Love the drinks the refreshers and blended ones but this is really sad, I ordered a refresher today with no ice because I'm headed home and the barista said ,"you know I'm not gonna fill it up to the top right?!" Where is that comment coming from? This is the same place that claims the blender closed early for the night. I still can't believe they get away doing this daily. Whoever owns this location please fix this I'll be glad to drop $10 or more on a coffee or blended drink but the blender keep leaving earlier everyday. Still give 4 stars hopefully these things get fixed. Mahalo read more

I will not be coming back to the establishment. Went in around 11:30am and ordered two house blend coffees. I was shocked when I was told $12 for my order. While waiting I was waiting for my order the barriste asked if I needed room for cream. I asked if the two iced coffees she was preparing was my order. She replied yes. I reiterated that I did not order iced coffee. Then she refunded my order and rerang up two large coffees. Again, I was waiting and watched as they poured espresso and hot water into the cups. Again, I inquired if this was my order and asked if they had brewed coffee. The worker replied that they don't serve brewed coffee after 10pm. Also they ran out cream.... how they share space in Foodland. Just a few steps away is all the creamer they need. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and the impression that this establishment just doesn't give a shit about customer service. read more

I have a very busy day today so needed the pick-me-up from coffee bean. I love this location because the staff are all so welcoming and helpful. Sometimes it can be slower w the morning rush, but I am never disappointed with their attitudes. I ordered the Large, Mocha, iced, protein latte today and it made me feel like a new woman like any other day that I order it. read more

I had a gift card for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf so I finally got to use it recently. I looked online ahead of time and saw they offer a new customer promotion on the CBTL app. Downloaded the app and made a new account. But, unfortunately when I tried to use the app to place an order, I discovered that the Hawaii locations are not on the app. I prefer to order ahead on an app instead of ordering in person so this was very disappointing. But I needed to use my gift card so I did stand in line and ordered in person. I got a hazelnut ice blended which was delicious. Just wish I could've ordered on the app. I didn't even think to ask if they do the new customer promo (like if I just showed them on the app). Oh well, I'll be back because I still have a balance on my gift card. And the Hazelnut Ice Blended did taste yummy. read more

Don't write review for anything at all but this one I just I have to. Don't bother me if the employees are not friendly at all or they are having a bad day. I understand. But anyway, my complaints was the person who took my order messed up my order. I have allergies to lactose and I asked the guy for oak milk. It messed it up the first time, then when I asked him added whole milk. Waited another 5 minutes and second time he did not add oak milk again. I have to go back for the 3rd time. My ask is that they should take that allergies seriously and it can be severe to some people. read more

The Atmosphere: I usually stick to Starbucks, but I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the vibe wasn't very welcoming. The staff seemed indifferent, and I didn't get a friendly "neighborhood café" feel when I walked in. The Coffee: The house coffee was actually excellent! It had a great flavor profile that I really enjoyed. My only minor complaint was the temperature--it was served scalding hot, so I had to wait quite a while before I could actually take a sip. The Food: I ordered the ham and cheese croissant. While the flavors were okay, the presentation was a bit off as the cheese topping looked quite burnt. Final Thoughts: I'd come back for the coffee, but I hope the service and food preparation are a bit more consistent next time. come back for the coffee, but I hope the service and food preparation are a bit more consistent next time. read more

Can someone tell them that lilikoi and guava are 2 different flavors. They are 2 totally different fruits. Yes I showed them the Monday advertisement but I wanted the guava lemonade and then they tell me they don't have guava and then they tell me they do so I go ahead and order the guava lemonade. I love the convenient location and come here pretty often. The drinks and desserts are always amazing (the pina colada scone was‍ fire), which is why it's disappointing to have had such a negative experience with the service. Unfortunately, one employee in particular, Kyra, has consistently made my visits unpleasant. I'm not sure what I did for her to be so rude to me and my mom. I understand a bad day, but there have been multiple experiences. I've decided I will no longer be a paying customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer service issues, as this location has so much potential and the food and drinks deserve better service. read more

I'm late to the game. How have I never tried this company!? The day I came in, the line was long and so I decided to take a look at their items for sale, I stumbled across the cookie butter powder, I'll definitely be buying more of that. It's awesome for making drinks at home without the total mess of cookie butter. Besides the line being long, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the TikTok drink, I asked for just a splash of creamer and they filled the cup up. I still very much so enjoyed it. I'll definitely be coming back here more often. read more

