I came here specifically for the Turkish Breakfast. I've got a thing for the variety of foods that come in a Turkish Breakfast and I've gone a couple places that serve it. This place is pretty impressive! The meat is cooked, they give you a variety of jams and dipping things for your bread. The servers are super friendly and the place is aesthetically pleasing. The only issue is seating is minimal. And it gets BUSY. Not sure if there's a large Turkish community in this area as it's the place where I normally find it but absolutely delicious! read more

Yet another Turkish place! Where have all these places come from in the last few years? The food from this one was great as well. We really wish there was a bit more choice on the menu but it is geared specifically for breakfast, so no mezze platters here. The menemen was delicious. I really love this breakfast dish now. I have had a few Turkish meals before but this one really stood out! I went here for Sunday brunch and it was surprisingly not busy. Perhaps the location is a bit out of the way, but it was nice to have a relaxed brunch without being rushed. I got the menemen and beef manti, as well as Turkish coffee. The menemen is like a shakshuka as there's a mixture of tomato and egg but they also had a bunch of other vegetables like bell pepper. The dish also came with some bread, cheese, and olives, making it a fairly nutritious and satiating meal. I liked the tomato and eggs, and it was not too watery so you could enjoy dipping the bread into the tomato and egg. The cheese is also fairly fresh. The beef manti can get one dimensional since it's a lot of the same thing with some tomato sauce and cream but the dumplings themselves were otherwise delicious. Honestly, this dish is large enough to be enjoyed for 2 people. Turkish coffee was strong and flavorful Prices are pretty good - after tax was less than $40 and the amount of food I got can easily feed 2 or more people. I just ordered more because I wanted to try them all. Service is a little detached but I wouldn't say it's bad service. It's very hands off but they're nice to help you out in various requests. Just know that this place focuses primarily on food quality, and not service, and you'll have an enjoyable experience. After all, you pay at the front and you seat yourself, so it's partially a self serve / fast casual format restaurant but they take care of the plates for you. read more

It was my first time trying Turkish food and I will say that it was pretty delicious. I had the Grilled Chicken Durum and it had a great flavor! It did have a side (of what I thought it was potato salad, but not sure what it was but I didn't like the side it came with). To drink I had a Caramel Latte and I ordered a rice pudding for dessert (that was delicious as well!) the service was great, very welcoming and the restaurant it self was very clean and spacious. There were a lot of tables to choose from. I will definitely be coming back to try other foods on their menu. read more

Lezzet's is such a cute Turkish restaurant! The food is so delicious. Every thing we have ordered has been so good. The manti, menemen, the waffle and the pancakes. All delicious! The pancakes and waffles aren't too sweet, which is nice. The service is pretty quick for always being so busy. You order at the register then take a seat. Once your food is done they bring it out to you. Overall, I have yet to be disappointed with Lezzet! Food, ambiance and service are all excellent! Tried Lezzet Brunch after hearing a lot of buzz about their Turkish breakfast--and while the spread looked impressive, the flavors didn't totally blow me away. The cafe is cute, enough seating with good lighting which we appreciate. Even a couple of large tables for groups which is nice. Our thoughts on the food/drink: The Durum chicken wrap was fantastic. We'd order it again. The side salad it came with, we weren't a fan because of the texture- it was too soft/gooey. The beef manti are like pelmeni, those are ok; the tomato sauce was surprisingly not too acidic. I wouldn't order again but glad I tried it. We also got a vanilla latte and I thought the coffee tasted burnt but my husband liked it so to each their preference. The girl at the register just replied "I don't know" when I asked what the cake desserts were and there were no labels so I didn't order, but they look appetizing if you have a sweet tooth. read more

One of the best brunches of my life. The interior is lovely, with fresh flowers on every table. Prices were reasonable and there was no wait on a Saturday morning. The food was presented beautifully and tasted just as good as it looked! - I enjoyed the menemen! The nuanced tomatoey flavors were well-balanced with the mild cheese and sharp olives. They gave the perfect amount of bread and there was ample egg. If you like shakshuka, you'll love menemen! - The chicken bowl was phenomenal. The chicken was fall-apart tender and so delicious. There was also so much of it! The veggies and rice provided a colorful, more neutral-flavored background. I'm also not usually a drinks person but theirs are not to be passed up. - The chai wowed me - huge cup, perfectly spiced, absolutely soothing. - Mango lemonade was so good. It tasted bright, sweet and freshly squeezed; it even had blueberries in it. That's the kind of place this is! They even have a comfy couch area to the left of the entrance where you can enjoy the ambiance and read cookbooks. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. My only complaint is that there were several flies buzzing around, which is hard for the restaurant to control. The food is still excellent. I have a new favorite dish so I thought I'd update my review. I love the omelet with sucuk (sausage), which I don't think was on their menu when I first came here. It comes with a great side of salad, and it's not just a lettuce blend - there's some cucumber, beets, and even pomegranate seeds. Also excellent is the flatbread with sucuk. The Turkish coffee is still strong. The ambiance is still lovely. The service is still friendly. I now like to come earlier, before it gets crowded. read more

