I always stop by this location on my way through. The baristas are always nice and the service is quick. I've liked every coffee I've ever gotten, and they have a knack for creating great flavors. First time at this drive through kiosk, but I have been to others in the Kent area. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and was relatively easy. I like how they hand you the machine to charge your card and leave any comments before you hand it back. The server was very fast and efficient with the latte. I asked for an iced coffee and the person told me I couldn't get my drink topped off with heavy cream because they weren't allowed too because of the cost of what they pay to get it. So I say okay then just top off with half and half. She tells me the total and I hand her a Visa card with money on it that doesn't have a chip and proceeds to say they can only use chip cards. I guess I understand the card situation to a point but why buy heavy cream in the first place if you can't top my drink with it. Ridiculous. read more

Can I just say that I have always preferred Big Foot Java over any other coffee joint! Hands down! My drinks are almost always consistently perfect which is why I gave 2 stars vs 1. I don't know what it is about this location but the girls attitudes were disgusting! Never asked what size drink that I wanted, hello, hows your morning. You know the typical convo that you usually get from those amazing morning ppl in the customer service driven coffee world! Nope not at this location. Chick wouldnt even fake smile for me! Then to top it all off, the two couldn't even wait until I pulled off to start gossiping and making snide comments about customers. First time at this location definitely will not be coming back I've never been to a location where the barista's have their hair down just about every location that I've been to minus this particular location and one other at the other locations I've been to everyone always has their hair up they don't put their fingers right on top of the straw this was just not a good experience . The one barista her hair was right in her face as she made our drinks and the other barista had her hair down as well. I asked the barista (hair in her face) if she could make one drink Decaf first before she started to make the other and she didn't look to happy about that. I've had this order mixed up before and figured if they made it first then my drink after there would be no mix up. I usually tip really well but didn't this time. I have to say that I don't have any real complaints about this place. That times that I have gone, the girls were nice and friendly and the coffee came out as expected. I mean it could have to do with the fact that it was super late and I was the only car coming through on both times. So maybe they were bored and we're glad to be able to do something. But I would have to come back during normal hours to see what it's like. If you have been to any big foot Java places before, you know that they have 2 side for drive up. They are smack in the middle of a busy shopping center with fast food and gym all in one spot. So be careful when pulling around. There are a lot of people that just don't pay attention. When we lived in Federalway we went to big foot al the time the drinks where great the team members where super friendly! This big foot is nasty not clean the two girls working were not friendly. They had extremely long hair one had her hair in her down in her face and just flowing free which is against health code. The other made a small attempt to pull her hair back with a small pony on top of her head however her hair also was very long and mostly down so it was flowing all over. The drinks where not good I ordered a legendary split shot with extra cinnamon blended. My drink was partially blended when pulling the shots she hardy even tamped the coffee in the portafilter she used the back of a scoop. Shots where under extracted there was no cinnamon in my drink and it was partially blended partly liquid. Then to top it off she used the clip board that gets passed from guest to guest set on out side and in side counters as a lid for what looked like the white chocolate powder or maybe the sugar. Then touched both our straws right where we drink from with her bare hands. While I am a fan of Bigfoot java I will never come back to this one. Also will be making a call to the health department. read more

The Nutti Yeti is delicious. The Legendary Latte is good but I prefer The Nutti Yeti. The coffee doesn't taste burnt like starbucks-a great thing!-and the prices are reasonable. Found this place on a trip to Safeway when we first moved here a few months ago. Never have had a bad drink made from here. The girls are friendly and remember you if you're a regular. I first started coming to Bigfoot when I found out they were 24 hours and I wanted coffee on my way to work around 4:30 [well before Starbucks opens]--and then when I switched to night shift, they were again the most convenient drive thru open at 10:30 pm. After a while the girls got to know me and they have a genuine care and concern for regular customers. They also have a 44 oz coffee. Yes. 44. Seriously. I would order a 10 shot 32 oz latte and it would last through most of my shift. Sometimes the newer girls are a little shy, or I've gotten a screwed up drink or two, but honestly it's not a big deal... Having a barista remember your "regular" drink is a really good feeling in life. I never tipped for coffee until I started going here. read more

I'm pretty annoyed with the service I got today. I drove up, the Barista(long dark brown hair) was in the middle of making 2 drinks for walk-in guests but asked me for my drink, I told her a blended mocha with raspberry, she said OK, she finished making the walk-in guest's drinks and wrung them up. Once she finished with those guests she says to, "I forgot we don't have raspberry"! I waited a total of about 10-15mins to be told they can't make my drink, when in that time I could have gone somewhere else and have my drink in hand! Not trying to be a snob or entitled, but at least do me the courtesy of letting me know ahead of time so I don't waste precious coffee time! Honestly, it really wasn't the fact that they couldn't make my drink, i forget details all the time myself, it was more that I didn't feel sincerity in her apology after the fact. It was more like "Oops, you're SOL" rather than "Let's try and figure out another coffee option for you". I've worked in retail and customer service for 10 years now and I guess this just struck a chord. I wasn't rude or demanding, I just wanted a coffee after my workout. And on top of that the other Barista was more interested in getting the coffee delivery truck guy's attention than anything else. She came to my window and didnt even look at me, she just tried to make eye contact with that delivery truck guy who parked beside me. No worries though because I ended up going to Cafe Elite up the street and they had my coffee in hand within 5mins, even with a short car line in front of me. They were much more personable too.
