I sent an email and was promptly responded to by Lauren. She was very helpful. I arrived at the store about 20mins til closing to pay, approve the design, and have 2 shirts printed. The other associate lady, sorry I forgot the name, she was also kind and helpful. She showed me the design and the shirts in the color and sizes I asked for. I loved that I was shown the shirts and got to decide the right sizing. They have a wide range of sizes and decided to go with the grey shirt- 3x ($2 fee for each X after 2X) and XL. Gray XL shirt was $29- 3XL was $31 with the added $2 fee. The shirts were great quality and were printed in less than 10mins for both. They loved the shirts and felt professional on their first day.

Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. This is a broker company they don't do the work themselves.

Oh this is wrong, don't worry you don't have to pay for the stitching. We asked what about our damaged gear? She said there is nothing they can do. So when we reached out to resolve the issue, management refused to take responsibility and flatly stated there was "nothing they could do." Sprinting through the downpour, as we hadn't expected the rain, we threw ourselves into this modern, yet industrial shop, where we saw a couple of people sitting inside like us to wait out the rain. We placed our order with the friendly bobarista and got our drink within a couple of minutes. Jasmine Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The milk tea has a heavy powdery creamer flavor, but it's not gritty or silty at all. Unfortunately it's so heavy that the drink tastes almost entirely like creamer with only a tiny bit of flowery finish. It's not the most pleasant flavor due to this quality. While the creamer is on the heavier end, the sweetness is not; at half sweet it's not too sweet. The boba is very good, super bouncy and chewy with basically the ideal texture. They aren't marinated that long so aren't quite that sweet or flavorful. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Onit Cafe is one of those rare places where I liked the boba far more than the drink. I don't visit Federal Way too often, but if I'm even down there again, I'd give it another shot to see if I can get a better drink next time.
