    Meat omelette with cheese. Yeah!
    Lance K.

I don't know what's happened to this place in the last five years but it's gotten super super busy and super super terrible. The service was great. Our server was wonderful. The food though? Absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could post a picture live to this review so you could see my Omelet. Hashbrowns were so greasy couldn't eat them bacon get this bacon on the kids meal was so greasy that my granddaughter couldn't eat it. No My wife's meal I can't even tell you that I know how bad it was, but she took three bites and sent the rest over. Didn't want to bring them home. Zero out of five stars. We will not be back. #GreatServerThough.

Crab Eggs Benedict and side of bacon

The food is very soggy. The bacon was not enjoyable because of how greasy and salty it is, very low quality I ordered the crab eggs, Benedict and I'm wondering where the crab is? I barely see any in it but it's definitely not worth getting. I swear it charged so much for a single plate because they overloaded with potatoes. But I mean, really, who eats this much potatoes?? The first waitress, who asked me for my drink order caught an attitude because I didn't wanna drink anything. Then another gentleman asked me what I wanted to drink where I told him that someone had already asked me, but I just wanted to order food. I won't be coming back

Waited about 30mins for a seat. Our waiter was nice but took a while to get our food. A table next to us with large party ordered after us but received their meals before us. Weird. Plus the biscuits took long, got ours after we finished our food. Forgot to take pic bc I wanted to leave. My veggie omelette was tasteless & veggies were chunky. I dunno how anyone can mess up an omelette but they did. Now I realize why we haven't been here for a while.

Saturday morning around 9:45am- waited about half an hour to get seated Saw empty tables but they were not fast to be filled. After seated had to wait a while for our server to came (I think they are understaffed for the amount of customers they are getting in) We asked for water with no ice but they all came with ice which we didn't say anything since we can see our server is very busy. The coffee flight- don't do it. It's sooo watery and taste like sadness Chicken fried steak was good, the pancakes are good too... the hash brown looked good but had burnt taste to it (I love golden brown hash browns and the crispy brown, but usually you don't get this burnt taste like here...) The kids meal bacon, you can see in the picture one is clearly burnt- disappointed they would still put that on the plate when the one next to it is clearly in way better shape Biscuits and gravy was ok, nothing special to it. Overall I would not recommend coming here. They are very busy and long lines to get seated but food is just ok and on the expensive side Tip: if you follow/ like them on Facebook you can get coupons on messenger to get: free kids meal, $10 off or free cinnamon roll offers!

We decided to go here for a breakfast brunch. The wait was really fast, less than 10 mins. The host and server was amazing, they made sure they were quick, positive and made sure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed the pancakes, the chicken and the omelette. The hash was pretty good, I loved it loaded. I didn't like the breakfast steak at all, the steak was really bad. Hence the 4 stars. I'd come back though for the others.

*vegan review* We came here on a busy holiday with my whole family while they were in town and they were still able to get all 7 of us seated within 30 minutes - a great start! The waitress we had was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu, including vegan options. Hubby and I ordered the vegan breakfast burrito and the vegan French toast and it was all SO GOOD. Seriously, tiny but mighty selection for vegans. My meat-eating family all really enjoyed their food too. Will definitely come back!

I really like this place. This is my second visit here. Mostly wed's I have an hr to kill so I stop in here for a snack. First time I had built my own( BYOB... cute). One egg, sausage links, one biscuit n gravy. I think they gave me two eggs tho.. that was a lot! Yeah I also had a waitress named Rene (my name too) and she signed me up for rewards. So I'm ready now. The second visit I just had the cinnamon roll. Wow it looked good. It's made in a sheet pan so it's square and yummy. Prob cause they also make Cinnamon roll French toast here. Sounds good right?? This is a quiet place to hang out but hard to get into here in their lot. Definatly a place to revisit.

Vegan southwest delight, even vegan butter

This is my current favorite breakfast place around, I drive really far and meet my friend for an exercise class nearby just for an excuse to stop off here for a delicious meal afterwards. It's open early, it's got plenty of parking, portions are huge and I leave really happy. I actually first discovered it in another state and was ecstatic to realize we had our own location (only one so sad), but do also seek this out in Oregon or Arizona. What makes it the best to me is that they offer a vegan menu (currently only 3 items, but used to be a lot more) and they have items that appeal to those who do not have special dietary needs. I absolutely love the vegan southwest delight and say it is my intention to eat my way thru the other menu items on subsequent visits, but can never seem to bring myself to try anything else as this is so delicious. Its the little things that stand out to me, like that you can get vegan cheese/vegan butter/vegan sour cream, although now I realize I have never actually inquired about creamer. Everything tastes so delicious, it's worth the busy weekend morning wait. This is the kind of place where even though it's busy, its not so loud you can't talk to your table mates and you still get fast and efficient service. I love it here and wish they would open another one closer to me.

