I have gone here a few times, when on my way to puyallup. At first they were all well mannered, but I think a new manager took over and the vibes just had a huge decline. The new manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful, not just to her staff but to her customers as well and I don't think I'll go back until she is replaced. I have had a great experience with all the other staff and they are very kind to me and my partner, but the manager doesn't match their energy. The drinks are often made correctly but the coffee can taste burnt at times, which is understandable. The tall blonde girl that works there is my absolute favorite though, she is why I keep coming back. read more

Ordered a white mocha and 3 shots of espresso. The girl put all the shots in the mocha. When I pointed out that I ordered the shots separately she told me she would have to charge me again to remake the coffee. She said the company is cracking down on having to remake drinks. I've been here a handful of times. The service is always super fast and friendly. They have pretty good coffee/energy mixers.

My first visit to a Gravity Coffee location did not disappoint! I put 4 stars because they don't offer oat milk which is my preferred milk alternative but they did have hemp milk which was cool, I just prefer oat milk. I got the Area 51 which was incredibly smooth! The flavors are not in your face but still very tasty. Really enjoyed my drink and would go back to try their others. read more

I hope this is the right location. I've been living in the Lake Tapps area for about a year. I only go to gravity to get my coffee. The coffee is great, but the employees are better. I think everyone should start their morning off with a coffee and a smile and all of them do that. One barista in particular I believe her name is Jessica is one of my favorites. she is so genuine and always remembers my orders. I hope I got the right name. You were wearing a pink clip in your hair yesterday with bows on it and I told you how cute I thought it was. I love Gravity, great drinks! 13 Moons energy drink is my favorite and one I cannot make at home. Also their Mango smoothies are delicious! Love treating myself to their amazing drinks. The girls are always friendly and make you feel welcome. They have a rewards card to earn for a free drink. Some coffee stands don't punch unless it's coffee and I usually get either energy drink or smoothie. They are always busy, at least when I go. Highly recommend, great menu choices, drinks and service! read more

Coffee is an acquired taste that I am not a fan of. Energy drinks are good but do not always taste the same, sometimes they can be overly sweet. The only drink I've had from there that has been consistent is their peanut butter protein shake which I highly recommend compared to other coffee shops. read more

Cute and convenient location but expensive and slower than all the other gravity locations I have visited. It cost me $16 for 2 16oz drinks and 1 kids drink before tip and it took her 9 mins to do. She did the blended drink first and it sat so by the time my son got it; it was melted a good bit. read more

I've been to this location several times, and every time I go I ask for no foam and then say please NO foam. That being said I have always gotten at least 1/2 cup to 1/4 cup of foam in my coffee. So today I asked for the same thing and once again got a ton of foam, so I asked can you please take the foam off. She dumped it and made it again with the same amount of foam. I won't go back. We always ordered drinks from here and the quality has always been good, but not in several occasions when the order was not done properly. Today is the third time that they put ice on our drinks when we specifically said NO ICE in the instructions. I don't think that's hard to understand at all. It is very simple.
