I usually stop by Daily Dose next to Costco in Waipio on Saturday or Sunday mornings, and I've always had a great experience. The wait times are usually moderate, and the ladies working there provide AMAZING customer service. They're always friendly and welcoming, which really makes the experience better. The coffee is delicious and, more importantly, very consistent. They also have a lot of unique coffee variations that you don't typically see at other coffee shops, so there's always something interesting to try. My only downside is the price. Around $9 for a 16 oz and $15 for a 32 oz is definitely on the expensive side for a cup of coffee. That said, I do think the unique flavors and quality make it worth trying at least once. Do be mindful! If you come closer to closing time, they may be sold out of certain drinks and sometimes ice. Overall, I'd definitely recommend giving Daily Dose a shot if you're in the area! read more

Visited Daily Dose twice so far at their truck outside Waipio Costco, and both experiences have been great. Even though it's a food truck, it's a cute & convenient stop if you're already in the area running errands or shopping at Costco. Both drinks were on the sweeter side, so if you prefer less sweet drinks, I'd recommend asking the staff for their recommendations or seeing if they can adjust the sweetness. The workers were friendly, and the drinks came out quickly, making it an easy grab-and-go spot. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area! read more

I could taste the toasted marshmallow and the espresso flavor really comes through. Service: We went on a Friday so it wasn't too crowded, but the drinks came out really quick. We ordered the Daily Dose (strawberry matcha) and the Hellomellow. Both drinks were super sweet and the Daily Dose tasted more like strawberry milk than a strawberry matcha. If I were to go back I'd ask them to make the drink less sweet. read more

We found this place thanks to Ava Jules' YouTube video. So.... Of course you know we had to try it! It's a white food truck conveniently located on the side street next to Costco Waipio's gas station. The line was about 5 deep when we arrived, but it was super fast! The workers were extremely friendly and efficient. It took about 8 minutes from the time we stood in line until our order was finished. We ordered "The Daily Dose" which has a strawberry puree, matcha, oat milk, and a strawberry foam. It is soooooooo delicious! Trust me. It's so worth it. This review is long overdue. I came here for the first time in March '26, and have since returned 3 different times, driving from Kapolei to Waipio just to get their matcha. How many places can you say, serve a 32oz sized drink for under $20? I mean, if you go to places like island vintage, you're looking at spending close to $12 for a 12oz sized drink. If I'm craving, it's worth the drive. They're easy to find being that they parallel park right outside Costco Waipio, you can parallel park near them, or drive around like I do, and park towards the backside of the Costco parking lot and walk through the hedges lol. Not to mention, there's a pretty good breakfast food truck neighboring them that serves fairly priced plates. Yummy. I'm not too sure if they move to other locations, or if they stay put in Waipio though. The girls are really pleasant. They were able to talk to me about the different drinks and milks they have available. I would say go early tho, as they usually have 2 people working at a time, and you could wait up to 15 minutes like I did to get your drink. But again, it's worth it. read more

Been wanting to try this place out for awhile now and finally got to try it this past Saturday morning. Before our Costco run, me and hubs decided to grab some caffeine before we went in. There was a bit of a line, maybe about 7 people in front of us. While we were waiting to order, hubs wanted rice so went to the food truck right next to grab some grinds. I got the Daily Dose half sweet and hubs got the hellomellow. The drinks came out pretty fast. Staff that was taking the orders was super friendly. On to the drink, loved the matcha flavor with the strawberry, berry berry good. Glad that I copied on of the ladies before me amd took half sweet because I had the normal it would've been overkill for me. Hubs enjoyed his hellomellow and I got to sip it a bit nice and smooth coffee and actually wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. Follow them on IG @dailydose.hi for their weekly schedule and weekend locations. Have visited a few times so far and the Daily Dose (matcha with strawberry cold foam and puree) is my go to. The staff are so friendly and the drinks are consistently well made. The menu is small but everything is made with quality ingredients and taste great. They also have different flavors they add weekly. This week is Oreo. I tried both the Matcha and coffee version. I liked the coffee better than the matcha but Daily Dose is still my fav! Came on a morning with not too much of a wait, but they did run out of matcha. So I'll definitely have to come back for that. I got the white chocolate macadamia espresso. I love me some white chocolate and they did it right, with fresh macadamia pieces on top, so delicious. Definitely changes the whole experience. They're located right by Costco, and thankfully enough parking in the morning at Costcos parking lot. Very expensive drink for something you could make at home. It was a one and done for me. The drinks were very sweet and the matcha wasn't even matcha. The color was very light and the cold foam on top was too much. You couldn't taste the matcha. As for the coffee you could barely taste the caffeine. I really wanted to like this place and support local. I went mid day - around noon. There was nobody there. I walked up to the truck and the girl standing at the register just stood there and looked at me. I had to say hi to get a greeting from her. I ordered the goddess glow - tipped and paid with card. Not a thank you or smile - the only thing she really said to me the entire interaction was my total. My coffee came out quickly, which was nice! It was just okayyy. Really sweet and not as strong as I'd like it to be. This was a $10 coffee and I can't justify going back as I'm sure an extra shot of espresso will be a few bucks more. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon (12:45pm) and they close at 1pm. Even though they were closing soon, they were really friendly and allowed me time to look at the menu and description of each drink. They didn't rush me to make a decision. I decided to get the WCM (white chocolate, Mac nut syrup, milk, double shot espresso, with Mac cold foam). The drink has the perfect amount of sweetness to it; I like that I can taste the coffee and not pure sugar. I also like the crunch of the Mac nuts on top of the cold foam. I've been here twice before, thought I wrote a review so I didn't take any pictures! I ordered a daily dose matcha (strawberry puree, matcha and strawberry cold foam) with oat milk and a WCM matcha (white chocolate Mac nut, matcha and Mac nut cold foam). So good, especially the WCM. The strawberry one was good but it was a little too sweet for me, my daughter loved it. The other one was more balanced to me. I love that they are right next to Lee's lunchwagon. Disappointed with my experience at Daily Dose Coffee Truck next to Costco Waipio. I came around lunchtime, and there were only three drinks available because most of the menu was already sold out. I understand popular items can sell out, but it was disappointing to have such limited options. I ended up paying $14.89 including tip for the HELLOMELLOW drink i ordered, but it tasted mostly like black coffee with a little creamer. It lacked flavor and didn't taste like the specialty drink I was expecting. For over $12 a drink, I expected much better quality and taste. Finally got a chance to try Daily Dose after passing by many times. They're located by Costco next to the breakfast food truck. Parking is easy since they're there when Costco isn't open. I ordered the Daily Dose (strawberry matcha). It was really good and the strawberry tasted fresh. While it was good, I'm not sure I'd order it again. It tasted like strawberry milk. I couldn't taste any matcha. I've also had WCM (coffee), smackerdoodle (coffee) and hellomellow (coffee). By far my favorite has been the WCM. WCM will make me a loyal customer. I did enjoy the other two--smackerdoodle had a nice cinnamon taste to it and hellomellow surprisingly not that sweet. As someone who is not a big coffee drinker, I loved all of their coffee drinks. You can tell they use good coffee here. I haven't been here over the weekend but there is usually a long line when I pass by. Weekday mornings have been a good time to go and short wait times.
