Menu they offer is pretty huge and selections look amazing!! There was a delay to order due to a system malfunction but wait wasn't too bad. The seating area was closed off so it was a grab and go type of spot. Decided to go with what I ordered before which was the matcha crumble. To my disappointment the drink this time around was TOO SWEET, like over the top straight up sugar over load!!! It did not cross my mind to request less sugar upon ordering because before I used to just order it as is and it was perfect. It was so sweet I could not even finish it. I drank a quarter of the smoothie and threw the rest away.
I usually get boba somewhere else but wanted to try here. So we ordered our drinks and there was a bit of a wait but that's okay, it was understandable because it was the weekend. Once we got our drinks we noticed the lid wasn't sealed on one of them so we checked the other and the lid wasn't sealed well on the other, too. We opted to stick our straws where the lids were open. The drinks were good but I minused a star because the lid wasn't sealed properly. Hopefully, next time, it will be a better experience because the drinks were quite good.
was mine and my niece first time here, She wanted to try. Gosh so much to choose from! It was hard. Da customer service needs some work though not gonna lie about dat anyways I got da lava flow and niece got the passion fruit did not disappoint will def be back hea again
Despite the fact that it seems like management is terrible here, having a broken ac for months (I come here often and it seems to never get fixed) and forcing your employees to work in the heat! The workers still keep a great positive attitude. Super helpful and explain everything. Although they are out of pretty much everything which at this point, shut down until you can get every ingredient you need!! the workers are still nice. It's not these teenagers fault that management sucks!! I'm not upset with the kids here, I'm upset with whoever runs this place because they obviously don't care and I hope these teenagers are getting paid extra for dealing with everything going on.
Service- fast and friendly Drinks- delicious and refreshing Price- average Smiles from my granddaughters - PRICELESS :)
The menu is deceiving, the wait for a sub par drink is ridiculous and set up is not conducive for people to wait over 15 minutes for one fruit tea. We ordered the Lil' Lychee and per the menu, it says it comes with fruit chunks. NO fruit chunks and when we asked the female staff who took our order, she explains that because it was a passionfruit and lychee drink, there would be no fruits because they didn't have any but if we had ordered strawberry, we would've seen some fruit. WTH? Y'alls discriminating on fruits now? The prices for the drinks are outrageous. I'm glad it's a one and done. Very disappointing experience over all.
The drinks here are pretty good but way overpriced! Each topping cost 50 cents but the smallest drink you can get coat 8$! The service is fast but the place is very busy! There is indoor seating but you can't even sit there. You can sit outside though. The place in total is small and the menus are all over the walls. Lots of drinks to order from. Overall the drinks are pretty good but too expensive!
Lowered rating for a few things. 1. Drink was taken 2. Customer service terrible 3. Custard not good. 1. My drink was taken by a large group that picked up their order crowding the pick up table. My friend and I ordered the same time and our order was put on the pick up table simultaneously as the large group order. Needless to say when the crowd was clear, we expected both our drinks there. Nope, mine was taken. It was the Ube Oreo with custard and Ube ice cream for extras, so I guess it was a great combo... expensive. 2. Notified the employee about this and they were giving the impression that we stole it. We didn't leave the location after we ordered. They were arguing amongst themselves. They ended up making my order right there. Honestly, to prevent all this... they should've have a system in place to wait until the 1st order has been picked up and cleared, then put the next order. The employees should be more aware that if there's a big crowd at the pick up table, the next order customer can't access it, until the crowd leaves. 3. Custard was super bland and the consistency was a hard jello. There were no richness or taste. I would not recommend paying for the custard. Overall... it was ok. I would've rated it much higher, but was unfortunate to experience what happened and how it was handled. Would I come again... idk. Still contemplating.
Infinitea always comes thru clutch with refreshing drinks! I could have sworn that their prices were much higher before or other businesses have increased their prices around Infinitea. We always experience friendly and excellent customer service. I normally order my drinks from their website for faster service and they are always ready by the time I arrive. My family loves coming here because they offer other drink options without caffeine such as their milk options and matcha/ube options. We love coming here because we can cruise around Kamakana Ali'i while we enjoy our drinks. Their store is small and doesn't offer a place to sit, but they are right across or in the eating area.
Ordered a Hawaiian delight with coconut jelly. Tasted like strawberries and milk. Where's the mango ? Unprofessional.
Friendly service and great refreshing drinks. The price is on the higher side of the spectrum for boba teas and smoothies (the largest size is just under $17!), but the fruit flavors are spot on and the server said they use "fresh fruit ". Our drinks were great! If you don't mind paying a little more for quality drinks, then give Infini Tea a try.
After taking the kids to let out some energy at the Razor game room, needed something to quench my thirst. There was a long line and the place looked a bit crowded, so waited until the crowd went down. Got in and there was still a little crowd, but they were pretty fast. I ordered a large Plantation Fruit Tea and Monster Pink Fusion. Both drinks hit the spot and was refreshing. We usually order the Brown Sugar Boba drink which is always a hit with us. read more

