    Iced Cherry Chai Latte
    Rebecca C.

Great service here always and quick phone orders. The iced cherry chai latte for spring is actually such a hit! Lots of parking at this branch.

Pets aren't legally allowed in Hawaii establishments that serve food and beverage.

Why are dogs allowed in Starbucks? Came to pick up an order and there was a customer with a medium sized dog (on a leash) with its owner. The owner seemed to allow the dog to wander around and sniff people. When the dog started walking towards me, I backed away, and the owner just watched humorously. The guy behind me even reached out to pet the dog. But I didn't want to be sniffed nor licked, and the dog left a wet nose mark on my leg. I love all animals, but I hate how other people expect everyone to love theirs. I don't know this dog. To me, he was filthy and needed a bath. Being licked by another person's animal to me is gross and unsanitary.

I love coming here because the service staff are always courteous. This location is farther from me but I prefer here since it's fewer people and less waiting. The coffee and lattes are made fresh and with care. The dining area is clean and orderly.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks with rockstar service!! Unfortunately they have completely dropped the ball. The service here has dramatically decreased over the last few months. I have been coming here weekly for over 2 years with not a single complaint. In the past 3 weeks they have incorrectly made, forgot to make, or gave notification that it was ready only to wait 20 more minutes for almost every single order. Hope they get back on track!!

    Matcha Latte

If I could do 0 stars I would have. Probably the worst matcha I've ever gotten. Asked for extra matcha, it still just tasted like milk. It was as if they put the powder into the milk and didn't mix it at all. This was after I shook it too.

I wanted to try these new drinks, but they were out of it at Target. The barista said it's probably the same all over. Thank goodness for the app! I placed my order at the Stadium mall location and they were waiting g for me when I got there!!!

Venti dragon fruit lemonade in a flimsy compostable cup filled mostly with ice.#ripoff

I'm extreme disappointed at this Starbucks location. First of all, I placed my mobile order at 6:25am, but I didn't get my drink and croissant until 6:42am. While waiting, I notice that the staff moved like sloths with no sense of urgency. I used to work for a convenience store when I was in college, where our biggest seller in the morning was coffee. You need to hustle because people don't have a lot of time to wait for their coffee. To be fair, the staff working the hot drinks bar was a bit faster and more efficient than the staff making the cold drinks. And she had more orders than the cold drink employee. Second, the Venti Dragonfruit lemonade now comes in these compostable cups that feel like they are disintegrating 20 minutes later. I usually nurse my drink all day, but I can't do that with this cup because it's already getting soft and flimsy. Sadly, I'm at work and don't have a cup big enough to transfer my mostly-ice drink. Third, when I opened the lid of my cup, I realized that my drink is 60% ice!!! What the heck Starbucks!??? No wonder people aren't flocking to buy your drinks anymore. The value for the money is just not worth it, especially when you consider that these drinks are mostly water to begin with before they dumped all that ice. Thank goodness my gift card is almost depleted since I will not be purchasing anything from Starbucks for a long while.

This friendly and crafty crew of Baristas work together in unison taking orders, brewing, pouring, mixing and preparing breakfast sandwiches during the busy morning commute hours here at HNL Terminal 1 location. They always deliver a warm greeting with a smile, even when the customer waiting line is often longer than the one at the TSA Security Screening Area. My daily stop to get my favorite cup of Java and a Slow Roasted Ham Breakfast Sandwich that I top with a Spicy Sriracha Smile! Mahalo for delivering that infamous Starbucks Quality, Service & Smiles! Just wish there was an express line for pre-brewed coffee. Four Fabulous Stars for Great Coffee, Tasty Food and an additional 1/2 Star for that Almost perfect Service!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They all have their masks on, so when you walk in you can't tell who welcomes you in, but they do! I usually do a mobile order, but for some reason they don't anymore. How did I miss this? Maybe, the last few times I stopped here I walked in anyway which is why I didn't notice. Loving their purpose board. Keep it up, Starbucks Stadium!

    Busy!

This place is small, packed, and busy! I can write my entire review in the time I am waiting here. 11am on a Saturday is crazy! You kind of feel liking talkin to McDonald's and getting a coffee in under a few minutes. The staff is overworked with only one person making drinks at times with the waiting area totally packed. There were people doing things and I thought they were just fooling around around until I realized that they were waiting. People waiting and waiting. The staff is super polite but at some point you start loving your keurig despite whatever ecological consequences they may have. Stay home and make your own cold brew?

My drink is as good as always. However the older Asia lady taking your order comes across very rude. There was a special yesterday on the App for a $3 drink from 12-6pm. She charged for any customizations instead of any drink for $3. She's impatient and shouldn't be in the front where the customers are at. Perhaps she is more suited to be in the back. Her manager needs to see this review and provide her with some customer service classes

Wrong drink, supposed to be iced cafe mocha with nothing extra and light ice

Its location was a mystery and the way the food disappeared off our plates was the magic. We were met with love and we were served love in our to go containers. We ordered house fried noodles, orange chicken, house fried gyoza, vegetarian spring rolls with sides of white rice and various, delicious tea drinks. I have never had bacon in my fried noodles before and I know bacon makes most things taste better but this was truly the cherry on top. I loved the noodles. I love thin noodles like angel hair pasta and finally I've found a place that serves a thin fried noodle. It was delicious. The orange chicken was hot and tasty and we didn't get any fatty pieces which made it perfect!! That's huge to my family. Speaking of which, I have a big family we're talking 8 people and the portions at this place were delightfully generous. You might be buying dinner today but you'll likely have lunch for tomorrow too! I don't know what they put in the drinks but I am hooked. My goodness! Iced-Cool Liquid happiness for my tongue, throat, stomach and soul. I was upset when it was gone. I'm still upset. This place is truly off the beaten path but worth the effort to find and dine. Drive directly down the alley when you see the Sweet Corner Cafe sign on the corner(keep your eyes peeled). Go all the way down, you'll be able to turn around and there's parking along a building.

I felt kind of bad because it was a one person show and the owner guy had to accommodate a lot of customers by himself! It was a hot day and a cold drink sounded great. I heard someone mention there was a coffee vendor but the person made it sound like they were only selling cups of hot or iced coffee. Then someone walked by with a matcha drink and I knew I needed to check out Panday's booth. There was a small line of customers and the guy was working hard to chat with people, collect payments and make drinks. When it was my turn, I ordered the "Biko" coffee which is their special Filipino rice/coconut/condensed milk coffee. He said he probably didn't have enough and I should look over the menu to see if I had a second choice. I chose the banana matcha and he said he didn't have any banana syrup. I mean maybe the event was so popular that he ran out of drinks quicker than expected. I guess he was the only food/drink vendor at the event and it was a hot day.... In the end, he had enough Biko for my drink and everything was fine. It was a good latte and flavorful, but idk if I'd go out of my way to find it in the future. I do want to try the banana matcha still though. For a one man operation, this guys is killing it. He makes the espresso shots to order, so drinks may take a little while to get made. He was good at chatting up people in line while we waited though. Hopefully I'll see panday coffee at another event soon!

I really was intrigued by their Monkey Coffy but really wanted to try their Matcha when they said that I could combine it for "Monkey Matcha" whaaaaaaat!!!! Their only concern is that the banana syrup could overpower the matcha so they weren't confident to put it on the menu but I tell you it was yummy and yes the syrup was very flavorful as I was told it is made with real bananas and has the equivalent of two bananas in each cup...incredible. The staff is amazing and informed me of the wait with several orders already in the works but I do love the creativity as they bring in the culture crafted in each cup is unique and "sip"ly delicious.
