I usually frequent the Starbucks on base for my coffee but had to drop off my coworker to her car parked near the area. Glad I did because I was able to try a different kind of coffee. I love that I didn't have to get out of my car and the customer service was great. As a first timer, you don't know much about the menu, so the employee walked me through it. I forgot what my coffee's name was but I think it was something like tan line which has caramel and white chocolate. I actually liked it. Something different from what I normally get. A quick and delicious spot for coffee (5 stars for that), but... Don't get the breakfast bagel sandwich. I was extra hungry today, and decided to order an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. What came out was premade and clearly had been sitting a bit - a PLAIN bagel with contents so mushy that it was hard to identify what was in the sandwich. Bacon looked underdone. Just threw it away. Maybe the sausage sandwich would be better but I'll stick to coffee. read more

I really want to love this place, but they're not reliable and that's why I'm giving them 3 stars. I have been going here for awhile and it sucks to say but when you go to get coffee you want COFFEE and so many times have I been told their expresso machine is down or the person who works the expresso machine didn't want to come in today. The second excuse I didn't understand as a business you only train one person? I was offered cold brew which I did try and tasted like water. I go pay for coffee bc I can't make it at home if I wanted watered down coffee I would make my own. I do have to say when they make it it's wonderful, but it left a bad taste in my mouth I don't like supporting big businesses but I then had to turn to Starbucks and add time onto my morning because I drive out of my way to go there. Now when I go I have to ask if they have real coffee at a coffee place which feels weird. I hope they get a footing and become reliable with their service and can be open more I'd love to swing by on the weekend as well. read more