Came in today with my family, there were three people behind the counter and this place is completely empty. We order two drinks and two food items that need to be warmed. The guy taking our order was lovely but the blonde girl had so much attitude. She turned to him while he was taking our order, cutting him off, and snapped "what does this mean?" Referring to the cup and drink abbreviations. We were waiting a long time for the food so went up and asked. She responded "Ned took the order that's not my fault" to the other girl working. This is the worst customer service, came in at 530 waiting for my drink, I order mochi muffin and medium, matcha hot latte, I told the girl medium. I remember her asking me , what size? My mistake is i didn't ask for receipt. Paid with card. So was going up looking for drink? And everyone was getting drink. So I ask the girl, I ordered medium latte. So I sat down and waited. Still nothing went back up, and the girl just says, oh I looked in the receipt and you did not order latte. The girl didn't have courtesy, to let me know, hey I checked the receipts, you didn't order medium latte. Was that too much to let me know? Maybe cuz the music was blaring! Never ever ordering here! Today had a need for some green tea ice blended cookies and cream walked in at 7:15 pm and the BLENDER was closed and done for the day. Thank you! Shopping with besties' mom as she's leaving she requested to stop at Long's to shop for some last minute items she now feels is needed lol! In the middle of Ewa I felt the urgent need for a bathroom and no one has including Foodland as they had no idea as well, walked into Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I asked for a bathroom which the staff with such a sweet calm demeanor points to a cup with a key...nothing attached to it just a simple key and I was granted to use their bathroom...hallelujah! I already ate and had something to drink...was thinking of purchasing breakfast for tomorrow but nothing intrigued me whatsoever...sigh! Well I truly appreciated the kindness of my urgency regardless and left without purchasing anything but left a generous tip for the staff. Super nice and clean place and will definitely be back to thank the kindness and probably another restroom break. Thank you! read more

Saw the "Treat Yo' Self Thursdays!" post on Facebook. $4 regular or $5 large ice blended or pure ice blended. Ordered a large matcha tea ice blended and the cashier had to re-do the promo before I paid. It was showing $8 something on the terminal and when she re-did it I saw a $1 off Thirsty Thursday on the screen. Didn't think anything of it and forgot to look at the total before inserting my card. Checked my transactions when I got home and see a charge for $7.32 - disappointing because I usually go elsewhere for my morning pick-me-up but since I haven't had a drink from this establishment in awhile I thought I'd stop by. Paid normal price when it should've been a promo. Not whining over what should've been a $1.99 discount but expressing disappointment. read more

I had such a great experience at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf 6/23, that I had to leave a review. I stopped by around 3 PM and decided to try the new ube latte...so good by the way. Creamy, not too sweet, and super satisfying. The young man working (no name tag, unfortunately; tall Filipino) was running the store solo, and it was honestly impressive to watch. In just the 10 minutes I was there, he took multiple orders, answered questions, made the drinks, and even brought them out. All with speed, efficiency, and great customer service. You could tell he knew what he was doing. Big props to him. Definitely coming back! read more

I was picking up a few items that I needed and decided to stop here for a sweet treat. I had let the cashier know that I had some food allergies as is my habit everywhere I go. The person who made my drink made a point of washing the blender that he was going to male my drink with. I appreciated that very much. This CBTL location is really close to my home and conveniently located near two places that I frequent--Longs and Foodland. So if I'm craving a coffee or blended drink, it's my go-to location. I don't indulge often, but when I'm in the area for a vaccine (at Longs), etc., sometimes I like a treat. I like that CBTL frequently has special deals, whether it's a Monday special, holiday deal, or the deal they're currently offering for Subaru owners (just show your car key). They really bring the cost of drinks down to a more "affordable" rate, and I prefer their variety of menu items to their competitors. Plenty of parking in the big lot! read more

From my current experience. Did you know that you are not a customer till you purchase something? I went in the shop with my other half who was deciding on her drink and I wanted to use the restroom. To my surprise Lily said " the restroom was only for customers" I pointed at my other half at the table and she again said " the restroom is only for customers it's our policy". In my situation I'm glad it wasn't an emergency. I also was not given a receipt as it would have been my evidence of the employees on shift. I know it sounds funny but, I hope this dosen't happen to you or anyone else in a emergency. Very disappointed. read more

I came in around 6pm and immediately off the bat we received major negative attitude by the two employees. My friend who ordered first didn't hear the question the girl was asking and she obnoxiously asked it again. Walked in at 8pm and they were apparently closing. I was not aware. The young girl working shakes her head no and says "We're closed." While other customers walk out & they shut the lights off. I had the most offensive experience at this location. I ordered a cappuccino and the young man taking my order asked me if I wanted it hot or iced. So I thought oh I'll have it iced. The lady making the drinks gruffly said that there's no such thing as an iced cappuccino. So I said fine just make the cappuccino and pour ir over ice. Then she gruffly said that that's a macchiato. Ok fine whatever. I was going order other things but quickly decided not to. I just told the young man that's all. I have never seen an employee speak to a customer in that manner. To make it even worse she never let me knowy drink was ready. It sat there for I don't know how long and I literally had to ask it that was my drink. When my other friend arrived that same young lady was not helpful or friendly at all. The young man that was working came over and started calling out completed orders when he wasn't busy doing other things. I think I'll avoid this place. Who wants to be spoken to in that way especially when you are just a paying customer. read more

First time at this location in a long time, needless to say I'll be sticking to old location down the road lol. This location was out of multiple drinks, ended up just ordering 2 iced white chocolate mochas (supposedly with oat milk), 2 breakfast burritos, and a turkey pesto sand which. $34 total. Paid. Cashier gives me my things and moves onto next customer. I asked her if she could heat up my breakfast items (my other location just automatically does it). She tells me the ovens been down for the past month (maybe should have mentioned that when buying the items, idk). Anywho, drinks are done, hardly any flavor, tasted like just straight up 2% milk lol...I drink oat milk everyday and I'm almost sure that was not oat milk lol.
