I usually don't review, i just use this app to check other reviews but anyways its 4 pm and i order my drink through the drive through, i ordered 1 small peanut butter moo'd and a banana bread mocha (special drink). I pull forward to pay and the server reviews what we ordered "1 small peanut butter moo'd and 1 banana cream-pie." I immediately corrected her saying banana bread mocha. Then i paid and asked for the receipt. While waiting for the receipt i tasted the drink, it didn't taste like the order i wanted. I looked at the receipt and it was banana cream-pie. I then asked her if its the same thing. And she said yea. Not only did she ring up my order wrong, she lied to my face while smiling. Also if you look closely in the picture of the peanut butter moo'd, those are little chunks of ice. Im not sure how long you blend the drink, but i definitely didn't get this issue before in this location and other location read more

Same great taste I just finished shopping at Don Don and decided to walk over here for a quick drink. It's been awhile since I've seen a Jamba Juice outside a mall. This particular one doesn't offer indoor seating. In fact you can't order from a counter, you order from a window if not using the drive thru. Service was a little slow. It took awhile to get my order in. Priority seems to be the drive thru window. And then you wait, outside, in the sun for your drink. Lesson learned.......use the drive thru. Overall three stars. The menu is the same as everywhere else. And the people were nice. The issue I have was there were tables and seats but they needed to be wiped down. read more

Customer service was great here however, the bowl we got was a let down. We ordered a chunky monkey but exchanged the strawberry base to chocolate. I don't know if it was because we requested the base to be changed but the consistency of the base was very watery, as if they over blended it!! We parked right outside the establishment so there is no way it melted that fast. So disappointed. read more

This location's night shift is terrible. It use to only be the white gummy that tasted like feet, but now it's a bunch of them. It's only the night staff so far, like from 4pm- closing. All the drinks taste terrible. So you would think it's the water or location, right? Nope, We have returned them for remakes so many times and they taste fine afterwards. The morning crew doesn't have this problem. The drinks taste like how they are suppose to when morning crew makes it. Who ever trained the night shift guys needs to be retrained themselves. I always order the pineapple drink and I pay $11.30 every single time this time the girl tells me what's your phone number I give it to her she says would you like to redeem 100 points? This Jamba Juice location has a drive thru! Every time I feel lazy to get out of the car for my smoothie I come here since it is not a far drive. I've been here a few times and all the times have been mediocre to disappointing. In one scenario, there were about 5 cars ahead of us and it took a total of 30 minutes to get our drinks. When the worker took our order, she was apologetic for the wait, but at the same time, there were 5 workers. I would probably avoid coming during pean hours. read more

Slowest jamba I've ever been to on the island -- walk in and drive thru took over 15 minutes.

To start off, I was so happy that the new location opened up and it has a drive thru. I love Jamba Juice but never have I everrrrr paid so much for 2 small drinks and one kids drink. $25... for a small! I ALWAYS order a red gummi from every location I have been to, it's my favorite. Boy did this taste horrible and the fact that all of the drinks were thick and icy, not the normal consistency. I was just disappointed from the price to the taste. Seeing that they are newly opened, I am sure there's new workers, I hope that the training continues and they learn the correct way on how to make these drinks. read more

The sizes are waaaaaay smaller than I remember and the prices are also way higher. We bought TWO things, one small and one large and it was $18. I can't hear you because of the wind" yet, when we pulled up she was standing in front of the fan. Hmmm, the wind from her fan makes it hard for her to hear customers ? Been to this location twice and both times were pretty rough. First time I opted to park and walk up to the window. Wasn't sure if this was even a thing but noticed the menu so I walked up and was basically ignored at the window. I went to walk away and another customer walked up. They opened the window for him. 6/14/24 I wanted to check out the new drive thru for Jamba, but I was a little hesitant to come to this location because of the reviews that it was mostly new hires working. To be honest I have a complicated drink that rarely any location gets right the first time. A female employee took my order outside of the drive thru and she seemed like she knew what I was saying. But a few minutes after she walked away, another female employee, Mar, came outside and kindly asked me to repeat my order so she can "make sure". I love the attention to accuracy even though there was a long line! They took the time to make sure my drink was right!
