It was a hot and humid day and we really wanted something to cool us down. I'm glad we stopped in to The Milktea Way! I wanted something refreshing to drink and made with fresh fruit. I asked and the employee, she gave me a list of drinks that were made out of fresh fruit. The fresh watermelon smoothie sounded delicious and refreshing. Let me say and it was the perfect choice! There's ample tables and seats to enjoy your purchase and while you're there check out their cute merchandise too. I would definitely go back and try other item on their menu. Thank you, The Milktea Way for being in our way as my friends and I looked for something to cool us down!

I believe with tax it came to $8.32 but the hard plastic cup probably is partly the reason. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and plenty of tables to sit and eat at. They had great music playing which gave it a nice vibe. I would give it another try with a different choice as they have so many. They also sell various kinds of seeds and cool gadgets too. It's in the video I provided below.

What an amazing restaurant featuring comfort food roots with a modern twist. Ordered the Grandpa…read moreRolling Beef, boom boom chicken and Zong Zhi rice. Reasonably priced and extremely popular. The chicken was fried in bite sizes with a crispy coating and hints of Chinese 5 spice. It was served on a bit of cabbage with fried basil. If you order the sauce that goes with it, you'll get a slightly sweet accent to the chicken. Grandpa Rolling Beef is a creative braised beef rolled in a scallion pancake with extra veggies. Great flavors with a crunchy texture. The joong or zong zhi was mochi rice with pork and preserved egg. If you were looking for home style sticky rice, you got it here with a bit of a light sauce. The preserved egg brings back memories of Popo's kitchen/ your childhood. We tried Taiwan tofu pudding for dessert. You should order it even if you order nothing else. Perfect for two. Silky tofu in a slightly sweet sauce with shaved ice, boba and peanuts combine for a perfect dessert. Not heavy and just sweet enough to tempt a non-dessert person. A return to this restaurant is always warranted! Give it a try!

We come here just for it sometimes. We love the Grandpa roll! The scallion beef and noodles (could of used more flavor this time) The monster pork chop! Holy moly! We love the spicy wontons and noodles! The scallion pancake! For a family of 5 it was right over $100. Not too terribly expensive.

Second pic is the mango crepe cake (it was good) and in the background the block of unflavored cheesecake was the brulee earl grey cheesecake. Super disappointing. It was so different from the photo that I thought they mixed up our order or forgot to torch the top but the employee assured us that that was it and they "changed the recipe" or something. It had a super, SUPER mild hint of a flavor that could have been tea or bergamot but also could have been freezer burn. If the product has nothing it was advertised to have, please warn customers. Hot tea was also very sweet by default. My bad, forgot to request no sugar. Just a heads up for those wanting a tea and cake combo, sugary drink totally ruined the dessert. Mango crepe cake was good though. Shop was cute, neat and clean. Still so disappointed in that cake though :/
