My first time stopping at this location, just a bit further down from the Safeway shopping center. Drive-thru was fast on a rainy Sunday as there are 2 different lanes. The baristas are friendly and the drink came out fast. I tried Hyperspace half sweet (white coffee with white chocolate, coconut and caramel drizzle). I didn't want to make this review, but charging extra to NOT put something in is quite ridiculous. You heard of how ridiculously expensive this place is right? Well what if I told you it's more expensive if you want a certain coffee minus one ingredient? I wanted a Hyperspace, minus the coconut, same milk, etc. Noticed that they added an extra fee for white coffee. Questioned them about it and got some weird answer about how you have to ring it differently because it's no longer a Hyperspace, even though you're charging me the same price fir it anyways and adding the extra fee. read more

I have tried this location now twice and unfortunately each time I have been disappointed with my beverage. This is the only location I've ever had an issue with. Their interstellar here tastes like a La Croix, but instead you're paying $10. Each time I've gone here I have ended up tossing my drink and going to another location. this has to be the worst experience I've ever had. I'm a director at Judson park and I buy a lot of coffee for our staff. But I also did coffee for over 6 years previously. The morning girl making coffee seemed to be out of soy milk & half the orders were soy. They then labeled each coffee eitj black sharpe on black cups and told me I'll have to look really hard to see the labels of each Cup. Then I watched the barista pour cold milk into the cups first then add the shots & place the lids on- I thought maybe she would be steaMing the milk in the cup directly since she didn't steam any milk.But no she just poured the shots into the cold milk into each cup then closed the lids. i asked for a cup holder because I had ordered several coffees they said they didn't have any but I could pay for a drink Cartier. Lol Wow. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. As an experience, Barista, I was really disappointed of not just the service and how the coffees were made and the entire experience altogether, but the fact that the girl making my coffee never once said good morning made eye contact no conversation like nothing. She basically it seemed like she knew that she was doing a crappy job and was just avoiding me altogether while she was making the coffee and that's really unfortunate. Very expensive coffee!!! We got a 16oz dirty chai with oat milk and it was over $10, a hyperlink with no coconut, and a caramel macchiato. Each drink was well over $8 with no substitutes, and the hyperlink had coconut in it despite asking for it without. It tastes like a coconut melon smacked you straight to the dome. I don't always go down to walk around Redondo Beach, but when I do, I stop by Gravity. They have all of the drinks you'd expect to see at a coffee place, but several signature offers to choose from. They also have a ton of different types of energy beverages, made just for you! The one thing I don't like about Gravity is that they are mostly a drive thru place which doesn't work with my car. This location uses a sliding glass door instead of a window. Perfect solution to accommodate the shortest and tallest vehicles! Super friendly, speedy service; I'd come here more often if I lived in the area. I've seen them open on Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that's a super extra bonus from me! read more

Every single time that I come here to get my surprise GC energy drink I always met with a 15 minute wait at least doesn't matter which side of the drive-through I go to. Helllloooo Redondo! I moved to this area at the beginning of the year and since then GC has quickly became my new go to spot for energy drinks! I've always been a BFJ gal, but this changed once discovering GC over here and the two other locations further down in Federal Way. I love that I can customize my own energy drink! Base, fruit flavor or infusion, and toppers!! I usually build my own drink and change a little something something every time and it's always so good! Worst customer service ever. They started an app where you can order online for pick up. I order and proceed to drive to the shop. There are lines in both drive thrus. But I had picked curbside. I parked and walked up to the window. I waited five minutes for the barista to tell me that I had to get back in my car and go get in line at the drive thru. By then, more cars had entered the line. What is the sense in having an online ordering app if you just need to go to the drive through anyway. I asked to cancel my order and she did not know how to do this. I tried to call corporate and they do not pick up. Their website gives no customer service number. And then I get to the front of the line and they tell me they can't make one of my drinks. I have been a customer for awhile and will stop now once I run through the rest of my gift card I bought. read more
