Menu they offer is pretty huge and selections look amazing!! There was a delay to order due to a system malfunction but wait wasn't too bad. The seating area was closed off so it was a grab and go type of spot. Decided to go with what I ordered before which was the matcha crumble. To my disappointment the drink this time around was TOO SWEET, like over the top straight up sugar over load!!! It did not cross my mind to request less sugar upon ordering because before I used to just order it as is and it was perfect. It was so sweet I could not even finish it. I drank a quarter of the smoothie and threw the rest away.
I usually get boba somewhere else but wanted to try here. So we ordered our drinks and there was a bit of a wait but that's okay, it was understandable because it was the weekend. Once we got our drinks we noticed the lid wasn't sealed on one of them so we checked the other and the lid wasn't sealed well on the other, too. We opted to stick our straws where the lids were open. The drinks were good but I minused a star because the lid wasn't sealed properly. Hopefully, next time, it will be a better experience because the drinks were quite good.
was mine and my niece first time here, She wanted to try. Gosh so much to choose from! It was hard. Da customer service needs some work though not gonna lie about dat anyways I got da lava flow and niece got the passion fruit did not disappoint will def be back hea again
Despite the fact that it seems like management is terrible here, having a broken ac for months (I come here often and it seems to never get fixed) and forcing your employees to work in the heat! The workers still keep a great positive attitude. Super helpful and explain everything. Although they are out of pretty much everything which at this point, shut down until you can get every ingredient you need!! the workers are still nice. It's not these teenagers fault that management sucks!! I'm not upset with the kids here, I'm upset with whoever runs this place because they obviously don't care and I hope these teenagers are getting paid extra for dealing with everything going on.
Service- fast and friendly Drinks- delicious and refreshing Price- average Smiles from my granddaughters - PRICELESS :)
The menu is deceiving, the wait for a sub par drink is ridiculous and set up is not conducive for people to wait over 15 minutes for one fruit tea. We ordered the Lil' Lychee and per the menu, it says it comes with fruit chunks. NO fruit chunks and when we asked the female staff who took our order, she explains that because it was a passionfruit and lychee drink, there would be no fruits because they didn't have any but if we had ordered strawberry, we would've seen some fruit. WTH? Y'alls discriminating on fruits now? The prices for the drinks are outrageous. I'm glad it's a one and done. Very disappointing experience over all.
The drinks here are pretty good but way overpriced! Each topping cost 50 cents but the smallest drink you can get coat 8$! The service is fast but the place is very busy! There is indoor seating but you can't even sit there. You can sit outside though. The place in total is small and the menus are all over the walls. Lots of drinks to order from. Overall the drinks are pretty good but too expensive!
Lowered rating for a few things. 1. Drink was taken 2. Customer service terrible 3. Custard not good. 1. My drink was taken by a large group that picked up their order crowding the pick up table. My friend and I ordered the same time and our order was put on the pick up table simultaneously as the large group order. Needless to say when the crowd was clear, we expected both our drinks there. Nope, mine was taken. It was the Ube Oreo with custard and Ube ice cream for extras, so I guess it was a great combo... expensive. 2. Notified the employee about this and they were giving the impression that we stole it. We didn't leave the location after we ordered. They were arguing amongst themselves. They ended up making my order right there. Honestly, to prevent all this... they should've have a system in place to wait until the 1st order has been picked up and cleared, then put the next order. The employees should be more aware that if there's a big crowd at the pick up table, the next order customer can't access it, until the crowd leaves. 3. Custard was super bland and the consistency was a hard jello. There were no richness or taste. I would not recommend paying for the custard. Overall... it was ok. I would've rated it much higher, but was unfortunate to experience what happened and how it was handled. Would I come again... idk. Still contemplating.
Infinitea always comes thru clutch with refreshing drinks! I could have sworn that their prices were much higher before or other businesses have increased their prices around Infinitea. We always experience friendly and excellent customer service. I normally order my drinks from their website for faster service and they are always ready by the time I arrive. My family loves coming here because they offer other drink options without caffeine such as their milk options and matcha/ube options. We love coming here because we can cruise around Kamakana Ali'i while we enjoy our drinks. Their store is small and doesn't offer a place to sit, but they are right across or in the eating area.
Ordered a Hawaiian delight with coconut jelly. Tasted like strawberries and milk. Where's the mango ? Unprofessional.
Friendly service and great refreshing drinks. The price is on the higher side of the spectrum for boba teas and smoothies (the largest size is just under $17!), but the fruit flavors are spot on and the server said they use "fresh fruit ". Our drinks were great! If you don't mind paying a little more for quality drinks, then give Infini Tea a try.

