It was a business called: Artisan Cottage Sourdough Bakers I quickly read some reviews and found out that they're quite popular and sell out at times, so I jumped in line. Service was very friendly and helpful! I got the last loaf of Spinach Garlic & Onion sourdough bread... and a Cinnamon Raisin loaf. Slicing the loaves up at home, I chomped on the Cinnamon Raisin sourdough first... delicious and chewy! There were so many raisins in the bread! The Spinach, Garlic & Onion sourdough had a more subtle flavor. I fried a slice in butter and made it crunchy and better! I heard the owner tell another customer that this bread makes great French Toast. He also recommended slicing up the loaves and freezing them so they're ready to eat! I'll go back on Sunday between 10am and 2pm for the sourdough bagels and the Honey & Molasses sourdough loaf!

This smoked meat is fairly lean which concerned me at first but my concerns were not warranted. The meat has a strong great flavor but the spice level is pretty low. In a way I was happy with that because I didn't want to be have the spice overpower the flavor of good smoked meat.
