We ordered the açaí bowl, (small $12.50 and large $14.50) and also ordered popsicles (10 for $15). Already the price of this was way cheaper than W&B. Liked it! I apologize for the lack of photos of our açaí bowls, but I have a bad habit of digging in right away then realizing that I forgot to take photos when it's half gone. I'll attach photos when I go back...because I most definitely will be back! I think I still prefer the taste W&B açaí, but the açaí here is really good and satisfies the craving! She was watching Tinker Bell on the TV and didn't greet us or even look up - no hello, no smile, just awkward silence. We were the only ones in the store and still had to awkwardly approach the counter just to get help. When we finally ordered, two items were made correctly, but one person in our group ordered dragonfruit gelato. The employee started scooping strawberry instead, and even after we politely pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment or apology--just silence. It made for a really uncomfortable interaction. While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. I would come back for sure, but I wouldn't return if that same employee was behind the counter.

I was curious about the mango sticky rice, bc it's blowing up all over the place here at various other places so I had to give it a try. I thought it was something new. Turns out it's just like mango sago that I get on the mainland. It was good though and very satisfying. Blended fresh mango, coconut milk, and mini sago pearls. D2 wasn't sure how she felt about her lava flow though. She asked what a lava flow is supposed to be and I told her coconut and strawberry. When I saw her drink it was more yellow and possibly pineapple?! She said it definitely tasted like pineapple more-so than coconut. Oh well maybe their interpretation is different. If you bring the jar back for refills it'll be $11. We went with the Pineapple & Strawberries in the 32oz. jar. When we got our drink it came in a plastic container instead of a glass jar. I was totally expecting a jar, because it was shown in the photos. It wasn't a big deal though as the drink was delicious. It was creamy and the sweetness was perfect. It tasted exactly like a virgin lava flow.

Serving up three sizes (20oz, 24oz & 32oz) I kept it small as I'm not much of a lemonade drinker and didn't want to add any flavor syrups to make it even sweeter thankfully as it was pretty sweet for my personal taste I could barely taste the lemons and was pretty disappointed but the staff was nice and my drink made fast with a smile it was nice convenient treat on this blazing hot day. I was overwhelmed with the menu and numerous flavors. I was leaning more towards trying their iced tea. So the woman at the window suggested lilikoi mango and I just had to try it. I am so glad I did I love lilikoi and mango but the two mixed is just wow *chefs kiss. I definitely want to come back and try one of their slushies and floats on a hot day. Today was windy and my office is cold so we'll save that for another day.
