After waiting a REALLY LONG TIME behind one car that ordered one drink. Having worked in drive-thru coffee myself- I'm pretty understanding that so much happens that customers can't see. Finally get to the window. Woman working isn't friendly and is barely cordial. I order a chai with oat milk. It taste like oat milk with some cinnamon and sugar. I have drank a lot, and I cannot emphasize this enough, A LOT of chai, and this is barely chai. It tastes more like a snickerdoodle- which is good but those of us who drink chai typically want spice. There's no spice here. It's just a cup of sugar. The kicker? It cost more than my normal chai at Starbucks. I'm going to say that this stand is like an attractive person with a bad personality. Save the money and the time and skip it. read more

I have driven past this place many times and have always wanted to try and today I had that opportunity. It was quite busy when I arrived and had to wait for quite a while. As I was waiting, a white car came in the middle and literally cut me, intentionally, with the room I had left in between my car and the area to order so that definitely put a dent on my experience especially since I had waited for my turn in line. Anyway, the service was alright - nothing great, just to the point. There were 3 people working inside and they had the music blasting. Literally blasting and I had to yell my order over the music so they could hear me. I mean, just lower the sound that shows more value to the customer who physically came in to have your coffee. That was also quite annoying actually. The coffee itself, was great! Thank god! We had the iced mocha (as I usually do when I visit a new place) and chai tea. The chai tea was sweet, more vanilla and cinnamon based which is slightly different from what I am used to but it was still delish, especially on a cold autumn day. And the iced mocha hit the spot. They apparently don't do iced drinks less than 16oz currently due to Covid, I don't see how that makes a difference but that's what the lady serving us said. So be prepared to get a bigger size if you want a iced drink, currently. The iced mocha was a good balance of coffee and mocha and you can tell that the coffee is roasted well and doesn't have that burnt taste. So overall, I would visit again just for a good cup of joe, at the very least while I drive by Meridian. read more

I had this issue where I was always drinking Starbucks coffee. The app was convenient, you get points, whatever. Small problem, Starbucks tastes like burnt gas station coffee. I tried out Gravity Coffee (I think I've been to almost all their locations now lol) and I am HOOKED. I usually get one of their energy drinks, but I've had their hot and blended coffees and they are so delicious. I live up north and had the most phenomenal coffee and excellent customer service today. I went here for the first time because my sister and her husband always talk about how the coffee is soooo good. I used to train for Tully's coffee in Northern quest casino in Spokane. So, know how specific the science of coffee can be from the perfect shot to the amount of liquid and ice in a drink. Coffee drinkers are especially fickle about their beverage and gravity coffee has grasped that. It's like they know exactly what the guest wants. I appreciate that and I'm sure I speak for others as well. I got an iced espresso with white chocolate and cinnamon. I explained how I wanted my drink made and they got it on the first try. Most coffee stands don't and I usually have to tell them to add more ice. My coffee tasted great! My sisters kids got strawberry milkshakes which they thoroughly enjoyed. Jess and Sammy (or sammie) were the gals that helped us and they were awesome. Thank you ladies and thank you gravity coffee for understanding your customers wants and needs and for making fantastic coffee and specialty drinks! I always love coming here. I normally get some variation of energy drinks. There amazing But I decided to get coffee today. That was a bad idea. I ordered a 16oz iced americano with white coffee, sf vanilla and hazelnut with cream. But when I got it I could tell there was sf caramel in it. So I tried it... omg it was so bad. It tasted like a mild after taste of chips and salsa. I don't know how this happened. But from here on out I will stick to energy drinks. read more

I went to gravity yesterday and i got the rudest girl. She told me i had to tell her when i wanted to use my free drink when they don't tell you UNTIL you have a free drink. She was being rude about it so i didn't tip her and she said "really?" Like I'm supposed to tip her when she doesn't deserve it. I'm not required to tip. I love me some coffee , I recently bought a house in puyallup and decided to try GC Since I have read so much about it. I have been a couple of times and have had great service with friendly smiling faces drinks were on point & even my husband has wanted to return ( he's not into coffee like me ) so today I go with my mom to get coffee for everyone , the second I I pulled up the girl taking him order just has an annoyed look on her face , I ask her what's the biggest energy drink they make an got instant attitude every drink I said to her she said is that it, as I was telling her specifics about two drinks she's not even listening! So when I m done ordering my 5 drinks she asks so just the 6 drinks. Me re thinking who I was ordering for I said no it's just five so I start re naming them & she cuts me off and said yeah I got it so I asked her to repeat my order and s she's reading her screen she's naming off stuff I never mentioned. She tells m my total (33$) tales my cards then starts making my drinks she makes mine( with. A floating shot on top ) & sits it on the counter so I asked her if I couldn't it since the shot was starting to sink a rolls her eyes and shoves the drink into my hand And says here ya go ( without a straw ) I asked for a straw three times & noticed she put extra chocolate in the cup ( which I asked for her not to ) since my drink was melting and there was extra chocolate I mentioned oh I didn't want extra chocolate in the cup she takes I back and says you want me to just dump it into another cup.... ummmmm no I want it made the way I ordered it please she snatched it out of my hand re made it but let my shots sit there and Time out so they were gross! They put the same amount of drink in a 32 oz as their smallest size because they fill everything to the top with ice. It's crazy to pay 7$ for about 8oz of an energy drink. If you ask them for light ice they give you extra about 8 times out of 10. It seems like the employees here get their pay docked if they give over 10oz of liquid in any cold drink read more

Kind of cringe worthy- I was greeted with a "hey girl" at my car..... and in the 4 mins i was there, I was called girl about 8-9 times..... It was weird.
