Followed it with peach milkshake, thick, creamy, peach pops real strong like biting into a ripe one, we slurped it down giggling before it even melted. Place feels open, drive-thru quick but staff chat real nice, windows let in light so nice and roomy. Coffees? Smooth roast, no burn, just deep good essence that sticks. My latte was fine and the service was good. But the food was terrible. I ordered the turkey gouda bagel sandwich, and it was so stale I couldn't physically bite through one side of the sandwich. All of the cheese was melted into the bag, with none remaining on the sandwich. The flavors weren't very good either. I ate it about 5 minutes after getting it and it was still very hot, so it wasn't that I let it sit too long. I'll return for coffee when I'm passing by, but I wouldn't go out of my way and wouldn't order the food again. read more

There are no acceptable excuses. for the condition of this store. every time I come here in the morning . it is always dirty and dusty. 7 am in the morning and lobby trash is already full. Coffee taste terrible. Floors dirty cardboard boxes, left in the lobby, baristas sitting on counters, both looking and dressing like the both woke up out of bed. Express concerns to manager about cleanliness . Body language was nonchalant. there is no pride for the company, community, or staff shown here. A waste of the 14 dollars that was spent. Terrible experience will not be back. Nor refer to other people or clients. It is a good thing that most of your clients are thru the drive thru. Because if you relied off of your lobby. You wouldn't be successful. My best advice shut down your lobby. Only serve drive tru customers. Because the pride and professionalism to run a lobby is not here. At this establishment. read more

I wanted to love this place, but I can't. Came in on NYE slightly after 8. Loved that they were open until 10 despite it being a holiday. Had high hopes. That were quickly killed... Customer service wasn't that great. The girl who made our drinks was mopping the floor and then went straight to making our drinks. No hand wash first? :/ I'm sure the pho place did grosser things, I'll look past it. Girl who took my money was super nice. Fast forward to the drinks. Tasted great. Pretty sweet to be sugar free but I'm trusting that it was correct. I get to the end of my drink and get two chunks in my mouth. HORRIFIED. I spit them out. I really hope they use powdered white chocolate, but based on the texture, I think those little chunks were from the steam wand. So turned off!! I've been to one Gravity Coffee before but it was a drive up. That's ok but I found it very cool that this location is more like a sit down place where you can kick back and sip on your coffee drink. Gravity Coffee has a wide list of all kinds of different coffee drinks. I got one of the drinks that was inspired from a candy bar. It was good but proved to be too rich for me to fully enjoy it. I should have gotten a much smaller size. This time I was aware of that and got something less involved.
