Five stars for service... On this 4th I was in the area after dropping off some donation to the Salvation Army right across Stadium Mall so why not treat myself to one of my favorite summer sips Summer Berry Refresher and always having my reusable cup in hand (you receive 25 bonus stars) it was looking like a great start to my day. This Stadium Marketplace location is tucked beside McDonald's and has lots of free parking just steps away making it a great stop for drinks that many seem to do so is nice as they have decent amount of seating both inside and outside as well. The staff here is amazing as we both learned as I picked up my drink that with the popping boba I needed the bigger straw as the one on my cup isn't big enough and she suggested using s straw less lid and it fits perfectly on my cup as we both looked flabbergasted lol! The vibe here is just so nice and mellow considering the constant flow they receive while keeping it all so clean and organized is wonderful. Why are dogs allowed in Starbucks? Came to pick up an order and there was a customer with a medium sized dog (on a leash) with its owner. The owner seemed to allow the dog to wander around and sniff people. When the dog started walking towards me, I backed away, and the owner just watched humorously. The guy behind me even reached out to pet the dog. But I didn't want to be sniffed nor licked, and the dog left a wet nose mark on my leg. I love all animals, but I hate how other people expect everyone to love theirs. I don't know this dog. To me, he was filthy and needed a bath. Every time we order a drink (same drink every time) with an extra shot they never add them.. clearly too light in color and lacks the strong espresso taste. I'm extreme disappointed at this Starbucks location. First of all, I placed my mobile order at 6:25am, but I didn't get my drink and croissant until 6:42am. While waiting, I notice that the staff moved like sloths with no sense of urgency. I used to work for a convenience store when I was in college, where our biggest seller in the morning was coffee. You need to hustle because people don't have a lot of time to wait for their coffee. To be fair, the staff working the hot drinks bar was a bit faster and more efficient than the staff making the cold drinks. And she had more orders than the cold drink employee. Second, the Venti Dragonfruit lemonade now comes in these compostable cups that feel like they are disintegrating 20 minutes later. I usually nurse my drink all day, but I can't do that with this cup because it's already getting soft and flimsy. Sadly, I'm at work and don't have a cup big enough to transfer my mostly-ice drink. Third, when I opened the lid of my cup, I realized that my drink is 60% ice!!! What the heck Starbucks!??? No wonder people aren't flocking to buy your drinks anymore. The value for the money is just not worth it, especially when you consider that these drinks are mostly water to begin with before they dumped all that ice. Thank goodness my gift card is almost depleted since I will not be purchasing anything from Starbucks for a long while. read more

They always deliver a warm greeting with a smile, even when the customer waiting line is often longer than the one at the TSA Security Screening Area. You kind of feel liking talkin to McDonald's and getting a coffee in under a few minutes. The staff is overworked with only one person making drinks at times with the waiting area totally packed. I don't know why we keep taking our chances with this location. But today, just pressed my buttons. I ordered a quad caramel machiatto (didn't take a picture because I threw it away in an instant), mobile order at 12pm. My drink tasted like a water downed milk with loads of caramel in it. I'm annoyed at the fact that the baristas didn't take the time to read the order and properly make it. Spent $6.75 on a caramel milk, with a splash of coffee in it. We'll never come to this location anymore even tho we live couple minutes away from it. I swear every single time I come here my experience isn't the best! They are consistent with how they make their coffees/drinks, so I'm happy about that. The low rating is due to their staffs. I come to this location several times a week, and MOST of the times I come in it's not busy, but for some reason it takes the staffs time to greet you, or even say they'll be right with you! Seriously, it's not rocket science to let someone know that you'll be right with them. There were a couple of times I've done a mobile order, and they didn't have one food item I wanted, but they replaced it with something, but didn't tell me! Hey I ain't a difficult person, but if you're going to replace something tell the customer that you guys had to do that before they walk out the store so they don't go home confuse when they open their bags. AGAIN IVE COME IN WHEN IT WASNT BUSY, and I was the only one picking up a mobile order, so I don't see how hard it was to communicate! I understand if I come and pick up an order during rush hour, but when it isn't busy and you have three to four people working, yeah that ain't acceptable! Also, why do you even ask for my name when you won't even use it to call out my drinks or order, and you just place it on the pick up counter? I don't want to have to pick up someone's drink and touch their cup just to check and see if it's my name on the damn cup! Hey it ain't hard to communicate. If I could see/hesr you make a conversation with your coworker in between making my drink; then you definitely have a voice to call my name, so I know it's my drink being put on the counter! This particular Starbucks is located next to the Auto Zone in Stadium Marketplace. It is small but I've never had to wait a ridiculously long time to order and get my beverages. I usually order ahead on the app and get my drinks to go. Because the app now allows you to fully customize your order, (from the type of milk and how many pumps of syrup, how much ice, etc.) I find that my iced teas, lattes and hot brewed coffees always taste the way I expect them to. I find that when it gets super busy and I order in person, that there's a greater chance for my order to not get put in exactly. And while it's a mild disappointment when this happens, I am not the type to ask the barista to remake the drink, especially when I just wanna get my coffee and go. I am a Starbucks "junkie". It is a part of my daily routine, sometimes more than just one stop for a drink in a day. I have visited Starbucks across Hawaii ( and the mainland too). This is by far the best location I have been too. The service at this location is top notch. They greet you as you walk in and remember you by name if you come frequently. They treat each guest more like a member of family then just another customer. Every time I arrive they already know myself and co-workers orders. There has been the occasional miss or drink made wrong, but they are quick to fix! If I could add more than 5 stars, I would.
