Menu they offer is pretty huge and selections look amazing!! There was a delay to order due to a system malfunction but wait wasn't too bad. The seating area was closed off so it was a grab and go type of spot. Decided to go with what I ordered before which was the matcha crumble. To my disappointment the drink this time around was TOO SWEET, like over the top straight up sugar over load!!! It did not cross my mind to request less sugar upon ordering because before I used to just order it as is and it was perfect. It was so sweet I could not even finish it. I drank a quarter of the smoothie and threw the rest away.
I usually get boba somewhere else but wanted to try here. So we ordered our drinks and there was a bit of a wait but that's okay, it was understandable because it was the weekend. Once we got our drinks we noticed the lid wasn't sealed on one of them so we checked the other and the lid wasn't sealed well on the other, too. We opted to stick our straws where the lids were open. The drinks were good but I minused a star because the lid wasn't sealed properly. Hopefully, next time, it will be a better experience because the drinks were quite good.
was mine and my niece first time here, She wanted to try. Gosh so much to choose from! It was hard. Da customer service needs some work though not gonna lie about dat anyways I got da lava flow and niece got the passion fruit did not disappoint will def be back hea again
Despite the fact that it seems like management is terrible here, having a broken ac for months (I come here often and it seems to never get fixed) and forcing your employees to work in the heat! The workers still keep a great positive attitude. Super helpful and explain everything. Although they are out of pretty much everything which at this point, shut down until you can get every ingredient you need!! the workers are still nice. It's not these teenagers fault that management sucks!! I'm not upset with the kids here, I'm upset with whoever runs this place because they obviously don't care and I hope these teenagers are getting paid extra for dealing with everything going on.
Service- fast and friendly Drinks- delicious and refreshing Price- average Smiles from my granddaughters - PRICELESS :)
The menu is deceiving, the wait for a sub par drink is ridiculous and set up is not conducive for people to wait over 15 minutes for one fruit tea. We ordered the Lil' Lychee and per the menu, it says it comes with fruit chunks. NO fruit chunks and when we asked the female staff who took our order, she explains that because it was a passionfruit and lychee drink, there would be no fruits because they didn't have any but if we had ordered strawberry, we would've seen some fruit. WTH? Y'alls discriminating on fruits now? The prices for the drinks are outrageous. I'm glad it's a one and done. Very disappointing experience over all.
The drinks here are pretty good but way overpriced! Each topping cost 50 cents but the smallest drink you can get coat 8$! The service is fast but the place is very busy! There is indoor seating but you can't even sit there. You can sit outside though. The place in total is small and the menus are all over the walls. Lots of drinks to order from. Overall the drinks are pretty good but too expensive!
Lowered rating for a few things. 1. Drink was taken 2. Customer service terrible 3. Custard not good. 1. My drink was taken by a large group that picked up their order crowding the pick up table. My friend and I ordered the same time and our order was put on the pick up table simultaneously as the large group order. Needless to say when the crowd was clear, we expected both our drinks there. Nope, mine was taken. It was the Ube Oreo with custard and Ube ice cream for extras, so I guess it was a great combo... expensive. 2. Notified the employee about this and they were giving the impression that we stole it. We didn't leave the location after we ordered. They were arguing amongst themselves. They ended up making my order right there. Honestly, to prevent all this... they should've have a system in place to wait until the 1st order has been picked up and cleared, then put the next order. The employees should be more aware that if there's a big crowd at the pick up table, the next order customer can't access it, until the crowd leaves. 3. Custard was super bland and the consistency was a hard jello. There were no richness or taste. I would not recommend paying for the custard. Overall... it was ok. I would've rated it much higher, but was unfortunate to experience what happened and how it was handled. Would I come again... idk. Still contemplating.
Infinitea always comes thru clutch with refreshing drinks! I could have sworn that their prices were much higher before or other businesses have increased their prices around Infinitea. We always experience friendly and excellent customer service. I normally order my drinks from their website for faster service and they are always ready by the time I arrive. My family loves coming here because they offer other drink options without caffeine such as their milk options and matcha/ube options. We love coming here because we can cruise around Kamakana Ali'i while we enjoy our drinks. Their store is small and doesn't offer a place to sit, but they are right across or in the eating area.
Ordered a Hawaiian delight with coconut jelly. Tasted like strawberries and milk. Where's the mango ? Unprofessional.
Friendly service and great refreshing drinks. The price is on the higher side of the spectrum for boba teas and smoothies (the largest size is just under $17!), but the fruit flavors are spot on and the server said they use "fresh fruit ". Our drinks were great! If you don't mind paying a little more for quality drinks, then give Infini Tea a try.
Royal milk tea with boba is one of my weaknesses! I love that it has become so popular that there is now so many different places to get my boba fix. Infinitea is a very reliable and affordable place to visit if you are also a boba lover! They are located in Ka Makana Alii where there is lots of parking and great places to eat and shop. Boba is the perfect pick me up after a busy day of shopping! Their royal milk tea is part of their Special Tea menu. Regular size teas on this menu go for $4.20. If you are very thirsty, you could go for the large ($5.25) or monster ($7.45) size instead. Their tea is very refreshing and their boba is perfectly cooked and sweetened! I have also tried their strawberry milk tea that was equally delicious. The best part about all these new boba shops is that you can pick your level of sweetness. Anyone else finding the older you get, the less you can handle sugar? I am starting to feel very old because I am down to 25% sweet! The staff is very friendly and efficient. The menu is so eclectic that there is something for everyone! read more

