While I picked up both I've only tried the spicy so far. The smoked meat comes in a vacuum sealed bag so I just put the regular one in the freezer. Their oka is pretty good too, so I now get the "Sole" plate because it includes all 3 in one plate, but I can always switch to just the Pisupo and turkey tail only, depending on my mood. Sole plate - 5 stars - for $20, the pisupo is a mix of laulau leaves, corned beef and coconut cream. Not too strong, and a good flavorful light coconut taste. The turkey tail is my favorite. Two large meaty turkey tails that are not too salty or dry like other places with a delightful shoyu taste. The Oka is fresh raw fish in a light sauce that I cannot describe. Unfortunately, the lechon was super salty this time. It was moist and the skin was veto crispy, but I could only eat a little at a time, due to the saltiness. I'm hoping this was a "one off", and they didn't change their preparation or recipe. I'll have to make sure by stopping by again to grab another order soon.