Omg this is one of my favorite boba spots! I'm definitely in love with the "Ube U-Be In Love" drink! Seriously Obsessed. Anytime I'm in the area I make sure to stop and get one! Don't like ube? They have so many options, there's something for everyone for sure! We always leave double fisted to share the love! Definitely have to stop by and get yourself one! read more

I would give them 5 stars if the prices were a little cheaper. But on the west side of the island you're not going to find better boba or tea better than theirs. I prefer the coffee crunch or the orange dream. Awesome choices you can't go wrong with. read more

Boba was delicious, not as big as the normal sized ones but texture was firm but not too firm. I ordered a regular sized Hawaiian (something) on the real fruit menu. It had banana, strawberry, yogurt, papaya with 25% sugar. It tasted great! Wait time was decent, cashier was helpful and patient as I tried to decide what to order and was the one that let me know I could get a drink with less sugar. You can also ask for two scoops of boba at no extra cost. Total was over $7, kinda pricey for a regular sized bubble tea drink but we are in Hawaii so go figure. Located in the mall food court. Convenient location. read more

We came here to get drinks. I got a large lychee green iced tea with boba, 25% sweetness. It was perfect. The boba was soft and there were lychee pieces inside the bottom as well. However they messed up on hubby's drink. He was supposed to get a passion fruit slush rather than a tea. My daughter got the taro crumble with boba. She enjoyed her drink. I knocked off a star because of the mess up in hubby's order. Lines went quickly. I would definitely come back here for my boba fix. Located inside the mall at the food court. read more
Infinitea makes the best Ube drink on the island hands down! We love the Ube in Love! The Honeydew smoothie is great too. Located in the food court at Kamakana Alii, Infinitea is the icing on the cake after surfing and getting some quick grinds. It's a small but highly functional store with friendly workers. If you're an Ube junkie like me, check this place out! read more
You want everything, but you HAVE to make a decision. The long line is not a bad idea when you're indecisive. So you get to the front of the line, do you pick your comfortable favorite OR get adventurous? My eyes catch the Black Sesame Tea. I'm all in...or so I thought. Then my friend orders a refreshing Watermelon Tea. My 7 year old granddaughter gets a "strawberry, li-HING mui ,with soy, no boba"...her words. Not mine. We decide to play musical boba at the table and sample each other's drink. Bad move. I ended up liking my friend's drink better than mines. Finished my drink because that's how I roll. Next time I'll order the Watermelon Tea please! read more
We wanted Thai iced tea but had to wait until 11am until they opened. Hard to find earlier than that. They only have take out and only 5 people allowed inside at a time. They don't ask how sweet you want it like other places. It's pretty good but not as good as Teapresso or actual Thai/Vietnamese restaurants but decent price/value. read more

The boys working this day were pretty good. The second stay at home order was in effect, so there wasn't too many people at the mall, so the wait wasn't too long. I tend to only go to Infinitea if I am already at the mall and I want to get a boba drink. It is more on the pricier side as far as boba drinks go. There are other places I would go to first simply based on price. The inside (even before Covid) looks very busy/messy. There are other trendy places that have nice interior design, and it makes you feel like you are getting what you are paying for. I'm guessing they don't have much storage in back, but still. Ube in Love is what I always get. They have other Ube drinks, but I like this one because it's the Ube-est! read more
This place offers smoothies, fruit, and milk teas. It's a nice setting to sit and talk. The drinks are slightly higher priced, but have good flavor and a lot of boba. I would have rated it higher if the counter area and display case weren't cluttered. Despite that, a lot of locals come here and get take out drinks. There's ample seating for about 25 compared to some of the adjacent restaurants and eateries that seem to want you to buy and leave. read more