Every time I go to a boba place I always have to try the black milk tea with boba. I really liked the boba at this place, it was chewy & wasn't too soft or too hard. The milk tea was good but not the best I've ever had. I like that this location is located in the mall which makes it convenient to get while shopping & workers are friendly. read more

Infinitea has decent boba drinks. They have a cool cookie concept drink that I was looking at, but I passed because it was a bit pricey. I wouldn't say this was my favorite boba place, but I like their creativity. Overall, I think this place is a bit overpriced for what it is. read more

Such a nice staff. All staff here are so nice & sincerely thanks all the people that walk in. It is rare to see all happy staff in any business. Thank you!!! read more
Always a must stop while I'm at mall. I always seem to order either the Pineapple Passion or one of their regular milk teas. Decided to try something new and ordered the Matcha Crumble. And now I'm in love with this new drink! I'll definitely be ordering this drink more often, and I'm sure the boyfriend will be also (he wanted more of my drink as soon as we left)! Nice and cool inside the space which made it a perfect place to sit and talk when it's super hot outside. read more
Decided to sneak some tea into the movies and this place gave us the perfect opportunity. We ordered several different tea's. I really enjoyed the strawberry milk tea and the peach mango black tea both with boba of course. The fruit tea's are unique from other places because the have actual chunks of fruit inside which is very refreshing. The only thing I would adjust the next time I come would be the sweetness. The tea's are extremely sweet so maybe asking for 75 or even 50 sugar level would be more satisfying. Prices are a little more expensive than other tea shops but it's probably because they're located in a new mall with high rent so it's understandable. Service was friendly and pretty fast even though it was busy. They have a rewards program that you can register your phone number with. I believe it's buy 12 get 1 free but don't quote me on that. They are located in the food court of the new Kapolei mall and has a great central location. read more

With a name like that I through the tea would be endless? No, but the taste is long lasting. Located at the mall food court this is a great place to get a refresher drink. I get my ice drinks from here because of all the exotic flavors. For this review, I'll write about the U be in love. Well its a ube drink with coconut jelly. You can get boba but the jelly is enough for me. Stated earlier, it's a very refreshing on a hot day and not too sweet in my opinion. I didn't know this but you can adjust the sweetness when you order your drink. Of course, there are 3 sizes for this drink but I don't see myself getting the monster. A large is good enough. Not only does it taste great, it looks cool in its clear plastic cup. The place very clean and has plenty of indoor seating. The staff is polite and they all seem to have fun working there. Grab any drink from here and I'm sure you can't go wrong. Overall four stars. I would give it five but they don't have many snacks to go with a drink. M read more
When we first got to the mall, this place had a line going out the front door! So needless to say - I had to try it! It is a cute cafe with unique flavors of teas, coffee, juices and smoothies. The staff was friendly and patient as I picked from their big menu where everything looked good! My husband and I ordered the Neopolitan and the Matcha Goddess with Azuki beans! Both were delicious! My boys (husband and 3yr old) devoured the Neopolitan and it tasted like a better version of the ice cream! My Matcha Goddess was also good and I enjoyed the addition of the red beans which added to the tad sweetness of the drink. We both wished we ordered a bigger size! I can't wait to try more on the menu! read more

