    Choc chip cookie

For this small sandwhich, chips, cookie, can of soda $22. The menu says a cookie is $2.50 but they charged $4.00. When I brought it up he told me that was the price for the old cookies that were smaller and he has not updated the menu. If the sandwhich was great, I would not be leaving a review. I would chalk it up to I'm inflation and hard times. The sandwhich was bland and only tasted like salt. The cookie is not fresh or worth $4. If you are gonna make your prices that high for the most basic foods you better make them stand out or taste good. $11 for a maybe 6 inch sub is crazy work, especially when it's mediocre.

Heard really good things about this place. If you step inside, it's super neat and clean with a big menu. The menu was slightly overwhelming for me and I had to ask for clarification. We ordered three regular sandwiches and a bag of chips. It cost about $33. I did make one change for my daughters sandwich (to remove tomatoes and add pickles). I saw my order correct on the screen but didn't realize they made the sandwich incorrect until we got home. Overall, the bread was soft and the ingredients tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out as super amazing to me. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado, my husband got the prime, and my daughter got the regular blt with no tomato and add pickles. Overall, might go back and try something more complex to see if those have more of a "wow" factor.

Turkey Bacon Avocado on garlic cheese bread - YUM!

Tried this place for the first time today and wow is it delish! I had the Turkey Bacon Avocado, and my husband had the Reuben. He also had a side of mac salad. Both sandwiches had super soft, fresh baked bread. Loved the big slices of avocado (not mashed) on mine. My husband enjoyed his Reuben and only wished it had bit more sauerkraut on it (he will ask for extra next time!) He said the mac salad was great, just sad it was only a few bites in a tiny little cup for $3 - not sure it was worth it - but the flavor was great. Great to have another sandwich option in the area (beyond the typical Subway and Jersey Mikes). The folks running the place were friendly. Very small seating area - but you can order online for easy pickup. We will definitely be back!

Best sub sandwiches ever! As a food reviewer, I eat at so many places, but Big Town Hero is the best! I truly enjoyed both of my sandwiches! I got the clasic club & the Italian Panini! They were both amazing! I even got 2 cookies , those were awesome as well!! The customer service here is world class and the establishment is incredibly clean! I can't wait to come back to Big Town Hero! Follow @eatwithjustinm on TikTok & Instagram

It is a new location for regional Sandwich shop by the Auburn mall. This was my first visit and they had a pretty good menu of sandwiches salads, Panini's sides, and a few breakfast items. The service was mediocre. The young girl taking orders didn't seem like she knew completely. What was on the sandwiches and had issues customizing. There were three people in our party and the only sandwich that needed customization regarding a change in the cheese and removing tomatoes wasn't done at all. It is a small shop with a few tables and a counter against the windows. The sandwiches themselves were good and the bread was unique compared to any other chain sandwich shop. It was light and squishy/fluffy. Not a heavy or crusty bread. According to one of their slogans, they don't work from frozen dough. They were out of wheat bread at 1 o'clock on a Saturday so I don't know if this was due to how they make their bread or it could've been. It was before the Christmas holiday and they were going to be closed and we're getting rid of what they had on hand. They are available on food delivery apps as well.

Food was good but the bread was too soft. Bread needed to be toasted and a little pricy. Service was good but slow.

It was very clean and quite busy, which is always a good sign that the food is worth it. I ordered the veggie scramble, and it did not disappoint. It came out quickly, piping hot, and beautifully presented. The portion was generous, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. My nephew ordered the bear pancakes, and they were a total hit, not only were they adorable, but he loved them so much he kept talking about them the rest of the day. Watching him enjoy his meal made the whole experience even better. The only downside was the service. Our server felt a bit dry and not very engaged. My 2.5-year-old nephew doesn't eat meat, so I asked if he could have fries or something else instead. She said it would cost extra, which I completely understood, but in the end, the fries never came. It left the interaction feeling a little rushed and dismissive. Hopefully, it was just an off day. That aside, Rainbow Café really delivers everything you want from a classic breakfast spot: hearty, well-prepared food, generous portions, kid-friendly options, and a clean, bustling atmosphere. I'd absolutely come back again and recommend it, especially for families with kids, because those bear pancakes are unforgettable!

Finally checked out West Hill Deli! Absolutely loved their food and ambiance…read more For food, we got the adobo pork belly (comes with macaroni salad, rice, and vegetables on the side) and the pandan fried chicken (comes with rice and veggies on the side). Pandan was super crispy and rice was soft, not mushy. Adobo was rich in garlic and in smoky and sweet flavor. Love they kept the fat on some adobo pieces. Each dish was just enough for us to finish for breakfast. For drinks, we ordered the calamansi juice and calamansi iced tea. Both taste great. Side notes: You order up front, bring your table number, and sit wherever you like. They will bring you your food. Once youre done, please put your food away in the back, which is located on the left hand side of the deli if youre facing the deli at the entryway. It was busy on a Sunday around noon. A few were available but was filled quickly after about half an hour of us arriving. People tend to spend time here. About an hour if youre just there to have a quick meal, but families were gathering and spending time with no rush which i loved. No waitress or waiter to check on you, just only to bring you your food which took a reasonable 2 minutes for drinks and about 10 - 15 for food. Overall, we definitely recommend!

I also tried the garlic fried rice with longanisa and eggs, which was really good too. The longanisa had that nice sweet-savory balance, and the garlic rice was fragrant and comforting, though I'd still pick the sisig if I had to choose between the two. The ube pancakes were delicious soft, slightly sweet, and definitely a fun treat. Fair warning though, they will leave your teeth a little purple for a bit but honestly worth it. I also got the ube coffee and... YUM. Such a good combo with the pancakes. Overall, everything was solid and full of flavor. I'd definitely come back, especially for that pork sisig. Tita is definitely cooking in the back you can taste it.
