The order came a bit slow the match one came soon but the oatmilk one took forever for whatever reason. But they were both tasty Outside was quite nice weather but people smoked there all the time so that was quite displeasing... and trash everywhere. The staff here is always upbeat and courteous. Have never had a messed up order. It's a weekly treat from coming from the hospital for physical therapy. Very efficient and quick on making all drinks. It's Starbucks - So you know the coffee... The good the bad and the consistent... Super friendly staff, efficiency can vary dramatically ... Food order sometimes can throw your order time into the deep abyss even when it's not warmed. Overall, one of the better locations in the area. My most recent visit, this location was slammed beyond belief... Drive-through wrapped around the building, standing room only inside, but yet south was still friendly, professional, and efficient as they could be given the circumstances. We stopped in whole charge of the EV at Round Rock. The line was brutal long and we were a little concerned as it was cold outside. The baristas were polite and quick. They took our order and had ours ready quickly. Even though the place was packed, it was clean and well-maintained. The coffee was all Starbucks and hit the spot. read more

If you're in a rush, walk in. Yah, sounds counterintuitive but it works. Trust me. The service at this location is a dream. To my knowledge, this is the only coffee house that has a kitchen expediter. The orders are organized, prioritized, and delivered by a cheerful and helpful barista. My wife and I went to Starbucks on university on Tuesday. My wife had a $5 gift card and the bill was $12. The guy at the window asked if she wanted to pay the rest on card and she said yes. He then asked if she wanted the gift card back. Thinking that is was empty now she said no. The next day she looked at her bank account and realized she was charged for the full amount. I went in with a long shot since I had no proof but wanted to let a manager know what happened and that they have a thief at the window. I spoke with Devin the floor manager. After him looking up that day on his register she said he would like to help and asked what he could do. I told him I just want her gift card back. He said he couldn't do that but gave me two card for the value of $4. While it's not the full amount I'm happy that he tried to resolve the issue. Thank you Devin! #happywifehappylife read more

My friends and I head to Starbucks for our meet ups once a week. They closed our normal location so we started going to the new location. The drinks are great, but nothing else is. They don't have a working air conditioning. It's hotter inside then it is outside. My friend who wears a sweater duing the summer is sitting across from me in spaghetti straps, drinking a cold drink, sweating. The manager says the air is as low as it can go at full blast. That is a broken A/C. The chairs are painful on the back. You won't find many people with their backs leaning against the rest because it's design must be meant to look pretty and to make sure people didn't stay long. The wait for a table can last up to an hour. That's not really SBs fault except for the fact that they closed a lot of the nearby locations so now everyone has to go to this one to get any work done. If I had a choice for Meetup location this SB would be the furthest down the list it could get. Go to Star Coffee (Not to be confused with Starbucks) in downtown Round Rock. read more

I'm a regular at this Starbucks and i'm a little disappointed with the new staff. In the two years i've been coming to this location almost every morning, i've never had my order messed up. My coffee was perfect as always but I ordered the Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar & Egg sandwich, paid for it, and was handed a completely different sandwich item. Whether I show up early in the morning sometime around lunch or even in the afternoon, if the coffee doesn't pick me up, the enthusiastic friendly atmosphere provided by these wonderful baristas sure does. There's a racist employee at this Starbuck's. She lied that we did something we didn't do. This person is a woman with red hair. She was very rude and racist. It was a place we went to almost every day. But as long as this racist woman is there, I will never go there again. And I will tell all my friends and family about this incident!!! I have stopped at this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. The drive thru line can get long, but it moves quickly. Inside has been clean everytime I've been inside. All of the individuals working here are kind and make an effort to make sure customers are happy. For example, I haven't been there enough times for them to know who I am, but they do seem to know customers simply on sight. I expect that at smaller, local coffee shops but not usually at large chains like Starbucks. This is definitely a great location to swing by! read more

The staff is great and friendly. My wife goes there all the time, and they all know her name. The only time I come here is when my wife and I are in the car together, and we both stop for some coffee. I've tried going a different point of the day, and the coffee is always lukewarm. I don't understand why. You have to boil water to make coffee. My guess is that most people at this place drink cold coffee, including my wife. I just dropped my wife off at work and came home to heat up my coffee. As it was starting to boil in a small pot, it boiled over and spilled all over the stove. To my surprise, it was mostly creamer, very little coffee, which might also explain why it was not hot. I only like enough creamer to make the coffee slightly change color. I now have a clean stove, but I am docking them one star for that whole experience. If this Starbucks can find a way to make hot coffee, I'd be happy to add that star back. read more

