If you want hard açaí dumped into a to go pint container for $18 & have no other choice & stuck in the area, then best of luck. If you're deciding on anywhere else - go there. Not all açaí bowls are the same & these are bottom level. And this place doesn't care if you like it or not. Service and ethics are poor. And even if you spent $35 on two basic açaí bowls, they won't fill your water bottle for you. They'll sell you a plastic bottle, but won't fill your bottle from the sink. Not cool. Also side note - the other business listing for Waikele Kitchen is the same as this one - same business & place, so skip both.

Refresh and cool off at Aloha Coffee and Tea in Waikele Shopping Center.

Perfect way to cool off on hot day at Aloha Coffee and Tea. They are located in the Waikele Shopping Center between Men's Coach and Armani Exchange. We ordered Lychee Tea, Limemonade, Açaí Bowl. I had the Lychee Tea with lychee jelly. The sweetness is on point. Not too much, not too little, just made perfectly for my tastebuds. The lychee jelly is yummm but be careful when you're sipping your drink. I almost choke on of the jelly ;) My friend got their Açaís Bowl. This is good but it doesn't have something that makes it any different from the other açaí bowl. So that's good. It tasted good. The Limemonade is not something we'll order again. It was bitter. You can tastes the lime and lemon mixture but it has that bitterness tastes with every sip. I'm giving them a four because despite the busy line, the cashier and the same lady who makes the drinks is manages to greet you. She's calm and remained focused even after a customer brought up that he's been waiting patiently for his drink the last 25 minutes. He was probably exaggerating as I wouldn't wait this long to say something. The store offers a variety of drinks that I think would make it perfect for almost every tastebuds out there shopping. It's a great quick refresher mid your shopping or for an after shopping. Thank you for reading my review. Have a great week!

Refreshing beverage at Waikele Premium Outlet in Waipahu, Oahu, Hawaii... Shopping takes some physical energy... and brain power. Irene M. and I discuss the benefits of each purchase - we don't randomly buy things, but select with purpose! We were walking from Famous Footwear Outlet to SKETCHERS Outlet when we noticed this little shop with large pictures of drinks... ahhh! Good timing! We needed a pick-me-up! The interior of Aloha Coffee & Tea is cozy and not air-conditioned since the door is open. Service was efficient and quick! Irene got a Honey Lemon Tea, 25% sweet. I got a Lychee Tea, half sweet... it was just right to keep on going... We visited Clark's, SKETCHERS, and Crocs... after Kipling... LOL! We shopped, but didn't drop!!!

Retail therapy relief... I seriously needed some shoes and wanted to some sandals as well since summer is approaching and the ones I have has been so worn and my bad knees has done some damage to my favorites, Nadine suggested Waikele Premium Outlets which is a great idea...smart! As we analyze each item weighing out the options yet appreciating the prices and selection starting from Famous Footwear then crossing to Kipling we both then noticed Aloha Coffee and Tea with huge images of drinks they offer on their windows...drink break! This is how much I love shopping I forgot my phone in the car so with that I had to strut back and grab it for photo ops lol! Walking in it's a simple cozy vibe with a friendly staff who took our order and as we glanced at their menu items like smoothies, milk tea and fresh teas which we both gravitated to I couldn't resist getting the Honey Lemon Tea which is a black tea and was afraid of it being too sweet asked for it to be light 25% which it was though I couldn't taste the lemon even with the slices and with just one size at $6.25 it didn't impress me very much at all. Nadine got the Lychee Tea and seemed to enjoy it which I did as well as it did gave us the refreshment that we needed so that we could make the right choices as the biggest decision was yet to come lol! Thank you!

Needed a refreshing drink while shopping on a hot sunny day. I got the taro smoothie which the worker endorsed it's made with non dairy creamer. I was skeptical since it's made with powder and I've had drinks where the powder was not fully dissolved resulting in a chalky texture but that was not an issue. The texture was smooth and creamy to perfection.

I ordered a milk tea and two smoothies. All the drinks, especially the milk tea was watered down ... very disappointed.

I think I just turned into a "chia pudding in açaí bowls" fan. I also had it at another acai place…read moreand it hits like I would have never imagined. What I liked about the berry boost bowl is that goji berries brought a crunch and really made up for the granola that wasn't in there. Having chia pudding is way less calories than granola too! 6-7 is "happy hour" so you get $2 off signature bowls. It was great. That store is cute and simple. You can also play board games if you're hanging out. Love that they welcome that

Abundant variety available! Located in Ka Makana Ali'i on the Gen Korean / Papa John Pizza side…read more Small interior that has about four to five tables that can accommodate about four people each. No outdoor seating available. We went in knowing we wanted açaí bowls. They offer signature bowls for those who don't like having to decide on bases, toppings, drizzles, etc. Signature bowls come in two sizes: regular (16oz.) $13.99 and large (24 oz.) $15.99. Whatever bowls give you the freedom to decide on base - bonus base - fresh fruit - super foods - drizzle. These are priced the same but you decide what you do and do not want, which is nice. Mind you, they also offer: toasts, smoothies and drinks such as lemonade, iced blended coffee, matcha, and cold brews. Açaí bowl was a generous portion of base / bonus base / fruit. I appreciate how they chop their fruit into bite size pieces. Idk what it is but I like my fruit in my bowl to be bite size like small easy to eat and chew. Maybe it has to do with base/topping/fruit ratios!? Fruit was fresh too, which for this price point- I'd expect and they delivered. There are many options available which again, for this price point you'd expect, so it's nice to have. The only problem was they were out of Nutella. Like, why? My daughter went a week before writing this review and she said they were out of bananas. In my opinion, banana and Nutella are not items hard to keep in stock! We would visit again. Side note, Monday - Friday 6-7pm they offer $2 off signature bowls!
