We visited Cotti Coffee while it was raining on Saturday the 21st. First time, visiting and i was surprised. I was a bit worried because my go to is Starbucks but, here we are. Cotti is located in the Pearl Highlands food court, i ordered the A441 coco cotti hot with one splenda. Omg, so delicious smooth, hot and satisfying. Coconut milk with expresso. The service was excellent and my questions and concerns were addressed. The ambience was non existent since this was a food court and very noisy. However, i loved my coco cotti and will definitely be back...the next time we are in the area. Yummy and so satisfying.

Coffee was nice and strong but the coconut flavor was pretty mild. Service was relatively quick. Seating is limited to the food court seating so it can be crowded and loud due to the echo of the room. Much better to take the drinks to go. Everything was okay for the price. I would be open to trying more of their unique lattes and other items to see how they compare.

Cotti Coffee is a Hong Kong based coffee shop that opened its first Hawaii/US location in the Pearl Highlands food court in 2024. The menu is vast with lattes, milk teas, and fresh fruit beverages. We downloaded the app and were able to get our first beverage for only a dollar! The app also offers coupons and mobile ordering. The Cloud Mousse Matcha Latte was a unique blend of earthy matcha with a strong coffee mouse. Service was quick and efficient and there were lots of seats and lunch options in the food court. Overall a convenient and affordable coffee option!

The drinks are good. Located inside the food court at Pearl Highland. There's lots of parking. I was thirsty and wanted something to wake me up. The worker recommend the ice toffee hazelnut latte coffee. It was great and not too sweet or strong. Next time I want to try the other drinks. They also offer drinks with boba and jellys. Hubby got a drink with boba and he said he enjoyed it and would order it again. The place is clean and the worker is nice and gave good recommendations. I think you can mobile order your drink in advance. They accept cash and credit card.

Was looking for a quick coffee in the area, and the Mango Coco Latte hit the spot! This coffeeshop is located in Pearl Highlands Center, and I was surprisingly impressed at the quality for "food court" coffee. They serve other drinks with creative flavor combos, and I'd stop by again if I needed a little pick-me-up.

I recently discovered Cotti Coffee and it's quite a hidden gem! It's located inside the Pearl Highlands food court market all the way in the back. I like to get their brown sugar latte and I really like the price and how it's less than $5! The drink itself is pretty good and not too sweet (I get it 50% sweetness). I do wish though there was an option to add an extra shot or something because it is kinda milky and would like the coffee flavor to be stronger. Heads up if you download their app for the first time (gotta scan the QR code in the front) you can get your first drink for $1!

Don't sleep on this coffee stall inside of Pearl Highlands Center food court! It can be hard to find a quality latte in a food hall setting, but these guys nailed it. I found this gem while doing a quick shopping run around the area and since it's just down the road from my place, I could not resist trying. Their brown sugar latte is my new go-to. Quick service too if you're ever in a rush.

I was very impressed with this new Chinese coffee shop -- it's the first one in Hawaii. What really made the experience stand out was how easy it was to order through their app. Highly recommend ordering on the app instead of in person because your first drink is only $0.99! Such a good deal, so don't miss that promo. I ordered the iced toffee hazelnut latte, and honestly, I was surprised at how good it was. I usually ask for my drinks to be less sweet, but I forgot this time and to my surprised, it was perfect. Sweet, but not overpowering at all. The full price of the drink is under $5, which is rare for quality coffee these days. It honestly was better than other coffee shops in terms of taste. The app is user-friendly, the ordering process was smooth, and my drink was ready in about a minute. Service was super quick and efficient. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be coming back. Just a heads-up: they're tucked away in the very back of the food court at Pearlridge Highlands. I only wish they had more locations!

Finally got around to try Cotti Coffee! The location is in the food court above Sam's Club in Pearl City, so it would require you to go inside and order. But, the wait time is very short. Even with one employee, she was able to fulfill orders for two customes within a few minutes! The coffee was smooth and strong, so if that is up your alley - you need to try it too! The drink I tried had a good balance of coffee and the coconut flavor. I do want to give the matcha a try next time, because it is only $3! The quality for what you're paying for is worth it. Most of the drinks are unde $5, which is insanely good.

Ok ok ok. The coffee is reasonably priced. A matcha latte is 2.99!!!! The service is quick and the espresso is so good. I love a good espresso!!!!! I actually didn't mind the coffee it was very good and for the price I paid it was totally worth it!

Wandering around the Highlands Market and saw this place. All drinks are $4.29 and Americano is $2.99! What a deal! We had to try a Stardust oolong milk tea and a Passionfruit & Grapefruit tea. Pretty good! My milk tea was very milky, didn't get much of the tea taste but it still was nice and refreshing. Hubby really liked his passion fruit/grapefruit tea- the sourness of the grapefruit balanced the passionfruit. We both got 50% sweetness and it was perfect! Staff was friendly and drinks good-def coming back here again! Can't beat the price!

Soooo excited that Hawaii has a Cotti Coffee. This is one of my go to spots for delicious and affordable coffee in Hong Kong and finally got a chance to go to the location here in Hawaii. Service / ambiance: Located inside the pearl highlands shopping center food court it's hard to miss it. You can see its large signs from the entrance. This location has the whole back to itself. Ample seating within the food court itself. There was only one person working at the time but they were very efficient. There were 2 orders ahead of mine but my order still came out within 3 mins Price: $: Definitely one of the more affordable coffee/ drink places on Oahu. Coffee starts at $2.99 and all other drinks, including specialty drinks are $4.29 with the exceptions of the mango flavored drinks being $5.50. Standard size is 16oz, If you download the app your first drink is only $0.99 and you get 4 additional 30% off coupons for later use. Really a steal with the these coupons Drinks: I ordered their pampas blue coco latte with 50% sugar and it was amazing. I would highly recommend trying it! Compared to the cotti coffees I've had in Hong Kong and Asia it's on par with the same smooth and rich quality. You can also adjust sugar levels for all drinks which is great for people with dietary restrictions. For premixed flavors the lowest is 50% but all other drinks can be made with no sugar. Overall, I highly recommend come checking out cotti coffee for affordable quality coffee and drinks. Can't wait come back to grab more coffee :)

Emily R. mentioned a "new" coffee place had opened up with a really nice sign up discount of a $1 drink. We decided to grab some coffee after grabbing sushi. It's located in the very back of the Pearl Highlands Center food court (2nd floor) on Kamehameha Hwy in Pearl City. There's a huge open air parking lot with ample parking stalls. Emily R. recommended the Pampas Blue Coco Latte or at least one of their top 10 drinks. The one she recommended looked very cool and unique, so I decided to get that. It was beautifully presented with the coffee espresso on top and the Pampas Eagle blue hue mixture of milk and coconut milk. And wow, it was really good! I got it half sweet, and it had the perfect sweetness and more of the coffee flavor which I usually preferred. There was a hint of coconut milk but not too much where it could overwhelm someone. Loooved the fragrant coffee they used. I came back during another visit back to Hawaii as I was missing the same delicious coffee. My boyfriend got it for me, and it really hit the spot. Definitely an amazing spot to grab a unique drink for a really really good price as there are random discounts from time to time on their app. Will be back for more of this specifically amazing drink when I visit Hawaii again!