Infinitea is located at the Ka Makana Alii Mall in Kapolei in the food court area. Three of my family members and I decided to try it for the first time since we were craving something cold to drink. We got the Royal Milk Tea, Honeydew Milk Tea, Strawberry Banana Smoothie, and Matcha Crumble (keep in mind that this is a blended drink). When we ordered, they told us they didn't have bananas because they weren't ripe. So instead of a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, it was just a Strawberry Smoothie. They also took long to to make the smoothie and Matcha Crumble, and forgot to put mini boba in the Honeydew Milk Tea. The air conditioner also happened to be broken that day........ The cashier girl wasn't super friendly but the boy who gave us our drinks was really nice to us. He was friendly and kept apologizing for the long wait/drink mistakes which was nice because it made us feel appreciated. If you happen to be at Ka Makana Alii Mall and are craving some drinks, try something different that other milk tea places don't have.. Maybe one of their signature drinks. The other down side to this place are the prices. The drinks are a lot more expensive compared to all other milk tea places. The prices were $4.20/$5.25/$7.45 for milk tea drinks and $6.95/$7.95/$11.95 for signature drinks (as of June 12) and that price doesn't include toppings. :( Last side note: They use the Square loyalty points program so be sure to ask them so they can input your phone number into the system. read more
Took a sip of the kids ube ice cream & cookies n cream & it wasn't so bad. The strawberry/banana wasn't so good. If you gonna come here, order their ube or cookies n cream flavor but don't order fruit type smoothies. It's not fresh. I'm glad they have non-dairy jasmine boba tea. It's kinda pricey for boba. I know places that makes organic, fresh brewed boba tea that's cheaper. read more

I want to try other flavors, but Ube In Love is all I need. Oh my! Give me that sweet, creamy, fatty, delicious goodness. What a treat. - 1 star because it is a little pricey. My large cup with added Boba was about $9. Not a big deal for a once-in-a-while treat. Yummo. read more

This place was introduced to me by my friend who always craves bubble tea! Thank you friend! Teehee. She always knows the best places to go to for these kinds of drinks. My initial thought though, since I am not that big on bubble drinks, was that it would be the same old drinks any other places would carry; somethings like taro or coconut, put in a little tapioca. Of course I was wrong. They do have those drinks, but with their own little twist on them, making them more of a sugary goodness. And so this is what I got :D I choose the COFFEE CRUNCH because while I do not drink coffee all the time, it is a flavor that I do enjoy. By golly was that delicious!!! If your a coffee/chocolate lover, I would suggest this for you. Not only is there mini tapiocas inside, they have little chocolate pieces (I think they were chocolate) and it was just amazing at every sip. Watch out though, as most items on the menu, it is really SWEET! Also the tapioca balls were a bit too soft for my liking. I prefer the more chewy kind of tapioca, perhaps they were not so because of it being smaller. :/ of course what's great about them is sometimes you would be able to ask for jelly or something else instead of what is normally put in. Overall, I would say this place is really not bad and may just be worth the time of all the bubble drink addicts. Not to mention they do have "healthier" options such as all fruit smoothies. So go ahead and get some, then walk around the mall to burn off some of those sugars...then again you may just be walking and drinking at the same time haha. Enjoy my pics. The brown is of course my coffee crunch, and the purple is my friend who always gets the U-Be in Love. read more

I went in here over the weekend to see if I could get a sweet treat. I wasn't in the mood for ice cream or any type of dessert type items and I felt a boba tea would suffice. Nice little venue with a modern feel to it. There are some tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your tea and desserts and also a shelf that has board games on it. Not sure if anyone actually uses those, but I thought that was cool. Before ordering there was one other patron before me. They made their order and paid and done deal. I was up after and the same thing. Everything was pretty fast. The cashier who took my order was very polite and told me that they only had the mini boba's and if that was okay. I'd prefer have the mini tapiocas anyways so I was fine with that. I had ordered a large thai tea with mini boba. I was debating on getting the Monster size but decided since this was my first time trying this place, I keep it safe by ordering the large. Yes I could have ordered a small too, but what if it was that good and I had wished I got the larger size? Just saying! I was told to have a seat and when it was ready, they will bring it out to me. Minutes later, boom the young man who had taken my order came to my table and gave my my drink. Fast service! I was very happy with my Thai tea with mini boba. It wasn't too sweet and very tasty! I would definitely go back and get a boba tea from here again! read more
With all the new Boba Tea places popping up, decided to try this newer one at Ka Makana Alii. Just to be fare, I have Boba Tea once a week so I'm pretty picky. Also, I compare all Boba drinks to one of my favs, Taste Tea (which I rated a 5). First impression, "Yay! Another Boba place on the Leeward side to try." Second impression, "Wow. It's a pricer than others, but good variety of healthier choices on the menu." We ordered a Strawberry Guava Green Tea w/ 25% sweetness and large tapioca and Taro Milk Tea w/ 50% sweetness and large tapioca. Both were large. Rating is based on the following: -Flavor of drink = 3 stars -Boba = 2.5 stars (cooked well, not mushy or crunchy but had no flavor. Very bland) -Value = 2.5 stars (Price vs quality). Paid almost $14 for 2 large drinks and didn't want to finish it. -Service = 3.5 stars Nice people, nice cafe but you can't sample taste some of the drinks so you make a decision somewhat blind Verdict = Wouldn't go back. Better places with more value in the Kapolei/Ewa Plains area. Try Hula Boba in Kapolei instead or drive to Waikele Outlets and get Taste Tea. read more

