I wish I could go to the local coffee shop, but unfortunately I like Starbucks coffee better. But oh my goodness is this place slow!!! Even when there are no cars in line ahead of us, it still takes 5+ minutes to get our drinks. When there are vehicles in the line already, we almost always go to a different place for our coffee. The staff isn't friendly in the drive thru line...at least the ones handing us the coffee and taking our money. They are so uncaring and seem to be bothered by us. I really wish they were faster and friendlier so that we don't have to dislike coming. Once I'm off decaf, I'll more likely go to the local coffee spot instead of Starbucks. Until then, we suffer. read more

I literally go to this Starbucks EVERY single day. The store is always crazy busy which I don't mind just finding parking is hard from time to time. But on to the drink I order the same thing every morning no changes nothing. It's in my list of previous drinks ordered on my mobile app and all I do is add it and drive to go pick it up. You would think after going up here every morning for the past 3 months since I've moved here that they would be able to get my drink correct. It seems like every day something is different. And it's not a hard drink order either. My previous Starbucks in Florida was spot on every single time no questions and if they did make a mistake they went above and beyond to make it right. I just don't feel that sense of urgency from this Starbucks. That being said I will now start driving 5 minutes down the road to the one off of hwy 79 by Walmart. read more

This Starbucks hasn't always been great but they are doing something different. The staff is super friendly & accommodating and drinks have been perfect recently. I'm not sure what they changed, but give them another shot if you've given up on them. read more

Horrible customer service. They have trouble multi-tasking. They seem to pay attention more to mobile or drive thru vs. in house orders. In house orders take 20-25 minutes sometimes, even in the afternoons. Drive thru lane was incredibly long even at 3 yesterdat. Buyers beware, budget your time accordingly. read more

I ordered a tomato and mozzarella sandwich from Starbucks which is described on the Starbucks app as "roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, spinach and basil pesto toasted focaccia." when I got home to eat it, I was more than disappointed. A few basil leaves, minimal pesto and no tomatoes. What kind of tomato mozzarella sandwich has no tomatoes?? Definitely not worth the almost $6 bucks! read more

I am one tired mother. In desperation I stopped at this location to grab a latte to fuel my day. I usually go to the Starbucks location by the target and across from the Pflugerville waterpark - why you may ask. Well because this location has the slowest service and the baristas don't know how to make a good cup of joe or simple latte. Trust me I am as Basic as they come - I'm not ordering some crazy latte. I'm talking just a simple vanilla latte. This location has chronically super slow service and provides awful drink quality. Don't go to this location - I advise you take the extra time to go to the other location near Hutto. Starbucks - please get this location in order it's just awful. read more

As we pulled up to the drive thru the lady greeted us with enjoyment which most restaurants lack in!!! As we pulled up the window she was very friendly which was amazing!!! Ordered drinks through mobile and they decided to put my drinks behind the counter instead of at the mobile pick up stand. So HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW it's behind there??? Waited 20 mins and asked the older cashier lady about the drinks and she brushed me off saying that all the drinks are done at the bar. She didn't even bother to look even though it wasn't busy at all. I assumed they were not ready so I proceeded to wait another 10 mins. I ask the barista and she sassily tells me they were ready for pick up at the place "where they usually have the mobile pick up". Seriously lady? This is not my first time getting mobile. They were sitting for literally 30 plus minutes behind the counter where you can barely see them and instead of an apology I get an attitude. If i ask you politely don't get back at me with sass. They were ignoring me and my family when we were waiting to order whilst they stood around doing nothing. It took them almost 3 minutes to finally assist us and then they were rude the whole time. I've been to this Starbucks a total of 4 times.Trip 1: I ordered a Grande drip in a Venti cup. Time frame was 3ish in the afternoon. Charged me for a Venti. Not pleased, but maybe new. Trip 2: Grande ice coffee in a Venti cup. Venti sized ice with a tall sized coffee. I watched them pour it. I wish I could include the doge meme with ,much attitude, no knowledge, etc. Trip 3 and final trip: upside down iced caramel macchiato. Maybe inside out, but still not the drink. The Starbucks in Hutto is close to my work. this is the second time i've ordered something and when it got it wasn't what i ordered. This morning i went through the drive thru and ordered a Venti iced coffee with Sugar Free cinnamon Dolce w/ heavy cream...when my drink was handed to me i thought to myself "that looks different than usual" due to me being in a hurry i just paid and went on my way. when i got to work, took one sip i knew right away this was not what i ordered, according to the sticker on the cup i got a "Veti iced Latte w/ sf cinnamon dolce with heavy cream"...... I'm not drinking it because it's not what i ordered. make sure when you go to this location you double check your order, this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. read more

I don't know what is wrong with the employees at this Starbucks, but they seem to never get anything right. If they cant do their job as baristas, they might as well have good customer service, but they cant seem to do that either. Husband just went through drive thru and said that the person at the window was friendly, striking up conversation with people; however, he was shaking hands with the drivers of at least a couple of the cars ahead of my husband's, proceeded to hand coffee to next car, and was wearing his mask on his chin, below his mouth. Any time I have an order of more than one drink, the staff always forgets at least one of the drinks. I have had to go back up to the counter and remind them about my drinks and it is clear they forgot as they then rush to make them. Again, this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions. Almost every time I visit this location. I typically wait for 15 minutes for my complete order regardless of how busy the restaurant is. I have waited for over 30 minutes at this location. I love this Starbucks location because of the attention to customer service given by the staff. Regardless of how crowded or not the cafe is, the baristas consistently meet me with a greeting (by first name!) and usually tell me the status of my order (I use mobile order through the Starbucks app most of the time). The degree of bitterness of the coffee/espresso varies from location to location, but this store consistently delivers my drink without a bitter edge. If you're ordering in the morning, use the app and allow 10 minutes before arriving. Friday mornings, the crew is slammed, but they have all hands on-deck, helping to push orders through. Still, expect a longer wait on Friday morning than other days of the week. read more

Honestly the most rude staff I have ever seen in any Starbucks. It was not busy. Came in around 4pm and waited patiently in line. Maybe they didn't get the hint even as they looked at me. No greeting, nothing to let me know they will be right with me. After other customers start coming in, these employees greet the other customers. My favorite drink is the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. I don't like it bitter so I always add 2 extra pumps of vanilla, extra cream and some milk. This is the only Starbucks that still has my drink come out dark and bitter no matter the barista. [Ugh] read more

This place is RIDDLED with flies. It's a shame because it's a quieter starbucks store so would be great to study, but the lack of human patrons is made up for by the prevalence of flies. The least they can do is put up some sticky fly traps, but no. A shame. read more