First things first, the atmosphere is beautiful. It's definitely worth it to go out for brunch with the girlies or to get a little coffee esp if you want to post. The food is delicious and pretty good portions in my opinion. The drinks are huge and delicious. One of the best Carmel coffees I've had in a while, and the chai tea is not watery. This is my first visit coming to Lezzet Brunch, but I have heard about the place from my best friends. I decided to give it 3 Stars due to the service my best friends experienced prior AND with what I experienced. My best friends experience: They had come during peak hours and the restaurant was quite busy. After sitting for 10-15 minutes they received their food and started eating, but less than a few minutes later an employee had asked if they wanted a box. They let the employee know they had just gotten their food and may require a box later but they weren't sure yet. Another few moments later, the same employee comes back and asks if they need a box again. Both of my best friends still had food on their plates and were still eating. It was closer to when they were finishing their plates and were enjoying a shared plate of the Mini Pancakes that the employee came back and rudely reached UNDER one of their arms to try and clear the table. The employee hadn't asked if she could grab the plates or even waited for them to move their arms. They felt incredibly rushed to get out and felt that while the restaurant was super busy, if they had been more polite about their actions they wouldn't have felt so upset about it. My experience: I came to Lezzet Brunch with one of my best friends, as she was still super excited to show me the food even though her previous experience wasn't too great. We had come within the last 2 hours before it closed and there was only two groups of people there. Both groups already had their food and were finishing up, but the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. After taking a brief look at the menu, my best friend and I decided on sharing 3 items and each getting our own latte, which took us less than 5 minutes to do. In this time, we had not seen ONE employee and waited probably around 10-15 minutes before an employee even came to the front. There isn't a way to signal the employees unfortunately. We had decided to order a Caramel Latte (hers), Vanilla Latte (mine) and shared the Beyti Kebab (Eggplant), Pides (Cheese Only) and Manti (Beef). Everything we ordered tasted absolutely delicious and has tons of flavor. I would absolutely recommend the Beyti Kebab (Eggplant) as it was my favorite. read more

We never expected to find such a wonderful cafe given the location. So many restaurants have come and gone but I really hope that this one is here to stay! One thing to note is that you order at the counter before you get seated which caused my mom a bit of anxiety because she didn't know what she wanted to order. It might help to take a look at the menu before you go and have an idea of what you want. That being said it was totally packed on a Sunday at lunch time but we were still able to get a seat and food came out pretty quickly. The restaurant was clean and the interior was beautiful. Now where to start with the food! The food her is just gorgeous. The plating is beautiful and they add toppings that really bring out the flavor and boosts the aesthetic. Since we had never had Turkish food before we decided to order the Manti and Beyti Kebabs, along with the veggie salad to get some veggies in. The Manti was delicious and so flavorful. We got the cheese because my mom doesn't eat red meat, but I have a feeling that the beef would have been even better. The sauce on the Manti was incredible though, and the cheese version was still delicious. As for the Beyti Kebab, I think I might be in love. The sauce on the plate was so creamy. I am sure I will order this every time I go there. The veggie salad was colorful and delicious, the dressing was a light vinaigrette which was perfect to side with the two more heavy food options. Wow! The reviews caught my eye so we stopped in for lunch today. It was delicious food, great service and a lively atmosphere. Took our Turkish exchange student here and she was happy! So I guess it's authentic, as well as some more American dishes. All the other patrons also looked Turkish or middle eastern-always a good sign. Unassuming place on the outside tucked between apartments, but so beautifully decorated inside with fresh flowers, plants and dark wood tables! You know the place is good when several tables are occupied by Turkish folk. We were also introduced to the dishes on the menu by an employee as soon as we entered. We ended up ordering a beef manti and menemen. These were both aesthetically pleasing and absolutely delicious. I'm so glad I tried the menemen -- I liked the scrambled nature of the eggs in this dish more than whole eggs used in shakshuka (which I love). The menemem came paired with two slices of cheese, a toasted pretzel, and a side of bread; all of which paired well with the tomato egginess of the dish. I also liked how juicy the beef manti was and the lightness of its dumpling skin. The yogurt and spicy butter sauce added creaminess and a light spice to add depth and flavor. This place is located in an apartment building with other businesses nearby in Kent. It's a Turkish restaurant & it has a nice ambiance. I ordered the menemen which is nice during a cold day. It comes with the bread and cheese. It's very much like a tomato soup with eggs, very hearty! Their green tea was just a tea bag that you could get a nearby grocery store, so I recommend to try their Turkish coffee instead. We also ordered the medallion pancakes which is a nice portion. First time eating at this Turkish/American food restaurant. Great brunch options. The food was fantastic and fairly priced for the quality of food. I ordered the GF waffle topped with various kinds of berries with a side of honey, cardamom syrup (delish!) and Turkish espresso. I also ordered a side of Chicken Pide bread. Hubby ordered the mushroom omelette served with a side of greens and a latte. All the food and drinks were prepared nicely; everything tasted so good! Service was outstanding and the ambiance of the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated with fresh flowers on each table.
