This is a very nice Feng Cha location. It was so sleek and clean inside with great service. The payment function wasn't working on the kiosks though, so I had to wait in line to order at the register. I got the oolong classic milk tea with boba, half sweet, and less ice, and it was delicious. I also really appreciate the price at $5.85 for a decent size with tapioca. Boba is getting so ridiculously expensive these days. I have regrettably spent more elsewhere for a smaller drink and without any toppings. I like sweet drinks, and the 50% sweet was perfect for me. I don't like when boba is too sweet, especially sickly sweet, but I find it even worse if it's very bitter. I was grateful that they let me sample the tea, even though it was only the no sweetness added version, just so I could gauge how much I wanted to add. The baristas were super friendly. Do I give a lot of four or five star reviews? Yes, but I have a lot of good experiences when I go out because I am a little bit more particular now where I spend my money. So I generally like this franchise. I tend to go for their milk teas and the brown sugar boba or the tarot tea. This time though I tried something a little different, I got their dragon fruit tea with popping boba and it was absolutely delicious. I love the fresh pieces of fruit in there and the popping boba was a fun treat to get to. I probably would have gone lighter on the ice though because couldn't get to the boba that easily. I decided to give Feng Cha another try and at a different location. My first experience was not so great, they definitely had issues with sugar to tea ratio at the location I went to before. Here I decided to go with a slushy/smoothie drink instead of a tea based one. Overall it was pretty good, sugar ratio was good, maybe a little too sweet. I also felt like the crystal boba had a little bit of sugar as well compared to other place I have them at. The Strawberry Princess was good. Japanese style cheesecake with strawberry compote on top. Went to this place yesterday for 3 bobas. The barista was all by herself preparing a slew of drinks and she remained as cool as a cucumber. We ordered 2 oolong teas and a ginger milk tea, all which were flavored perfectly exactly as we ordered. They serve the best ginger milk tea in the area. There are actual pieces of ginger in the tea that come in this syrupy liquid. I have had ginger milk teas at a number of local establishments and nothing comes close to what Feng Cha serves. Finally a great boba place in Round Rock! I've been really excited about trying out Feng Cha after I found out it was coming to Round Rock and it did not disappoint! Since it was the soft opening they had a 20% off discount on all drinks so I decided to try out something fancy. I got the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba which had brown sugar boba, milk foam with a nice creme brulee topping, and you choice of tea (black, oolong, matcha, etc.). The drinks came out pretty fast and tasted amazing. When I grabbed my drink I could feel the warmth of the fresh boba in the bottom of the cup. The brown sugar syrup tasted amazing and boba was fresh, hot, and had a perfect chewy texture. The creme brûlée milk foam was also really nice and when I took a sip from the top I could taste the crispy sugar pieces. This is the perfect place to go to after watching a movie at the cinemark nearby and is open until 10pm which is pretty late compared to a lot of other boba spots. I will definitely be going again! Tips: - Order at the Kiosk so you can see all the different customization options and choose the ones you want, there are quite a few ones that don't cost extra. - I normally get less ice but since the boba itself is nice and warm I would recommend sticking to the regular ice levels to balance it out. read more

I stopped in on a very hot day while running errands. I was looking for something tall, cold and not milky or sweet. I ordered a Jasmine Apple Green tea. They asked how much ice . (I said normal. it was so hot, I didn't want it to warm up before I drank it. ) Same with sweetness level. I asked for light sweetener because some teas are just better that way. This would have been fine without a sweetener but a touch seemed absolutely perfect. The drink had little pieces of apple. It was cold and fresh and delicious. The young woman working was sweet, pleasant and very helpful. I felt she really wanted to give me the perfect cold beverage on this miserably hot day. And she did. I didn't take any pictures inside because I really wanted to grab my drink and finish my errands. I wish I had taken pictures. The store was clean and funished nicely. We weren't greeted upon entering and had never been here before so we looked at the menu and discovered an ordering kiosk to the side of the counter. The options were unique and there were more on the ordering kiosk than display menu. We ordered from the kiosk next to the front counter. But after spending over $25 on two drinks, one of their deserts, and tip, It was a bit disappointing to pick up the order from the counter during Christmas Eve and seeing a sign that said "Christmas Eve special, buy two, get third free" so I asked if we could get a third drink since we ordered from the kiosk and didn't see the sign until now.
