Items Ordered: Avocado Smoothie (my go-to!) Chocolate Oreo Shake (50% sweet) Peach Iced Tea with Lychee Jelly (50% sweet) This place never disappoints! I always get the avocado smoothie -- it's rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend if you're an avocado fan. My friend ordered the chocolate Oreo shake at 50% sweetness. It was still quite flavorful, with a strong chocolate and Oreo taste. Next time she might go for 25% since it's on the sweeter side, but still very good! Another friend got the peach iced tea with lychee jelly at 50% sweetness -- super refreshing and just right for the hot weather. A perfect light option. They also have a new item on the menu: Labubu Milk Tea Ice Cream. It's super creative, very aesthetic, and fun to eat. Definitely Instagram-worthy! Overall, love the drink variety here and the fun seasonal items. Great spot to cool down and treat yourself when you're in the area.
Really nice person helped answer my questions. First time trying here. She recommended the fresh fruit watermelon slushy, as I had requested something refreshing and not sweet. You can select your level of sweetness here. I chose 50%. I added boba as an afterthought. It's an additional 75 cents. Bad move on my part. Skip the boba, it didn't taste fresh. Squishy soft if you like that. No taste to the boba. As for the watermelon slushy, they used fresh cut watermelon, ice and a liquid sweetener (I believe). That's it. Not sweet at all. Great watermelon flavor. Highly recommend the fresh fruit slushy, minus the boba lol. It's a kiosk located by the down escalator to Longs Drugs. It's clean and a well kept area. Nice attractive kiosk.
I'm a fan of honeydew melon Boba. This is the first place that I've been to that they use real honeydew, they actually blended into the drink instead of using the powder. I appreciate that so much and the taste is so much more better. If you wanna come to the Boba Cha, they're very nice and welcoming, but sometimes you have to wait and that's OK. Be patient with the workers. I'll be back and I'll bring more people.
It's Halloween and we just finished work so me and Wayne wanted to get a drink so we ran into a kiosk Boba Cha. I chose my favorite an Ube smoothie and he had coconut... Phenomenal drinks. The owner even offered us a Halloween special and added a dark topping on my drink to enhance the flavors. Great service with a smile. I'll be back again TOMORROW
Boba Cha in Lower Pearlrudge shopping center. Came on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. Our first time here. Was looking for something refreshing after lunch. We ordered the Coconut Pineapple Smoothie with boba. For some reason I thought there would be fresh fruit but there was none. Everything was in powdered form. The safest thing to order here is probably coffee or tea if you're not looking for anything fresh. The smoothie tasted ok. They give a lot of boba, which was nice and firm, not mushy like some other places. I thought the price was reasonable for the size. Service was good. This kiosk is located near the bottom of the escalators at lower Pearlridge, across Dunkin' Donuts. Would I return? Yes! For some coffee or tea, but not for fruit smoothies.

