There should be a "ZERO" star option. We will definitely not be visiting this location ever again and contacting their corporate office. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. We arrived within a few minutes from placing our order online and waited at the walk up window which was closed. As I'm standing there I observe a female worker stick her face/nose into a blender container, I'm guessing to smell the contents. Why? If you don't know what's in the blender why stick your face/nose in it? And to boot where the people outside can see you. REALLY! Instead you proceed to place the contents in a cup. We pay good $$$ for these drinks. In closing, whomever is the manager of this location @ 500 Kamokila Boulevard make sure your staff knows your name. And train your staff to be better and do better because their customer service skills are HORRIBLE! read more

Service: It's frustrating that after waiting in line to place an order, we were told that they were only taking mobile orders. There were no signs indicating that Jamba Juice is only taking mobile orders. As the cashier was somewhat trying to calm the customer, the young lady cutting the bananas started arguing with the customer. This customer is a mom asking why her children has been waiting for more than 20minutes after their mobile pick up time. As she's asking, the cashier pulled her drinks out of the freezer which tells me that they weren't paying attention. They had been waiting for over 20minutes for a mobile order that was ready and sitting in the freezer then the cashier tell us they are only taking mobile orders with no signage to help customers be aware of that. I worked at Jamba Juice and know that drinks don't take that long to make especially with measurements posted. In addition, never tell a customer you understand their frustration especially when you are constantly cutting them off while speaking and blame the situation on shift changes. And since this location is fairly new and it's always short staffed (this isn't my first visit to this location), perhaps training for professionalism and customer service should be reviewed because every time I come to this location there's always an issue. placed a mobile order for 2 smoothies & 2 oatmeals. got to the location and stood outside of the window for a few minutes waiting for an employee to come to the window, but both were in the back glued to their phones while music was blasting in the store. ended up going the the drive thru to pick up my order since they did not get up. got to the drive thru window and they only handed over 2 smoothies then proceeded to close their window without even checking if we got everything in our order. told them we were missing 2 oatmeals and they told us they didn't have any. they offered to give us something on the house but i requested a refund instead. woman at the drive thru window said it would take up to 3 business to get my money back. no good customer service at all. not a single smile, just seemed annoyed like i was interrupting them. read more

They were so slow. I didn't want to believe the reviews at first. They had a good bit of people in the store but there was a lot of standing around. The smoothie I had was ok but not worth waiting 15mins. Overall it was ok. But it will probably be awhile before I go back. Maybe they need new management to run things. read more

Spent $47 on two drinks, two acai bowls, and one pretzel seems alittle much but it's Jamba. First problem we waited 30 mins in the drive thru with three cars being in front us. Second problem drinks came out watery, tastes like water and not what we ordered. Third problem is acai bowls were melted like soup. Like they had just been sitting the whole 30 mins from us ordering to getting to the window. Good to know they improved customer service from past reviews. Too bad they couldn't improve quality of food and drinks. Final problem is the drive thru is way too narrow. I could barely drive in with my stock dodge truck no lift or rims. read more

I've been to this Jamba a few times. The first time was when they first opened and it took like 15 minutes for me to just get a pretzel. However, I understood they were new and learning how to run a drive thru. I knew they needed time to get into the groove so it's OK. After I've been here almost every morning. I wish there was a ZERO star button!! I really do!! We were pretty excited about this location because it's really close to our house. The line for the drive thru was super long and barely moved. So we decided to order at the window. A couple before us just placed their order. We were next in line. I kid you not. We were standing there at the take out window for about 15 mins!!! And yet no one even acknowledged us!!! And during that 15 mins window time, I only saw 1 car passed by on the drive thru line.....Wow...so sad...I even peeked through the window and I saw 0 sense of urgency there. This spot has a lot of potential. Seems like they hired the wrong people to work here. Whoever is managing this place should be ashamed of themselves. If you're going to run a business with this slug/snail speed of service, you won't be around for too long. Ain't nobody got all day for this. I hope the management sees this and fixes this mess asap. I usually don't write reviews, but today I felt the need to absolutely do so. To start off, my Watermelon Breeze was too watery and was almost like drinking juice rather than a smoothie. On top of that, A tall man with a bun was slamming things while making drinks. Other than that, service was amazing. The female that took my order was very kind and sweet, and that's one the only reasons as to why I won't be giving 1 star. The people there are obviously very new and all trainees. It makes no sense why they wouldn't transfer over more senior members of Jamba over to the location. I talked to one of the workers and he said that they gave no incentive to old workers to transfer so they brought over untrained brainwashed trainees. I have gone multiple times including their grand opening and the only time I got my drink fast was when there was this taller bigger Asian guy that was whipping it up. I have yet to see him again and because of that, speed of service is much slower. This most recent visit, there was this local guy Jonah who was much more kind than their blue-shirt girl Cassie who gave me dirty looks. As well as this other younger Caucasian worker who asked me to repeat myself three times and still got my order wrong and gave me attitude. Overall they're not a bad store, they just need better workers. Every time I go to Ewa Beach they are speedy and kind. If Ewa workers were in Kapolei the store would be much better. read more