Almond French Toast Combo Chorizo omlete Combo

Yum! I've seen this lil' Cafe for years, and finally gave it a try. I'm usually a girly who needs the food, as well as the ambiance to be amazing, but biscuits gets a pass for what it's worth! I ordered the almond French toast, with scrambled eggs and bacon. I forgot to tell the waitress extra crispy for my bacon (the only way I'll do pork) but, to my surprise it was served perfectly crispy... just the way I like it! Now, let's get into the ALMOND French toast... omg! Probably close to the best French toast I've had in a long time. Every bite had me thinking about when I could squeeze in another visit, and I was still there! My bestie ordered the chorizo omlete with pancakes. I looked at her plate mid conversation, and it was just about gone! She said it was delicious. We ordered the mimosa bucket ($35) and didn't know what to expect. It came with 5 mini champagne bottles with our choice of two juices. Each bottle was enough to fill a champagne glass twice, so... we stayed there for about two hours enjoying ourselves. The ambiance is nothing special. Ask for a booth to feel a little more "private". Our waitress was great! She laughed and joked with us, and checked on us often to make sure we were OK. Family friendly, reasonable pricing (we spent about $75)

The food was wonderful! We visited on a Tuesday morning, and even though there was just one person handling the tables and seating, she did such a great job making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was bright and open, yet still cozy, and everything was spotless. It felt very welcoming, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

The Federal Way Light Rail Extension is coming along nicely. Cruising down I-5 I saw a dusting of snow on rooftops and newly planted baby trees along the freeway. Came here for breakfast. The host was friendly and so was our server. Pretty spacious and accommodating for large parties. Portions were big. The sourdough toast was pretty good. I made sure I got the brand name before I left since they sold it there. Wheat Montana. I don't know if their biscuits are good. I didn't try it. I'm assuming that they taste good since it's the name of the restaurant. I'm not from the South and I'm not about to cause a debate with my inexperienced opinion on biscuits. I'll leave it to the experts, haha I noticed they are flight-centric: Coffee, Bacon & French Toast. I suppose these are good options when dining as a group. Convenient place to swing by since it's close to Pac Hwy and the I-5/Hwy 18 interchange.

Kids breakfast. One pancake, one egg, and two pieces of bacon. More than enough for any little one.

Food was awesome. Restaurant itself was nice and clean. And our waitress was really nice but I had to minus a star because I guess they just got a new system and our waitress was still getting used to it and she forgot my sons fruit and when we asked for separate checks, I got charged for the wrong thing. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this place if you're looking for a classic "mainland" breakfast. (We're from Hawaii and we eat everything with rice there but this place didn't have rice. IYKYK)

I ordered a BLT on a GF bread, I had to pay $2 more for gluten free! I expected a large sandwich for the price, like most the restaurants we've eaten at have been, but this sandwich was small, like a tiny one made at home! The bacon was burnt to a crisp and black, and the bread was super dry, the whole sandwich was dry and tasteless and a disappointment. When it came the side of pickle was missing and I had to ask for it. The only good part of my meal was the chips and my Italian soda! A huge waste of $18 + $$

Pandan was super crispy and rice was soft, not mushy. Adobo was rich in garlic and in smoky and sweet flavor. Love they kept the fat on some adobo pieces. Each dish was just enough for us to finish for breakfast. For drinks, we ordered the calamansi juice and calamansi iced tea. Both taste great. Fruit bowl- mangled and discolored alike spoilage or bug damage, orange looked preplated and dried up in a fridge and toss onto a plate. Strawberries crushed flat under the weight of the melon and cantaloupe piled on top of them. Basic plating -- heavy fruit doesn't go on top of delicate fruit. The prep was inconsistent across the board. Potato chunks bigger than the bell peppers and onions in the same dish. Uneven cuts don't cook evenly and it shows. Flavor was worse than the presentation. The gravy was flour and water with no meat base. The steak breakfast special came with an oversized, bread-like biscuit, no butter or fat to it, and the steak had an off taste I couldn't get past. I ate the eggs and potatoes and left the rest. The huckleberry tea tasted spoiled -- someone should check it. There's also a lot of visible food waste here, which usually comes from a menu that's too big to execute well. My honest take: cut the menu down and focus on doing fewer things at a high level. Smaller menu, less waste, better consistency. I wanted to like this place. The quality just isn't there yet.