#36 for 2021 Superb customer service from cashier to worker that made my drink. Ordering was a breeze. Didn't have to give a sweetness percentage. Surprised my lychee green tea with boba was done in less than a minute. Gave four stars for slightly harder than chewy boba.
11.17.21 Wednesday. Efficiency is the key! I've been to so many tea places that yes I've lost track on what makes a great place like tea places. I've also Noticed that most these places either have closed or change location. The pandemic has made it rough for Some of these tea places but this place... they have been there through and through. Let me just point out when they first established the place... it was (shrug shoulders) meh- yea another tea place.... - vegan diets -such things like "Impossible" - and The COVID PANDEMIC- they were closed and bless them they tried opening again mid March 2020!! --- which left them at the (shoulder shrug) part of where they left off when they opened.... and then... over time..... the other businesses complimented them... I mean seriously- the "Bing Bros" opened and then the katsu Lobster sando place and Uncle's with the seafood and the hotdog place which was (don't get me wrong I loved pronouncing that Korean name it was for hot dog on the stick) and the popcorn and roasted nuts across them and cookie corner right there!! --- yes we need that drink place! The best part is--- I discovered they make their Smoothies pure. There isn't the "powdered" mixes or sugar in the one I picked... and I wanna believe that their small choices they have can also bemade without sugar when you ask for it that way... and I really appreciate that... Rabbit Rabbit tea is just like this too! And this place does it. My avocado banana smoothie was just that without the sugar! Perfection! Thanks Boba Cha.... your neighbor buddies selling all the right stuff for us to get a delicious drink from you and--- (my choice) without the sugar! Thank you... Boba tea at Pearlridge, Oahu, Hawaii... It was a scorching August day. We had just finished AYCE Korean BBQ and I was full. However, there's always room for liquids, right? I was really thirsty and saw this kiosk across the way. I'm not familiar with Pearlridge Mall, so I'm not going to be picky. Anything will do! After browsing the menu, I ordered the Lychee black tea. I like fruity, so this was just right! However, I had to order a Jumbo size so that I could use my credit card... there's a $5 minimum. No problem! There was only one gal working here. She took orders, collected payment, and made the drinks. Wow! What a hard worker! She really hustled! If I was at Pearlridge again and needed a drink, I would return! The free parking and air conditioning at the mall are much appreciated!

I dont know what they were talking about it was fantastic! Dont knock this spot if you aren't a fan of the usual boba I suggest trying the smoothie and adding some Lychee Jelly! It's more like a SLUSHIE!! As for me the medium is big enough but I know as the seasons get hotter LARGE FOR ME will be sooo much better and I'll get a double of the Jelly. Hehe. Try it!
Don't EVER order the 100% sweet unless you like your teeth falling out and your blood glucose levels to spike up to 1,000! My son ordered the Creme Strawberry Milk Tea, medium sized, with boba and it cost around $7.00. The Strawberry Milk Tea had a strange flavor, like powdered baby formula. DISLIKE! My son thought it was OK, so that's why the 3-stars.
LOTS of options!! Didn't plan on getting a drink but the signs with so many options and pictures of drinks that looked so good just convinced me. Very affordable when compared to basically every other drink place nowadays. Got the strawberry yogurt shake. Definitely tastes like strawberry and yogurt haha. No complaints. Worker was nice and let me know that the menu is likely to change soon. The only thing I'd wish was different, was if their straws were a little longer. With the dome lid on the shake, it felt like I was nearly kissing the lid with every sip. read more
1-29-26 came out of the Halmark shop and decided to try this little space outside of Dunkin's. Lots to choose from but asked for two medium matcha with green tea ice cream. Sweet young lady said boba is not ready. Don't need boba I replied. Best of 3 world: matcha like Jamba, green tea ice cream like Dave's and pudding on bottom like Coffee Tea. You can tell I like liquid refreshment, right? $18+ for 2 drinks. Par for the course... costly but good. Nice to try some place different. read more

Finally got to try Boba Cha after the change in management and I have to say I was not disappointed. Boba Cha is located in the "downtown" phase of Pearlridge in one of the kiosks near Icing and Dunkin Donuts. They have a variety of drinks varying from teas, to milk teas, and smoothies. Their prices are fair ranging from $3.50 - $5 depending on what you order and which add-ons you include. We ordered 24 drinks that day for work and the man working did an excellent job fulfilling our order and he was working alone I might add. All the drinks were delicious and made well:). Will definitely come back here to get my boba fix! read more

I had dropped into Pearlridge the other afternoon and decided to treat myself to a cool drink. I knew this place was there and headed over. If you haven't been to this side of Pearlridge, Boba Cha sits near the escalators on the second of three floors, this floor being the main one. This was my first time visiting so I went with the Classic Milk Tea, the first one listed on the menu. You have choices to add boba, jelly, etc but for now I stuck with what's in the name, boba. Plus, they are fun to drink. Since I was the only one there, my order came out real quick and it was delicious! Not too sweet with a tea flavor and the boba had a good texture to it. I have experienced another place a while ago where the boba was actually mushy, probably overcooked. I will be back to try some of the others soon.. read more