To be honest, I've never been a fan of Starbucks as I am not a huge coffee drinker, but the stores make awesome stand-ins for the lack of Cyber cafes in my area. I also understand that the corporate culture is pretty amazing, so I definitely won't knock them. I may go to Starbucks once a year or so. I usually get a cup of whatever I can most easily identify, grab a seat, pop in the earbuds and get my focus on. I never see anyone grab the food, so I always wonder, why they even bother having it, but there is a small selection of random stuff to eat though I have never tried any of it. I got a "small" mocha latte with espresso. It was what I ordered, so no complaints there. The music is always pretty upbeat-mellow, which I can certainly appreciate, but I normally bring headphones to drown out everything else. Depending on the time, there are usually seats available inside, and on warmer and drier days, there is additional seating outside. I recommend this location. Location is great. read more

I come here all the time on the drive thru, this time I sat at the lobby. Staff has a good energy. Girl that took my order looks like she's on training, you're doing great girlypop! They messed up my drink, I ordered a Brsg oatmilk shaken expresso. First time they gave me soy milk. I work at a cafe too so i get those mistakes happen, specially during a morning rush. I was an everyday customer to this location- for the past 2 weeks ALL of my drinks taste like they have been watered down or filled with extra syrup instead of coffee. My lattes are even a different color than they are supposed to be. I even drove to a different location right after to order the same exact thing and they were completely different colors. This Starbucks is better than other locations. When I lived in north Austin, I almost stopped going because they were so awful in that area. This location has rekindled my love of Starbucks. You can even order ahead of time and then go pick it up if you don't want to wait in line. They have the usually array of drinks, snacks, and light entrees for lunch and breakfast. If you don't know what you want, they'll be happy to help you decide. They also have a decent sized seating area where I was able to plug in my laptop and get some work done. read more

This Starbucks is right next to my house, so out of convenience we frequent it. The AM shift (from 7 to 8 anyways) was always fast and friendly and helpful. They would make small talk if waiting on my order etc. I work from home now and it's typically later in the morning maybe lunch or late afternoon if I go, and every single time it takes forever. The staff is typically rude or unpleasant in general. They typically take my card or scan my phone and hand me my order without a word of hello, thanks, screw off, nothing. I worked fast food as a teen and I get it but no reason to not say Hi, and thanks at the very least. I have placed mobile orders (was missing an item with my drink) and gone in to stand there with 3 or 4 staff members, one at the window, one sweeping, and one making drinks in front of me and 1 or 2 chatting, with no other customers in line, and not one person said anything to me or asked if I needed anything else while I stood there. It took 7 minutes for anyone to ask me if I was waiting on something. I hate that they closed the location next to HEB, it was usually more friendly. read more

Generous 3 stars here, which could be updated to a 2 if they don't get it together. Yes this a brand new Starbucks and everything is new and shiny. The service is good and the employees are friendly. Currently my main problem here is I've tried to order a strawberry acai a couple of times and they have been out both times. Then I asked for a cool lime refresher with a splash of coconut milk and they tell me they are out of coconut milk also. For this being a new Starbucks something is wring here. I don't know whether things are on auto order and they are just so busy that they are selling out of things faster than they can order, or someone's dropping the ball. I'll continue to come here for now because it is convenient, but I'll keep an eye on whether this trend of being out of things continue. read more

Truth be told, this is my Starbucks, the one I visit everyday. And everyday I am let down by both the customer service and product. I worked for Starbucks for over a year in college and so I understand some of the behind the scenes. This place is poorly run and doesn't care at all about their regulars. First of all, the staff is rude and not attentive at all to the customers who actually walk in the store, and seem to only care about drive thru orders. I swear to God, it seems that they are not equipped to deal with customers who actually walk in their store. Also, there are two staff members who are especially rude and make terrible drinks. Jenn and the others name escapes me but she is very skinny and has dark hair. I have never had a good encounter with either of them. They both seem like they've never received one day of customer service training. Also, another issue i have is that I ALWAYS have to ask for half n half for the condiment bar and when I do ask I get attitude. Last but not least, I have interacted with the manager that runs this place and once I did it all sort of came together why the staff is so poorly trained quality and respectful customer service. The guy is a total jerk and rude as hell. I wish I didn't love my Starbucks Americano's so much and I wish my Starbucks was run by a competent and respectful manager that held his staff accountable for treating regulars like trash. read more

Every time I come to this location, it's always great. Awesome staff, always kept clean, and never have to wait too long, even with a long line. Has a nice area for outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. If anything goes wrong with the order, even the slightest, (even their computer having to restart and making you wait a little longer) they apologize and communicate with you to ensure they'll fix the problem and be with you as soon as possible. Ok this is my first review ever. I don't normally review places but I just have to review this store. Today I walked into the Starbucks to get a coffee for me and a pink drink for my amazing wife. I was quickly and politely asked for my order. Once I gave my order I was sent to the end of the counter to wait. Literally after 45 seconds waiting I was asked my name for my order and Mrs. Vandi was quick to make sure my order didn't fall behind. I waited about 2 more minutes and got my drinks. This place made the best Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold I have ever had and my beautiful pregnant mama absolutely loved her Pink drink. Anyways thank you Mrs. Vandi for be so sweet. I have been to countless Starbucks world wide and I have never met someone so sweet. If you read this I hope your days are as wonderful as you made mine today. read more
