I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to after investing in quality equipment, and I always prefer supporting local businesses and coffee shops, but the Starbucks here is pretty quick and decent. I've gone a few times on Christmas drink release day, Red Cup day, and free coffee day and I've had to wait a while, but normally, they get drinks out pretty average speeds compared to other locations. If you've been to a Starbucks before, you know what the vibe is. This isn't a Reserve. this is the Starbucks of Hutto. Drinks are fine. In the morning during their rush, I'd recommend putting an order in before you reach the location due to it being a little slower. The location is pretty small and doesn't have a lot of space for people to work compared to other Starbucks, but there is space. Love the status board that they have in some Starbucks now. Let you know where your order is in the queue and how long before your coffee is ready. Nice, well lit store not 100% on the cleanliness scale as the preparation bar where you add sweeteners or cream to your own coffee was a little bit messy. Had to work around some spilt stuff on the counter. Staff was awesome, friendly and cheerful. My iced coffee was ready in just a few minutes and had the perfect amount of heavy cream so hats off. read more

Starbucks will always be my OG coffee spot. My child is absolutely obsessed with their cake pops, so we still stop by every now and then just to pick those up. Let's not forget how easy it is to use their app so you can order ahead and pickup in store or the drive thru. Today, I decided to try the falafel pocket. It had a nice small spicy kick to it however I had asked for a sriracha pocket. I didn't know Starbucks had their own sriracha sauce. Of course it came in a green packet (Starbucks' color). It had a smoky flavor to it. Not bad. The lavash flatbread was toasted nicely. May want to be careful with that since it was a bit messy. But worth it!!!! I will be back for more. What really brought me in this time was an ad I saw on my newsfeed about Starbucks' Dubai-inspired Chocolate Pistachio Matcha Latte. I couldn't resist trying it. The advertisement was for an iced version, but it's too cold for me to drink iced drinks. I opted for the warm version. I was pleasantly surprised! The pistachio adds a rich nuttiness, the chocolate gives a nice touch of sweetness and it all pairs well with the Matcha flavor. It's indulgent without being overpowering. I'll be honest, I never thought I'd leave a review for any Starbucks location, but my experience today changed that. There was a new employee named Matthew (I think? I did my best to remember but it's been several hours) working the drive-thru window today and let me tell you... he's changing the game for customer service. I'm the opposite of a people-person and avoid small talk at all costs. To put this into perspective, I love coffee from Dutch Bros and nuggets from Chik-fil-a, but the people standing at your car window requires far more social skills than I will ever possess. So when I pulled up to the Starbucks speaker and found myself smiling, I was shocked. The new employee they have is bubbly and loving life. The interaction was even better when I pulled up the the window. I felt like I was visiting with a friend I hadn't seen in awhile, and like I said... I don't usually warm up to people that quickly. I even told him he was the friendliest employee I've ever met and I could tell that genuinely warmed his heart. I hope someday he wins some kind of award for customer service because he deserves that and so much more!! read more

This is the best Starbucks in every Starbucks there ever was everyone's kind and friendly here even the management team is very nice even though they have a lot of customers always waiting for drinks. They are always very nice and kind to everyone here. Came in as the drive thru line was wrapped long. Came in and was able to immediately place my order. I showed my phone to the guy taking the order and told him this is what I want and he graciously took the order with ease. He let us know that it would take about 5-10 minutes which was no big deal for us. So customer service was great . . . Plus there was lots of seating options. What was lacking? The bathroom needs some tending to. There was a lack of cleanliness as well as NO WAY to dry your hands after washing them. So if I can't dry my hands it means that the employees aren't drying their hands either. read more

Hit or miss at this location, seems to get worse service and organization as the time goes on. When I preorder the drinks are almost Never done and I have to wait in the store for 10+ minutes after I ordered nearly 20 minutes before I get to the store. I am a regular customer at Hutto, Taylor, Pflugerville, and Parmer and Dessau Starbucks. My order is the Chai latte. I'm so disappointed with the drink. I pay 495 for a cup of warm milk and water. The chai is no existent. It's very disheartening . Why are the formula/ Ingredients consistent for this drink. I'm am about to become a non customer. I spend 12:63 or 9:49 a day for my order to be disappointed. Starbucks is a rip off. I'll get my own machine and make my drink and save money if they can't get it right! read more

I went to the store in Hutto. I sorta ambushed them 10 minutes before closing. I understand the need to serve customers up until closing time. I also remember what it was like when I worked at several different places in the same position. I know that you who are reading this has had the same dread that white I was cleaning up, thinking about closing time, cleanup time, and going home, a customer comes in out of the blue, your heart sinks, there go your plans. Right? Y'all have been there. There were three there and obviously in the midst of cleanup. They really didn't bat an eye. Good on them. Ok...yall... I am not a Starbucks fan but my kids love the vanilla Frappuccino so we go on occasion. Well, I wish I would have saved my $13 and taken them to sonic (1/2 price drinks yall). I don't mind spending that much on good food and/drinks, that being said YUCK! The line was long, which is no biggie because it moves fast! However when I get to the window it takes 10 minutes for 2 small vanilla fraps and some pink thing. I have never had a pink thing, it was nothing to write home about. My kids vanilla frappuccino which is normally "milk shake" in appearance was more milk slush. *gag* Neither one would drink them so...waste basket got them. So, tell me, what is going on with this location? I see this area (Hutto) has low ratings a lot! Maybe the pool of people applying? C'mom kids! If you get a job be tge best you can be at said job! They took over 30 minutes just to give me one cheese danish. There was barely any people. Many of their ingredients were laid out everywhere all messy. The bathroom as well is not cleaned. This starbucks is the worst. We hardly go to this starbucks anymore becasue of the long wait times and chaos. We just recently placed an order for two pumpkin spice latte's through mobile order (because Dutch Bros hasnt launched their's yet, or would have went there) It took 30+ minutes to get the drinks. We showed up about 20 minutes after the order had been placed and had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes. This then proceeded to happen again the next day. Where they made 1 coffee and then we waited 15 extra minutes for the other coffee. You walk in and one of the baristas is standing outside the barista bar closest to the door asking the two baristas working and making the drinks for the drink for the person that walks in. She doesnt sympathize, give you and update, or make the process any faster so I don't understand why she is not behind the counter helping them make the drinks.
