It's an immensely popular place but no longer are the lines out the door, thank goodness. An array of smoothies, coffees, "specialteas" blended with ice cream, boba and milk drinks, and your fresh and healthy kale smoothies can be found here. I ordered a small peach and mango FruiTea for $4.95 plus tax, and the order was processed within minutes. It contained refreshing with chunks of peach and mango, and was not overly sweet. It comes with those airtight seals through which you can poke those large, fat straws to take in those bobas, pearls, and fruity pieces. Yum! I do think the prices are on the high side. But there is definitely a nice variety of drinks to thirst your quench for something different to offset the heat on the west side of O'ahu! Boy am I glad they decided to open up an Infinitea on the west side. Otherwise, the only time I'm able to enjoy this treat is after my hair appointments in town ( & on some occasions when we order for delivery at work) This location is at ka makana alii mall & right smack dab in the middle of their "food court." Pretty easy to find. It's pretty much a typical boba place with the same types of teas & toppings we all know in love...but add to that a smoothie menu, "healthy" section and specialty items. There are a few benches & tables inside with board games available to play while you wait. Perfect for hot days bc there is AC inside. Ordering is quick and easy. There's almost always a line going out the door at Infinitea but they're able to quickly take orders & push out the drinks ASAP. My drink orders are by no means complicated, so I can happily say that it's always been made without errors thus far. I settled for the little boba instead. When I went to get my drink after ordering, they informed me that they did have the large boba. I ordered my drink in regular and it wasn't sweet at all. And when she put the drinks on the table to grab it, she placed it separately so this other customer grabbed my one drink. My family normally likes infinitea, it's a wonderful treat, especially on a hot day. The three stars is for the unnecessary attitude I received from the cashier. My daughter ordered a dragon tea and strawberry dream, I got an ube in-love. She came back with strawberry banana, I would have not made such a big deal about it, but she decided to tell me that's what we ordered with an attitude. Great taste, but look at the crazy pricing on the menu for the "monster" (32 oz.) size vs. the large (24 oz.) size! Regular $6.95 for 16 oz. Large $7.95 for 24 oz. = Extra $1 for extra 8 oz. beyond Regular Monster $11.95 for 32 oz. = You would expect $8.95 for this size (another extra $1 for another extra 8 oz.), not $11.95! If the intent is to discourage people from drinking "too much" then simply don't offer a "monster" size! read more

Closing staff on 3/24/2024 UNPROFESSIONAL. My friend walked in and the girl told her coworker to lock the door so people won't come in. She said that in front of him! I understand they just wanted to go home but technically the establishment was still open. They also did not blend the drinks well and they half assed on sealing the cups, so it was leaking. Never coming back! Whoever worked the closing shift, they must learn how to compose themselves, and be professional because who wants to feel like a burden? Infinitea has the best seating area inside its store aside from Dragon Tea, which is located too far from Kapolei. Since I live near Kapolei, Infinitea is a convenient go-to spot for my bubble tea craving. I like to call myself the "bubble tea conquerer" as I travel from stores to stores searching for the best bubble tea of the island. As a bubble tea conquerer, I can assure you that Infinitea gets a straight 5 stars. The store is great for hanging out with your favorite people and family: they have games you can play in-store like jenga, all while you sip the delicious bubble tea. It's location is one of the best part about Inifinitea as you can grab a fresh drink from many varieties it offers from their long menu, and walk out to see other great places in the mall. Even though I only stick to regular black bubble milk tea with 25% sweetness, all my friends love this place which should be good enough to state that all of their drinks are great. You may be wondering: It's got a great name, great location and a great store to chill in, but what about the tea itself? Why would a so-called bubble tea conquerer rate this place 5 stars? Well my friends I'm glad you asked (or never asked but hear me out anyway!) because the bubble milk tea from this place has never disappointed me with its rich flavor and great textured bobas. I am on the fence on loving this place. I think it's a great concept and I love boba tea. My biggest issue is the sweetness of the drinks, you have an option for 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% level of sweetness. My first drink was a taro milk boba at normal sweetness, and was way too sweet for me to enjoy. It was almost like thick syrup. Next I tried a lychee fruit tea at 25% and it was perfect. Next time I tried a ume plum fruit drink at 25% sweetness, it was so sweet it hurt my teeth. We still come here but I am hesitant to try other flavors. Im not sure if it's a mistake of adding too much flavoring, or depends on the flavor added. Update: My last visit I ordered an ube milkshake sub coconut milk at 25% sweetness. The menu is big and a lot to choose from. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea w/ boba & a Dragon Fruit Smoothie for my boyfriends nephew. (I'm still wanting to try the dragon fruit but I was just in the mood for a regular common tea flavor).. Once you're done ordering you can have a seat (if you can find one) or stand on the side and wait for them to call your name and give you your order. Okay the dude that was ordering needs to have some more customer service bc he jut stood there and didn't even say "Hi what can I get for you today?" Or "Hey can I take your order?"... nothin. He was just expecting us to tell him what we wanted.. it was pretty awkward. So we eventually found a seat to wait. My Thai Milk tea was done first... BUT the employee calling for the people's name need to step up and say it louder. With the music going on and people talking... they need to not just say the persons name & stand there... why don't you say it louder and if no one claims it, they can say it again but go walk around since they walk up to the customers anyway to give it?. This place is close to where we are staying and it's in the mall which makes it even more convenient, which is why we have already been here multiple times lol. We have tried a few drinks but our faves so far are the U-Be in Love (SO good) and the Green Monster Debloating. The lychee fruit tea is good too. Infinitea is a very reliable and affordable place to visit if you are also a boba lover! They are located in Ka Makana Alii where there is lots of parking and great places to eat and shop. Boba is the perfect pick me up after a busy day of shopping! Their royal milk tea is part of their Special Tea menu. Regular size teas on this menu go for $4.20. If you are very thirsty, you could go for the large ($5.25) or monster ($7.45) size instead. Their tea is very refreshing and their boba is perfectly cooked and sweetened! I have also tried their strawberry milk tea that was equally delicious. The best part about all these new boba shops is that you can pick your level of sweetness. Anyone else finding the older you get, the less you can handle sugar? I am starting to feel very old because I am down to 25% sweet! The staff is very friendly and efficient.
