No outdoor seating available. We went in knowing we wanted açaí bowls. They offer signature bowls for those who don't like having to decide on bases, toppings, drizzles, etc. Signature bowls come in two sizes: regular (16oz.) $13.99 and large (24 oz.) $15.99. Whatever bowls give you the freedom to decide on base - bonus base - fresh fruit - super foods - drizzle. These are priced the same but you decide what you do and do not want, which is nice. Mind you, they also offer: toasts, smoothies and drinks such as lemonade, iced blended coffee, matcha, and cold brews. Açaí bowl was a generous portion of base / bonus base / fruit. I appreciate how they chop their fruit into bite size pieces. Idk what it is but I like my fruit in my bowl to be bite size like small easy to eat and chew. This was our first time trying Everbowl and it hit the spot! The overall store setup is very efficient and it took ~5 minutes to get our two bowls after ordering. Plenty of seating and didn't feel crowded despite the consistent line of people. I appreciate how there's a base price for all of the bowls and plenty of options. For the regular whatever bowl, you can get up to 4 different bases, one extra (granola or chia pudding), 3 fruits, 2 toppings, and a drizzle. Finally got to try Everbowl the other day, but I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. I ordered the Original -- açaí, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and granola. Having worked in customer service myself, I completely understand that everyone has off days. Still, we didn't feel very welcomed, or like the employee wanted to be there. Went here on a Saturday and the place was pumping. Every seat in the establishment was taken and many were standing around the front, waiting for their items to be made. If you take a seat towards the entrance of the shop, the sun gets pretty warm there. Make your way towards the back of the shop, which is where you order. The front is where you pick-up your orders once complete. My first time here, and I asked the gentleman taking my order if there were any bananas in the base of the acai and if there were any nuts in the granola. He didn't know those answers and had to ask a few of his co-workers. When he came back, he sounded very unsure, and yet I still proceeded at my own risk. Luckily, I had no allergic reactions, but it was very unsettling to know that he didn't know what was in the products that he was selling. When I got my bowl, there were bananas on top, to which I kindly had to ask them to remake (because I'm allergic to bananas). Thus, it took a little bit to get my order remade, as it looks like they put it to the back of the orders, to get the other orders out first, to then remake my order. When I got the correct order, the strawberries on top were overripe and mushy, to which I eventually scraped off and threw away. And the remaining contents of the bowl, just didn't live up to the hype. I came back for a second visit today. The customer service was excellent! The staff took their time helping me and made some suggestions on what she thinks I should try. I tried the mango frozen sips, and the strawberry frozen sips! I loved the mango it was very tasty and it wasn't overly sweet, the frozen sips are made with their vanilla base. Very refreshing and great to cool off on a hot day. I also didn't want an actual bowl but wanted to order their chia pudding. The staff recommended I try it first before ordering it. Everbowl is found in the shopping center but the outer area across from Foodland so there's lots of free parking just steps away which I do absolutely love and more so as I walked in to see nice and bright vibe and the staff is so friendly and welcoming on this early morning run so patient as well with this first timer glancing over their menu. You head to the back to order and you can certainly watch the whole build process right before you eyes and pick up your bowl at the end of the counter where there's all the needed utensils and napkins. Lots of usuals are found here and I do love that they list everything that goes into each item along with the calories and went with the "Berry Boost" in the regular size as it's slightly on the lighter side but really and seriously got me is that besides the usual açaí, bananas, strawberries and blueberries it has Chia Pudding and I've always been a chia pudding lover so you know that was gonna be my favorite child...shhh! We came here maybe 2-3 months after they opened and the service was so bad and didn't feel welcoming at all. And just recently I thought i would give it a second chance boy was i wrong.. the service is just as bad maybe even more now. I walked in and wanted to get a drink for my kids and I. Right when you walk in the workers just look at you not even saying hi or nothing! Mind you there was only one customer that was sitting down and 3 workers standing there doing nothing. It took like 5 minutes for one of them to actually look me in the eyes and walk over and see what we wanted to order. Behind us there was 3 people and the lady literally had to say " um hello?? Im ready to order". Obviously if someone is standing in line you should ask if they need help or if they're ready. This just shows you cant hire just anyone