We literally would drive to Kamakana just for their Ube in Love! :). Gives me a reason to go to the mall! Got here at about 4 pm on a Sunday. There is always a line but it seems to go by pretty quick. Our first time here we ordered the Ube in Love. Now it is the only thing we order and have not even tried anything else. Lol It's location is in the food court and they have a wide verity of drinks to choose from. When we went in this past Sunday there was no jumbo sized drinks. But that size is enormous that my husband and I usually share it. The large is a decent size as well and you can add any toppings on the inside. Overall this has to be one of my favorite boba places that offer the best drinks!!! Can't wait to be back! read more

I love coming to Infinitea to grab me a boba drink but not worth $8 anymore. Sizing changed...photo below doesn't look like a large (which I had ordered...I think the cashier that took my order didn't hear me maybe because it was too loud) more like a small/medium. Flavor still good. read more
I love Infinitea!! They seriously have the best Ube bubble drinks on the westside! Ube In Love.. I'm in love. Go visit them, every drink I've had so far has been delicious! Sometimes there's a long line but it is worth the wait. read more
Infiitea is located near the food court of Ka Makana Alii Mall. There's plenty of parking but you may have to walk if it's crowded especially during holiday hours. I came here with my parents after my nephew's birthday party. The space was cute and comfortable, yet the staff area seemed a bit small. I think I saw 5 employees in the back. There was a black board which is very resourceful - writing specials or messages to customers. Love it. The menu... A lot of it gelato flavors were discontinued which is sad but at least all the teas were available. I got the taro milk tea with boba. It tasted exactly how I like it. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but a variety of things could have caused it. It's no biggie. I don't usually come to this mall but it was a good stop. I enjoyed my drink and the staff were great. read more

Quick service as usual. There was a small crowd when I first entered but their drinks came out quickly and they soon left. They had a sign up stating that they were training someone but you wouldn't be able to tell since everything was going so smoothly. My drink came out quickly as well. It's a little cramped if 6 or more people are in the waiting area but like I said they're quick here and it's only take out orders at the moment. read more

I've been wanting to try their town location but instead I made it to Kapolei location in Ka Makani mall. I tried their jasmine milk tea with 25% sugar. It had a nice flowery, smooth taste to it. I thought it would too bitter but it was perfect and had just enough richness to it. Nice! I've also noticed their cute milk tea key chain. I'm not sure how much it is. I regret not getting one this visit. Their menu is extensive. read more

I ordered a small strawberry with boba, prior to ordering I asked if their smoothies were made with real fruit, the answer was "yes", I don't think so, this taste like powder. Not my favorite. Should have went with the Thai tea. read more
In the heart of Kamakana Ali'i in Kapolei, is Infinitea. The crew is always friendly and the wait time for your order is pretty quick. My go to is the U-be in love with Boba. It has coconut gel in it as well. It's pretty refreshing and the taste is kinda hard to describe. It's like heading to the beach in the morning with a bunch a friends with the coconut scented sunblock on. LoL idk, that's what it reminds me of.. read more
Happy one year Anniversary, Ka Makana Alii! Infinitea can be found in the food court area next to center stage and across the bathrooms. It's an immensely popular place but no longer are the lines out the door, thank goodness. An array of smoothies, coffees, "specialteas" blended with ice cream, boba and milk drinks, and your fresh and healthy kale smoothies can be found here. I ordered a small peach and mango FruiTea for $4.95 plus tax, and the order was processed within minutes. It contained refreshing with chunks of peach and mango, and was not overly sweet. It comes with those airtight seals through which you can poke those large, fat straws to take in those bobas, pearls, and fruity pieces. Yum! I do think the prices are on the high side. But there is definitely a nice variety of drinks to thirst your quench for something different to offset the heat on the west side of O'ahu! Infinitea has partnered up with FiveStars for rewards. read more