Boba Cha is located in downtown Pearlridge right in the middle of the mall. My brother and I always pass by this place and always debate whether we should go here or not.. we finally ordered drinks here one day because Hawaii is hot as hell. I realized that a popular milk tea joint called "Coffee or Tea" is apart of Boba Cha! My go-to drink has got to be the Hazelnut Milk tea with custard. My brother loves their Original Milk tea with pearl. My Husband is basic so he gets their Strawberry Smoothie. These drinks are so yummy and extremely refreshing! Especially when you're dehydrated LOL Service here is great. The workers are usually attentive and prompt. Drinks are made pretty quickly. The only thing I suggest is that, if you're going to get the super jumbo size drink.. Make sure you ask for light ice or no ice! Because your drink will get super watery. Other than that, I love this place!! read more

I'm glad there's this boba shop in downtown pearlridge because i am a boba fanatic. they have such a wide selection of boba drinks. I do have to say the milk tea is not sweet at all, it just tastes like tea which i don't mind but it could use sweetness. And the cookie monster tastes more like milk than flavor. Tapioca pearls itself is not that bad. read more

Location: They are located "downtown" of Pearlridge Shopping Center across from Book Off and Claire's. It is a small standalone shop near the escalators where the old chocolate shop use to be. Drinks: They had free samples of a variety of flavors. I didn't care for the samples but I was intrigued by the cookie coffee frap advertisement by the pick up side. I love coffee and Oreos so I decided to give it a try. The worker said they can also make chocolate and Oreo walls on the cup! Yes, Yes, Yes!!! The final verdict = Deliciously Amazing! The coffee was strong and I could taste the Oreo with every sip. I LOVE it!!! They only serve drinks as I did not see anything else on the menu besides teas, slushes, smoothie and coffee drinks. There are two drink sizes; medium and large. Service: The ladies were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I love that they suggested the chocolate and Oreo walls for my drink. Price: Prices are reasonable. I spend $5 on my medium drink. Most drinks averaged $5. Overall, Yes I will be back for the the Coffee Cookie Frap!!! I wouldn't mind trying the Winter Melon Tea Latte on a future visit as well. read more

I was craving for a boba drink before we heading up to watch a movie. I usually go to the one downstairs by Longs but decided to try this place out since it was on our way up to the theaters. What caught my eyes was the delicious cookie monster frap ad that was eyeing me out. So of course I had to get it. I ordered a regular size drink for about $5 which is average for drinks nowadays. The only downfall was they didn't have tapioca balls available at that time so that was what I felt was missing. Although they did offer other jellys to add inside the drink which I later realized maybe the coffee jelly would have been sufficed enough for a boba filler. The drink itself was super good! The cookie monster frap was filled with chocolate and oreo walls topped with more oreos on top of the coffee frap. Definitely worth trying! Looking forward to trying other flavors they have there the next time I'm in the area. read more

Conveniently located in downtown pearl ridge nearby the food court. They have a wide selection of milk tea, classic teas and smoothies. The prices are pretty moderate (milk teas are 3.50-4.50) (smoothies: 4.00-6.00) (classic ice teas are 3.50-4.00) toppings are an additional .50 (so if you don't like boba/jelly you save .50) They do not have a sweetness system like other boba locations which is rather unique because they determine the preferred sweetness level for us. Customer service was on point (: However something I would like to see is less ice in the ice teas because by the time I finished my drink, 3/4 of the cup was filled with ice. Overall this is a place worth trying! I got the honey jasmine lemon ice tea and the papaya milk tea (So Ono and I highly recommend it!!) the difference of the two sizes are only .75 so might as well get the larger one, I mean go big or go home right? read more
