After taking the kids to let out some energy at the Razor game room, needed something to quench my thirst. My friend Katinka recently moved to Kapolei area and her random cravings made her want a pina colada. We tend to go to the 24 on this side and I wasn't quite sure how to satisfy her craving without us necessarily giving up our recent workout gains and getting drunk at a bar LOL so I figured the next alternative would be a smoothie. But where does one find a pina colada smoothie? Within the beautifully modern Ka Makana Ali'i is Infinitea--which was the answer! We walked over from 24 through the mall and when we were in the food court area I got to see their big menu through the windows (it's literally covering up an entire wall). When I saw pina colada--I shoved Katinka in there! She ordered her fix and I got a blue Hawaiian. It's so fun to be able to drink these drinks minus the alcohol HAHA! They tasted so refreshing and perfect to a tee. The wait wasn't long and you also have multiple other options to pick from. Born and raised on the West Side of Oʻahu, Infinitea is always a must whenever I visit home. Pro tip: Ka Makana Aliʻi is a great spot to grab a meal when you're out on the West Side. Grab a meal out at Moani or Foodland and come on over to Infinitea to cap it all off. My brother and I dropped by on New Year's Day, so shout out to the New Year's Day crew for providing fast, friendly service, especially on a day when a lot of shops were closed to celebrate the holiday. I ordered the Cookie Monster drink with boba and it was its usual fantastic self. Perfect for someone with a sweet tooth. It's not really a sit down spot directly inside as it's really more of an order, grab then go kind of shop. But overall, the energy/ambiance was solid. There's ample seating outside in the food court seating area. Plus, when you're in Hawai'i, boba is best enjoyed outside under the canopy shade as the trade winds cool you off along with the sweet (but not too sweet) boba drink from Infinitea. One of my newer favorite, Coffee Crunch! Perfect espresso flavor! You would think you drinking treat coffee with cream! nicely creammy too! There are a lot of good boba here. Boba(the actual topping) for me wasn't always my fav! But, the consistency here is perfect! Not too soft and mushy, but not hard. I have made boba a couple times in my life and it takes vigorous stirring and a lot of attention! I love their ube flavor too. If you are feeling teas... their teas are good too, not overpowering. Just perfect! Flavor on point and the toppings are good too, vanilla or sometimes ube ice cream! Price range is... average! Not too crazy expensive. Their set up is nice and simple... Overall, a great place for a quick boba fix! I will even say, their phone etiquette is super cheerful and friendly as well! This place is a little misleading. The photo in store has their top 20 drinks that look amazing with boba in them and toppings like chocolate and fruit. However NO drinks include toppings or boba! It's an extra .75 charge for boba and I just think it's misleading to advertise a drink a certain way and it doesn't come like that. Moreover we got a couple drinks and within the time of ordering and getting into the car the plastic paperish lids had come off on all edges! I've never experienced that with any boba! read more

Boba was delicious, not as big as the normal sized ones but texture was firm but not too firm. I ordered a regular sized Hawaiian (something) on the real fruit menu. It had banana, strawberry, yogurt, papaya with 25% sugar. It tasted great! Wait time was decent, cashier was helpful and patient as I tried to decide what to order and was the one that let me know I could get a drink with less sugar. You can also ask for two scoops of boba at no extra cost. Total was over $7, kinda pricey for a regular sized bubble tea drink but we are in Hawaii so go figure. Located in the mall food court. Came here for an after lunch beverage. Milk tea is in my top 5 favorite cuisines and I heard the Infinitea drinks were good. I was pretty excited to try it out. Decided on a strawberry milk tea, but it came out bright pink and I knew it was just flavored powered with sugar and water. There was probably no tea in it even... It was worse than taste tea's. I literally took two sips and threw it away. The boba was nothing special. I should have known better. $6 in the trash. :( They also didn't have all the toppings they advertise. I tried to get my drink with pudding. They were out. I tried to get it with brown sugar jelly. They were also out of that. They seem to do just fine selling their Oreo wall drinks with boba and pudding and brown sugar jelly are probably not that popular. We came here to get drinks. I got a large lychee green iced tea with boba, 25% sweetness. It was perfect. The boba was soft and there were lychee pieces inside the bottom as well. i barely ever go here and this visit reminded me why. ac wasn't working but that i could look over because there was no one in the store so it wasn't a long wait at all. cashier took my order and i said no thank you to any boba. when my drink came out it had boba so i kindly told the worker who made it "oh no boba..." the way she grabbed the drink back had a little attitude. before she took it though i did see written on the cup to add boba. the overall vibes i get whenever i go there isn't great. workers seem to have a idgaf attitude. to top it off, the girl who took back my drink i could hear her say to the other worker "did she say no boba?" yes, yes i did. with no other customers there i don't see how the mistake happened, but again i can overlook something like that. its the attitude that makes me never go there. much rather go across from them to coffee bean where all the workers are exceptional. read more

We wanted Thai iced tea but had to wait until 11am until they opened. Hard to find earlier than that. They only have take out and only 5 people allowed inside at a time. The boys working this day were pretty good. The second stay at home order was in effect, so there wasn't too many people at the mall, so the wait wasn't too long. I tend to only go to Infinitea if I am already at the mall and I want to get a boba drink. It is more on the pricier side as far as boba drinks go. There are other places I would go to first simply based on price. The inside (even before Covid) looks very busy/messy. There are other trendy places that have nice interior design, and it makes you feel like you are getting what you are paying for. I'm guessing they don't have much storage in back, but still. There is always a line but it seems to go by pretty quick. Our first time here we ordered the Ube in Love. Now it is the only thing we order and have not even tried anything else. Lol It's location is in the food court and they have a wide verity of drinks to choose from. When we went in this past Sunday there was no jumbo sized drinks. But that size is enormous that my husband and I usually share it. The large is a decent size as well and you can add any toppings on the inside. Had my heart set on a Green Machine smoothie as I wanted something more on the healthy side and with greens (spinach). Not too long after paying for my drink, the cashier informed me they were out of spinach and had no other leafy green substitute to offer. She told me she could still have the smoothie made for me, but without the spinach. I told her the whole point of ordering a GREEN Machine Smoothie was for the.... greens. Go figure, right? So the cashier offered to have a drink made for me of what she felt was their next healthiest option, which was their Honey Ginger Fruit Tea. I wasn't too thrilled about paying over $5 for a single tea drink (I could buy a box of teas for the same price) , but I still agreed since I did not want a very sweet drink. The Honey Fruit Ginger Tea was good, but not what I wanted. 3 stars just for this experience, but my past experiences with this establishment were 4 stars and above with no issues.