Walking around kapolei mall after dinner, looking for tea, and found pictures outside looks so very fresh fruits place to order tea. So we decided to go here. I ordered Dragon fruit with strawberry Taste like concentrated (not fresh). For me, it's kind of pricy not worth this type of tea.. read more

Boy am I glad they decided to open up an Infinitea on the west side. Otherwise, the only time I'm able to enjoy this treat is after my hair appointments in town ( & on some occasions when we order for delivery at work) This location is at ka makana alii mall & right smack dab in the middle of their "food court." Pretty easy to find. It's pretty much a typical boba place with the same types of teas & toppings we all know in love...but add to that a smoothie menu, "healthy" section and specialty items. There are a few benches & tables inside with board games available to play while you wait. Perfect for hot days bc there is AC inside. Ordering is quick and easy. There's almost always a line going out the door at Infinitea but they're able to quickly take orders & push out the drinks ASAP. My drink orders are by no means complicated, so I can happily say that it's always been made without errors thus far. My drink favorites: Lava flow with boba UBE IN LOVE (coconut smoothie with ube ice cream & coconut jelly) Strawberry li hing tea with lychee jelly A coworker has ventured into their "healthy" side of things, and she said nothing but good things about the smoothies. you can adjust the sweetness level for all drinks, my husband loves his drinks 50% sweet & I always go for the full 100%. Infinitea is just one of those places I always have to stop by whenever I'm near, it's like a magnet. read more

As a Boba connoisseur this is the go to boba shop when shopping at Ka Makana Ali'i hands down. Usual order of my matcha or ube crumble is made to perfection by their very polite staff. read more
Currently the only place to get boba in this mall. Haven't had infinitea s Boba so wanted to try it. Got the honeydew milk tea with Boba. Didn't wait too long as it wasn't busy. Got it regular sweet but I should get it less sweet next time cuz it was too sweet for me. The Boba was good, not too chewy which some places are. Overall it was pretty good. I would come back but ordering less sweet next time. Sad they didn't have the lightbulb mugs cuz I wanted. read more
The line is out the door. I'm willing to wait because I love my bubble teas. I got the large Oolong Milk Tea with boba. I wanted the large boba but they ran out. I settled for the little boba instead. When I went to get my drink after ordering, they informed me that they did have the large boba. I ordered my drink in regular and it wasn't sweet at all. It was light and refreshing. The boba balls were perfect with just the right amount of chew to them. read more
Overpriced & Overhyped. The line is always long when I pass by. Since it wasn't out the door this time around, I decided to pick up some drinks for the fam bam on this hot summer day. No wonder the line is long, it's because there is only one register, the cashier is slow and there are some indecisive customers. After standing in the short line for about 15mins, I already had my order in mind. Honeydew milk tea with large boba and Ube crumble with vanilla protein for the hubbs. This spot is unique because they offer vanilla or chocolate whey protein! My boys loved their Ube crumble drink. Mines was too sweet, too sweet that I now have a headache argh. Next time I'm going to request the lowest sugar level..The good thing is that it was cool inside and there were enough chairs to sit on. But sad to say, this will not be one of my most frequented boba spots.. read more

Located in the Ka Makana. Near the food court area with subway and coffee bean, etc. I love boba and this place was delicious. We ordered a protein peanut butter cup with boba and pink Oreo with boba. The peanut butter cup was delicious if you enjoy peanut butter. yummm. so good. I wish we had ordered the monster size. The pink Oreo was also tasty. Although, it did remind me of the nesquick strawberry mix. Well, the Oreos were great and the boba was nice & chewy. The place wasn't nice. It was super worn out. The chairs were ripped and there were items that were closed off and covered with plastic. I enjoy the drinks but would order a drink to walk around with or sit outside! read more

