We came around 11am for some breakfast and it wasn't crowded. Service was pretty quick and seating was comfortable. The food was okay. We ordered the loco moco, kama'aina fried rice, Portuguese sausage breakfast platter and the pancake flight. The fried rice was great with some ketchup and siracha. The pancake flight pictures looked amazing, however there wasn't a lot of taste in the pancakes themselves. They were a bit dry and the sauce did not carry throughout the rest of the pancakes.

First time here at My Cafe. The service is good and prompt. We noticed the menu is different from other breakfast places with a wide variety of local flavors. I ordered the Kama'aina fried rice which was good but I thought the rice was a little on the wet side. My bf ordered the Pastele Sausage plate with potatoes. He loved the potatoes and said the sausage was good but tasted more like chorizo.. I agreed. We will return to try their lunch or dinner menu.

My Café is a small, hole-in-the-wall spot for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, located just outside the main resort and tourist areas. While it definitely has a local vibe, you'll see a mix of locals and tourists. The restaurant makes excellent use of its space, with plenty of tables inside. Even during busy times, the staff keep things moving efficiently -- we only waited about 5-10 minutes for a table as they were constantly busing and seating new parties. The menu is huge, the service is quick, and the food was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned for the price. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a casual breakfast or lunch spot while in the area. That said, we probably wouldn't make a return trip if we were back in the neighborhood.

I've always passed by this establishment but never been there until today! Such a cute place! We got there and there's a sign right outside the door that says to wait to be seated. Not even a minute wait and my daughter and I were greeted and seated at Booth #1. We were brought cold water in a carafe and two glasses and offered coffee. Regular or Vanilla Mac Nut. We both got the VMN and it smelled and tasted great! I drink my coffee black . My daughter has been here with her boyfriend, so she ordered her regular: everything breakfast bagel sammich and add bacon. It looked so delicious! We ordered the mini flight of pancakes (butta luva, choco-taro haupia, and lilikoi) SO GOOD! I ordered the Portuguese sausage breakfast platter: scrambled eggs with toast. I will definitely be back!

There's a small parking lot in the front but we always manage to find a spot with good luck and timing. You get there and wait outside until the hostess comes out to put you on the waitlist. Our wait was about 40 minutes when we got there at 10:30 am. We ran some errands across the street and when the table was ready a text was sent to my phone. My son ordered and loved the banana pancakes that came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. My husband ordered the Kamaaina scramble that has all the local meat favorites, garlic and cheese in it. It's a massive 4-egg omelette! He ordered his potatoes well done so they were nice and crispy. I ordered the country fried steak with the chorizo gravy and always love love love this dish! My daughter got her loco moco and the brown gravy is just to die for! The seating is organized inside and has plastic partitions between the tables so you get some kind of privacy and quiet at your own table. The food came out fast, hot, and tasty! A definite must go in Kapolei!!!

Continued our hunt for local breakfast eateries at My Cafe. They had just seated a large party, so it took us awhile to get our food. We got: - Pancake flight -- good flavors but a little tough. I thought the lilikoi would be my favorite, but I actually really enjoyed the chocolate haupia - Chilaquiles -- good option, especially during lent - Veggies scramble -- stuffed with veggies and served with half a plate of potatoes (or rice); another good option during lent They had a lot of different options, including açaí bowls, bagels, eggs, etc. Portions were good and they provided water carafes at each table. It was a little cold in the restaurant, so bring a jacket.

Came to MyCafe for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We got there before 9, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up. There's lots of parking in the lot, but the signage about where not to park is a little confusing. I got the flight of pancakes, loco moco, and lox bagel. The flight of pancakes is always a must. It has a biscoff, ube, and lilikoi flavor and is the perfect shareable dish. It is definitely on the sweeter side, so the loco moco was the perfect salty combo. The burger patty was juicy and the gravy was flavorful. I'm not the biggest fan of lox, but this one was pretty good. There was a good amount of cream cheese, and the ratio of the bagel was good. Overall great spot for a local breakfast!

My Cafe restaurant in Kapolei is a true standout! Located in a convenient strip mall with plenty of parking, it's easy to get in and out. We arrived around 9:30 AM and even though there were about four groups ahead of us, the wait wasn't long at all. There's no sign-in list, so just be mindful of your spot in line-the staff periodically comes out to seat guests and check who's next, which keeps things moving smoothly. Once inside, we ordered the chicken fried steak and the pancake trio, opting to swap the cookie butta mini pancake for the malasada. Everything was delicious! The chicken fried steak was perfectly crispy, topped with flavorful gravy, and the pancakes were a delight. The food came out hot and quickly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. While they only serve black coffee, you can easily customize it with creamer and sugar at your table. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. Bathrooms are upstairs and require a code. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go again!

I had read some great reviews so I had to try it. I also read that there's always a long wait so I was happy to get in under 10 minutes. It's a small place in a strip center so parking can be tight. One thing that caught me by surprise was that they still have Covid barriers between tables. It takes the charm out of the place. The menu is extensive and has lots of options. The food came quickly and it was all very tasty.

Located in a small strip mall across the street from Safeway Kapolei. I like that they have a digital waitlist to give you an estimated wait time. They've really made the most of their space, roughly 8-9 tables from what I seen. Some set up as 2 seaters, some as 4 seaters. The chalkboard on the wall shows the extensive breakfast & lunch menu. I love that the coffee mugs are MUGS not tiny little cups that constantly need refilling. We had a good assortment of dishes - flight of pancakes, The BEAST, corned beef brisket hash & chilaquiles. Everything was plated beautifully, excellent portion sizes & super tasty. Service was friendly & quick. Plenty of parking.

More of the chalk wall vibe.

We stopped into this small café in Kapolei with high hopes, looking for a good local spot for lunch. It's tucked into a strip mall and has that classic neighborhood "quick breakfast/quick lunch" vibe. When we arrived around 12:30 PM (they close at 2 PM), the initial welcome felt a bit lukewarm--almost like they were winding down for the day. That said, once we were seated, the service improved noticeably. Our server was friendly, attentive, and engaged with us throughout the rest of our meal, which really turned the experience around. The menu is exactly what you'd expect from a local café--simple, familiar options--but the food was the standout. My turkey burger was surprisingly large, flavorful, and came with a generous portion of fries. My wife ordered the turkey BLT, which she loved, especially the fresh side salad and the great selection of dressings. All in all, this café has a lot going for it: solid food, quick-service atmosphere, and warm service once things get going. With a slightly more welcoming start, it could easily become a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike.

We are from out of state and are staying in the Ko Olina area. We wanted to get out of the resort area to try and better support the locals and their businesses and decided to ask ChatGPT for some recommendations. ChatGPT said this was the best overall breakfast restaurant recommendation in the area. We must say, we agree entirely! The customer service was good and the food was amazing! You really can't go wrong with any option on the menu. We got the pancake flight, loaded French toast, and kids breakfast. This place is a definite must when in the area

What a great breakfast place! Friends discovered this place and clued us in. Went twice during our vacation. Malasada pancakes. That's what you want to order. You'll thank me