This place is great. We stopped by here for the very first time to the mall since we always go to pearl ridge, but my husband and I decided to get something to drink before we head out back to waikiki. I tell you it's a must to stop here and get a drink when you're going to be on the road for a while. We ordered a peach mango and strawberry/banana smoothie with boba. It was soooooo good and refreshing. I will definitely be back and try something different. I wish I could try the milk teas, but I'm mild lactose and tolerant. I wonder if they have soy milk. Oh well, maybe next time. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. will definitely be back for more! read more

I am a tea lover, weather it be natural tea, blended or infused. I came across this at the mall just looking for a refreshing drink to drink as I walked around the mall. I am impressed with the drinks I had tried the last couple of times we were in the area. My all time favorite is U-be Royal Milk Tea. For something on the stronger side I highly recommend the Honkong Style Milk Tea, but if wanting something on less stronger side go for the Royal Milk Tea. I did try their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, I thought it was on the sweeter side, even though I kept trying to mix it. Although, if you like sweet drinks that would be the one for you, but if like me I would highly recommend that you lessen the sugar. I would come back to see what else are the good drinks on their menu. Please give this place a try, its a must for refreshing drinks. read more

I like bubble drinks only ok. But this place offers milk shakes, smoothies, gelato and macaroons. Also a plus, their boba is the softest that I've ever had. Thats an extra plus for me. They have 3 different sizes, regular, large and monster. Located in the food court of Kamakana Alii theres pleanty of parking. The bubble tea is nice and cold so its great for sipping while shopping at the mall. I really like their chocolate milk tea witb boba, and their chocolate milk shake and their banana peanut butter milk shakes are wonderful. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because everytime I go, I always get my drinks well after people who were waaayyy behind me. read more

#9 of 2017 Yes! I am hooked on boba and am thrilled that Infinitea has opened at KMA (Ka Makana Ali'i). This tea joint has so many flavor combos and add ins; too much boba not enough time to try it all! We tried the Matcha Milk Tea with boba and coffee jelly and a Lava Flow with mini boba (my fiance is a creature of habit). The lava flow had SO much coconut flavor! My milk tea was delicious but I wish I had ordered a smoothie or blended drink as the jelly is hard to suck up at the end in between chunks of ice. Infinitea doesn't let you try a sample of your tea before sealing the cup, so sweetness levels are trial and error. Also, the bar stools at the front of the shop are placed awkwardly close to the neighboring table. You kind of have to graze people's back with your booty to get by. Overall, I'm stoked that there is a good quality milk tea/boba joint so close to home! Now I just have to avoid the temptation of getting one after I workout! EEEEKKKK read more
Totally love this place! I'm happy that it's right in the food court area. I love the taro coconut smoothie with added tapioca. My kids always go for the strawberry banana smoothie. They have three sizes, the regular is considered the smallest of the three. It's pretty pricey though.... almost $7 for a regular size. Service is always fast, but not always friendly. read more

I want to rate this place higher, but I just can't (for now). I spend hella money here (because I work in the mall) racking up all the stars so I can save the rewards for when I'm broke lol So I came in the other day wondering why after all my visits I haven't been told that I have a reward. So I asked the guy, he does some tinkering and finds that I've been issued 5 rewards (all unclaimed). So of course I'm excited (who wouldn't be!?). So today I take my happy butt after work today for a treat. Spend $2-3 for a large? YASSS! But after telling the cashier about my supposed hoard of rewards she was unable to find them or ANY rewards for that matter. After going back of forth on my phone number and talking to someone behind the kitchen island they came up with the conclusion that I must be mistaken and used all my rewards. Now, it's possible the guy from the other day was mistaken. But if he wasn't 100% I don't think he should have told me I had 5 rewards. I also feel like enough wasn't done to figure out my issue. Obviously I care a lot about $5 to hold up a line. I ended up paying the full price (with mall discount ;)) because at this point... i just want to go home (and my drink was ready). As much as I grew to love the strawberry banana from my usual royal milk tea with tapioca... I won't be frequenting this place as often since rewards accumulate and disappear overnight. The pearl city location hasn't done me wrong (except for running out of tapioca once), so I guess I'll save my milk tea cravings for when I'm paying my husbands Best Buy card since it's across the street. In other aspects: * Staff is generally very kind. You can tell who enjoys working there. * French macarons are sold here. I've tried a couple flavors and you can tell when they have been sitting I think it may be the temperature of the fridge (not high enough?). They are ok to try at least once and priced decently. * line can seem long when it's at the door, but it's not so bad considering a lot of people like to wait in groups in line so it feels longer than it really is. Avoid peak times and get in with no wait. * mall discount is 10% (provide proof: name tag/badge/lanyard, schedule, etc) * give a fake, easy to pronounce name so you can get your drink faster. Some of the staff are embarrassed to say a name wrong and loud lol (it's cute) read more

