Menu they offer is pretty huge and selections look amazing!! There was a delay to order due to a system malfunction but wait wasn't too bad. The seating area was closed off so it was a grab and go type of spot. Decided to go with what I ordered before which was the matcha crumble. To my disappointment the drink this time around was TOO SWEET, like over the top straight up sugar over load!!! It did not cross my mind to request less sugar upon ordering because before I used to just order it as is and it was perfect. It was so sweet I could not even finish it. I drank a quarter of the smoothie and threw the rest away.
I usually get boba somewhere else but wanted to try here. So we ordered our drinks and there was a bit of a wait but that's okay, it was understandable because it was the weekend. Once we got our drinks we noticed the lid wasn't sealed on one of them so we checked the other and the lid wasn't sealed well on the other, too. We opted to stick our straws where the lids were open. The drinks were good but I minused a star because the lid wasn't sealed properly. Hopefully, next time, it will be a better experience because the drinks were quite good.

Despite the fact that it seems like management is terrible here, having a broken ac for months (I come here often and it seems to never get fixed) and forcing your employees to work in the heat! The workers still keep a great positive attitude. Super helpful and explain everything. Although they are out of pretty much everything which at this point, shut down until you can get every ingredient you need!! the workers are still nice. It's not these teenagers fault that management sucks!! I'm not upset with the kids here, I'm upset with whoever runs this place because they obviously don't care and I hope these teenagers are getting paid extra for dealing with everything going on.
The menu is deceiving, the wait for a sub par drink is ridiculous and set up is not conducive for people to wait over 15 minutes for one fruit tea. We ordered the Lil' Lychee and per the menu, it says it comes with fruit chunks. NO fruit chunks and when we asked the female staff who took our order, she explains that because it was a passionfruit and lychee drink, there would be no fruits because they didn't have any but if we had ordered strawberry, we would've seen some fruit. WTH? Y'alls discriminating on fruits now? The prices for the drinks are outrageous. I'm glad it's a one and done. Very disappointing experience over all.

The drinks here are pretty good but way overpriced! Each topping cost 50 cents but the smallest drink you can get coat 8$! The service is fast but the place is very busy! There is indoor seating but you can't even sit there. You can sit outside though. The place in total is small and the menus are all over the walls. Lots of drinks to order from. Overall the drinks are pretty good but too expensive!
Lowered rating for a few things. 1. Drink was taken 2. Customer service terrible 3. Custard not good. 1. My drink was taken by a large group that picked up their order crowding the pick up table. My friend and I ordered the same time and our order was put on the pick up table simultaneously as the large group order. Needless to say when the crowd was clear, we expected both our drinks there. Nope, mine was taken. It was the Ube Oreo with custard and Ube ice cream for extras, so I guess it was a great combo... expensive. 2. Notified the employee about this and they were giving the impression that we stole it. We didn't leave the location after we ordered. They were arguing amongst themselves. They ended up making my order right there. Honestly, to prevent all this... they should've have a system in place to wait until the 1st order has been picked up and cleared, then put the next order. The employees should be more aware that if there's a big crowd at the pick up table, the next order customer can't access it, until the crowd leaves. 3. Custard was super bland and the consistency was a hard jello. There were no richness or taste. I would not recommend paying for the custard. Overall... it was ok. I would've rated it much higher, but was unfortunate to experience what happened and how it was handled. Would I come again... idk. Still contemplating.

Infinitea always comes thru clutch with refreshing drinks! I could have sworn that their prices were much higher before or other businesses have increased their prices around Infinitea. We always experience friendly and excellent customer service. I normally order my drinks from their website for faster service and they are always ready by the time I arrive. My family loves coming here because they offer other drink options without caffeine such as their milk options and matcha/ube options. We love coming here because we can cruise around Kamakana Ali'i while we enjoy our drinks. Their store is small and doesn't offer a place to sit, but they are right across or in the eating area.
Friendly service and great refreshing drinks. The price is on the higher side of the spectrum for boba teas and smoothies (the largest size is just under $17!), but the fruit flavors are spot on and the server said they use "fresh fruit ". Our drinks were great! If you don't mind paying a little more for quality drinks, then give Infini Tea a try.
Refreshing beverage at Ka Makana Ali'i in Kapolei, O'ahu, Hawai'i... Located in the open-air food court, almost across from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was another location of Infinitea. I've been to the one at The Kamehameha Shopping Center in Kalihi, Honolulu... so I was familiar with the name of the business. I liked the air-conditioning most of all! Outside, it felt like the desert... LOL! Inside, I could hear voices of the workers in the back while the lone gal took care of all of the customers in the front. She was efficient and calm. I got the 5th most popular drink on the menu: Lil'lychee... a blend of lilikoi and lychee flavors. It wasn't too tart nor too sweet, but just right! It cooled me down for the drive home... Note: there's a Loyalty Program! Just enter your phone number into the system! read more

Do not bother with place. #1- No friendly greeting #2-Ladies have an "do not bother me attitude" #3- What you order will not be what you get #4-No one wants to explain why the drinks do not look like pic .... refuse to explain WORST SERVICE.... BE AWARE! CHECK YOUR DRINKS! Found metal piece in the bottom of my child's smoothie. The metal looks like it broke off from something. Reached out and called the manager. I left a message because I was concerned for others and smoothie equipment used and got no response. read more