On the pricier side for bobas. I usually get the perfect pink which I definitely recommend for as smoothies. They have other healthier options too such as the fresh green smoothies and protein drinks! read more

Location: It is located at the food court in Ka Makana Alii. Drinks/Desserts: They are known for their drinks but they do sell macarons, gelato and a pineapple cake. They have an extensive drink menu from teas, coffee, shakes, smoothies and etc. There is also a wide variety of add on such as tapioca, pudding, jelly, ice cream and etc. There are three sizes to choose from and you chose the percentage of how sweet you want it to be. I ordered the Wintermelon Black Milk Tea with mini tapioca, 100% sweet with less ice. It was delicious! Price: I ordered the smallest size with one add on and paid $4. Drinks vary depending on size and add on. The drink before add on will. cost around $3.50 to $7. Customer Service: The lines were to the door but the cashier and the staff making the drinks were fast! Overall, I will be back for the Wintermelon Milk Tea and I plan on trying the other drinks on the menu. read more

It's always nice to see boba places in malls. If you happen to be near the Kamakana Ali'i mall in Kapolei or already in the mall and craving a fix after shopping, Infinitea is a great choice to satisfy your craving. Their most popular Ube in love is literally one of the best drinks I ever drank from a boba place and I totally recommend it. It's a coconut smoothie with Ube ice cream and coconut jelly. No wonder it's the most popular. Their matcha drinks and smoothies also hit the spot if you crave or love matcha. The service here is good. A lot of young workers but they are very friendly and can spark up a conversation while ringing you up. read more

Omg haven't had infinitea in so long and trying new flavors is on point the best. The different taste of mix is so refreshing and brings light to the same old flavors. A definite must try flavors and definitely coming back to try the rest......!!! Thank you infinitea for your amazing flavors. read more

Ordered 4 drinks via Bitesquad today. 3 drinks had no additions. 1 drink had large boba. I mean...if you can even count it as an order of boba?! My drink literally has FIVE boba balls in it. FIVE! That's 10 cents per ball since it's a 50 cent addition. That's unacceptable! And the cherry on top is that the 5 boba balls are mushy lol read more

I've been here a couple times and it's always been good. I usually get a honeydew smoothie with boba and the boba is usually warm which I love because that means it's super fresh. My brother got a lychee smoothie with lychee jelly and that was also really really good. read more
This place is close to where we are staying and it's in the mall which makes it even more convenient, which is why we have already been here multiple times lol. We have tried a few drinks but our faves so far are the U-Be in Love (SO good) and the Green Monster Debloating. The lychee fruit tea is good too. I plan to try other boba places while we are visiting, but this is a good one so far. The wait can sometimes be ling when they get busy. read more

I'mma be real, the first you thing you can say when you walk into the place is: it's pretty small. -- so believe me, when it gets super busy... the line to even order can be out the door/blocking the entrance to get in. The menu is big and a lot to choose from. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea w/ boba & a Dragon Fruit Smoothie for my boyfriends nephew. (I'm still wanting to try the dragon fruit but I was just in the mood for a regular common tea flavor).. Once you're done ordering you can have a seat (if you can find one) or stand on the side and wait for them to call your name and give you your order. Okay the dude that was ordering needs to have some more customer service bc he jut stood there and didn't even say "Hi what can I get for you today?" Or "Hey can I take your order?"... nothin. He was just expecting us to tell him what we wanted.. it was pretty awkward. So we eventually found a seat to wait. My Thai Milk tea was done first... BUT the employee calling for the people's name need to step up and say it louder. With the music going on and people talking... they need to not just say the persons name & stand there... why don't you say it louder and if no one claims it, they can say it again but go walk around since they walk up to the customers anyway to give it?. The place is small but so much going on... Ehh it's okay, but I'm still wanting to try more of their different flavors there. This post is just first impressions. Maybe it'll be better next time I come here. read more