for the job. I decided to visit a month after opening to check consistency. When I went it, it was bumpin with people! It was busy, but at least were inside instead of the hot sun. There are only four tables tops and a counter so it can't accommodate huge parties. Service and wait time was much better this time around. Since it was busy, the owner was out trying to help run the register and make things. It's not often you see that so I appreciate it. I ordered the regular full moon and it was delicious! It took about 10 minutes to get it since it was so busy, but it's understandable. I really enjoyed their coco love, it's like crack and I'm not even a coconut person. There are things I like and don't like about this new food spot. Things I like so far, ample parking, good hours, clean inside, fresh fruit. Things I don't like, a little pricey, inconsistent product. I have visited Everbowl 3 days in a row. Yes, 3 days in a row. The first day I got the Bruschetta Toast ($6.99) and a large Berry Boost bowl ($15.49). I LOVED the bruschetta toast! Bruschetta was piled high on top of the avocado toast and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Delicious! Berry bowl, not so much. I think the chia pudding made the bowl have a "fake" taste. Day 2 I went back with my bf. We got smoothies and the 3 different toasts to try. The bruschetta was definitely not like the first day, sparse toppings. The PB Crunch toast was piled with bananas and it was delicious! The Avocado toast was okay, but not my favorite. As sparse as the topping was compared to day 1, the bruschetta was still the favorite. Our smoothies were nothing special, a little overly sweet. Day 3. After thinking about the Bruschetta Toast again, I decided to get another one. I did the combo and added a regular dragonfruit lemonade for a total of $9.99. I also ordered the PB Crunch toast again too. And here is where the inconsistencies were very apparent. This PB Crunch had 8 slices of bananas. Compared to the 2 rows of bananas the day before. And a lot more dark chocolate nibs. I mention this so that when you talk about this place to your friends, you can tell them what to expect. So.e days your toppings are loaded, and some days there is barely enough to cover the top of the toast. Still tastes good. Maybe not worth a fourth day in a row, though. read more

We came in on a busy Friday night. My teenager got a bowl for me and I was craving for more. Location: at Ka Makana Alii Mall (foodland side) Parking: lots of mall parking for free! Service: There was a line when we came, but we were ae to sample some of the bases. By the time we reached the cashier to order, we knew what we wanted. One of my bowls got lost, but the staff member remembered my order and made sure to get it right away. Even with the line, it wasn't too long. Food: ok those bases are fire. I LOVED the butterfly coconut base. It was delicious!! By far the best mix of fruit I've ever had. My daughter is hooked on thr regular acai bowl with goji berries. I am in love with the butterfly coconut base topped with strawberries, kiwi, pineapple and coconut. So delicious! The best thing is after you work out at OTF of 24hr fitness you can stop by here and get a smoothie or bowl! Such a perfect meal after working out. My mom and I popped by Everbowl for a snack while in kapolei last weekend. We're always on the hunt for a delicious açaí bowl, and they definitely did not disappoint. Not only do they make açaí, but a variety of other bases with options to order preset combinations or make your own. Like most eating establishments with fresh fruits, the bowls are quite spendy. But we thought the large serving size was a good amount (32 oz) for two to share, and they did not skimp on the toppings. I love a thicker, dense acai and that's exactly what I got in my bowl, added extra strawberry (my fav fruit) and honey cost only about $1 extra per, with the base bowl price $12 for the 16oz size. Niece got the Mango Majic bowl and the mango base tastes so fresh and refreshing! I'd love to get a bowl with both the acai and mango! Fiancé got the Full Moon. He wasn't so taken with the vanilla base stating it was just like a vanilla yogurt-ish flavor. But the Cocoa base was suuuuper good with the peanut butter sauce. I've never heard of Everbowl, as this is their first location in Hawaii! They just opened this month, and I went during the second week of opening. I came around 9:30, and the line was moving at a good pace. My family and I shared a large whatever's bowl, which allowed us to build our own bowl. For our bases (choose up to 5), we got the mango, acai, pitaya, coco love, and blue majic. I think they forgot to put the coco love base, but my favorite was definitely the mango. I love the texture of their bases, and I give props to the workers for making it look so pretty. For our bonus base, I got the chia pudding, which is the main reason I wanted to try everbowl. It definitely added a nice touch and was a good consistency. For our fresh fruit (choose up to 3), we got the strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple. The fruits were fresh and a generous portion was given. For our superfood (choose up to 2), we got dates and coconut, and added honey as our sweetener.