Service is great. Drinks are always good. They have a loyalty program and I come here so often I always get $$ off of my purchase. Air conditioning is nice and cold inside the store. read more
I checked out Infinitea after hearing an acquantance rave about their ambiance and drinks. I cannot review very well for ambiance, since they are still serving takeout only, but the store seemed clean and the counter person was nice. When I walked in the shop, I was so overwhelmed by the menu wall, that I completely failed to notice the easier picture menu wall that was behind me. Ah ha! that would have made things easier. They have a LOT of drink choices, with and without boba. A plus for me is that the allow me to choose the sweetness level in my drink. I find many drinks way too sweet, so the option to have less or no added sweeteners works for me. For the record, I got a green/pineapple smoothie with no added sugar, and it was perfect. I'm not much of a "mall" (ok technically since it's outdoors, I suppose Ka Makana Ali`i is a shopping center) person, but if I'm craving a boba drink or smoothie, I would return to Infinitea. It's pretty close to easy parking, and worth repeating to try some other menu items. read more

Atrocious service, the drinks are disgusting, and they are out of most of their menu including Boba. 3/3 drinks were thrown in the trash. Should have known walking in when there's random papers tapped over the menu and on the entrance door. Very cheap and should have cued us in that this plush was garbage. Not sure if it's just workers that don't know how to follow directions or if it's genuinely terrible recipes. Seems like they are ripping off customers and using cheap fillers like milk or cheaper fruits like bananas while maintaining a premium price. Anyone buying a mango madness smoothie should be able to taste mango. It tasted only of banana. The green machine tastes like pepto and overly like soy. The coffee crunch was watery coffee. I come here every time I'm on Oahu because I'm still obsessed with the "U-be In Love" drink. It's so delicious and now my sisters love it too. They still charge extra for boba. I really don't like Boba places that charge extra for boba. I feel like it should be included in the price but optional. Anyway, they usually have teens/young adults working who aren't super friendly, but they are efficient at pumping drinks out quickly. I've tried some of their other drinks, but the Ube is a standout. So if you're an Ube lover, go! read more

This place is overpriced for what it's worth but understandable as it's in an outlet. My kids loved the Oreo drink so that's goood. I got the li hing fruit tea and it was pretty good. The service is decently fast but the time i went, it was like two people working. Overall this is a good place to come to during a hot day read more
As we passed by InfiniTea on our way to eat, there were a bunch of people waiting for their order. After we ate, there was no one waiting. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Cookie Monster Crumble Smoothie was ready in 3 minutes. The Hawaiian Delight Smoothie took 2 minutes longer. Not very long at all. All 3 drinks were very tasty. The drinks don't come as pictured on the menu. For example: the Hawaiian Delight Smoothie didn't come with any fruit that's pictured in the menu and the Cookie Monster Crumble Smoothie didn't come with an Oreo or whipped cream. The seating is still closed so it would be impossible to put an Oreo in a sealed to-go cup. Hopefully, after covid is better controlled, they'll return to dine-in options and the drinks will look like the menu photos. A great place to stop in Kapolei for boba. read more

My cousins and I needed to satisfy our sweet tooth after dinner, so we stopped by Infinitea. It was Christmas Eve, and by the time we went in, it looked like they were about to close up, but they were nice enough to take our orders. They have a variety of boba drinks to choose from. Too bad they ran out of the regular and mini boba that night, but at least there were other options. I tried the Cookie Monster smoothie with Brown Sugar jelly, and it hit the spot! The cookie bits made the texture a bit crunchy and overall the drink was smooth, creamy, and sweet. My first time trying the Brown Sugar Jelly and it was good and not overly sweet. The staff were nice and they made our drinks fairly fast! If you're near Kamakana Ali'i and need a quick boba fix, this place is a good one! read more
When you're in Kapolei and it's a hot day, here is a boba place to go to! It's located in Kamakana Ali'I Shopping Center. It's in a mini food court walk way. I totally love this place. I love how there is so many choices of drinks to choose from. It ranges from milk teas to smoothies to fruit teas. Honestly, when I visit this place I try a different drink each time. Usually my go to's are: honeydew milk tea or smoothie, taro milk tea or smoothie, and the ube love drink (specialty). For this visit I decided to get something simple a taro milk tea. Honestly, it's super good. If you're a taro lover get it It's definitely a must try if you're near it read more

Lucky thing my husband and I decided to share a drink. What a disappointment. Service was okay. No place to sit. Order and leave. It's a pass for me. Happy drinking!! read more

I love me some bubble tea! And what is better for your shopping experience than boba tea while you shop?! I normally stick to classic milk tea, with 50% sugar...but today I broke down and tried something new. I had the coffee crunch smoothie. Bc I can't have dairy, they left out the vanilla ice cream, and substituted soy milk. It was soooo delicious. Chunks of chocolate chips and coffee blended together. Plus boba. I love that they offer non dairy alternatives - soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. They also offer all kinds of smoothies and drinks, as well as different tapioca options. They also have EIGHT flavors of lemonade. Next visit I'm trying the watermelon lemonade . (Also, the staff were really friendly) read more