I told my younger family members that they can go ahead and grab boba for the fam. I wanted my usual Green Monster, but my fam called me and were missing all of their green juices that day. I was thrown off a little, but it was fine. I decided to order their protein drink, called "Island Breeze." My younger family members not knowing any better, they wouldn't know the drink I ordered was a protein drink, although this is the only drink on the menu called "island breeze", so I expected the employees to know better. This is NOT the "island breeze" protein drink. This looks like a referesher/ iced tea. Obviously there's a huge lack of common knowledge amongst the staff. Please train your staff to know the menu better. read more
The only thing I've tried at this location so far has been the strawberry MT for BOGO on VDAY. I'm not a huge fan of strawberry MT so I wasn't thrilled about this one. To me, a boba is a boba, is a boba. I'm drinking it regardless. My kids enjoyed their drinks but I think we really like the boba keychains the most. I visit this mall often so I'll definitely be in to try other things. I just have noticed that Infinitea in general has higher prices compared to other boba spots in Kapolei. I always appreciate the little promos that are advertised here and there, helps me cut down costs for my fam of 5! The shop itself is really nice and clean. Enough tables and chairs for a couple of groups. Since its located in the "food court" area of Ka Makana Alii, there are tables and chairs right outside if needed. This place won't replace my usual, but it's good to know every now and then we can try something different. read more

I've been here before and never had anything bad to say until now. I first bought a watermelon fruit tea with rainbow jelly but it was too sweet they never asked me the sweetness level, so I bought a honeydew milk tea with mini boba. The boba in the honeydew was sticking all together and it was hard...I don't think they cooked it all the way or it wasn't freshly made. Also my sister bought a Jasmine milk tea with boba and they forgot the boba. There was not a line in the store, only one person ordering behind us so it wasn't busy enough to make a mistake. I guess the person making our drinks was new...I ended up throwing away all my drinks and walked next door at magnolias! read more

I don't know if I'm missing he hype. I've been here 4 times and each time the boba is not soft, they barely put enough boba in your drink (considering they charge per topping. Other places don't charge you for your first topping choice) and my tea is just okay. It's also really OVER PRICED. I go to a bunch of other boba places and their large (infinitea's medium) is the price of the small here. Overpriced & okay tea. If you're a person who cares about the actual Tapioca texture & taste, this place doesn't cut it. read more

Got the Hong Kong milk tea at 25% and it was too aggressive for my liking (but decent)! Second time I got regular black tea with 30% (thanks for the customization), but it was too sweet. Seems like gotta feel my way through the black teas to find the right combination for sweetness. I've had quite a bit of milk tea in my life, so comparatively, their teas come much sweeter than the rest. I mean, it's cool if you're into that, but I dont need more sugar highs! Also had to give it 4 instead of 5 because my tea deal wasn't really sealed... Needless to say, bummers. Quality product needs quality sealing! Maybe it'll change once I find the right sweetness and proper sealing? read more

Decent. The drinks are alright, but through time, they're just overpriced drinks. Most of the time, the boba is undercooked. The sizes are small and I've had other places that give more and are cheaper. The inside is clean, but it feels a bit cluttered. The last time I came here, there were people walking behind the counter. It seemed a bit unprofessional to have someone go in the back themselves and get their own straw. read more

I was in Kapolei to work out and decided to check out the Ka Makana Alii mall. Was a bit thirsty after the gym so I went to Infinitea. This place is a milk tea and smoothie place with various teas, fruit drinks, and smoothies. To judge milk tea places, I get their signature or special milk teas. That is what I got today a regular with boba for $0.50 extra. It was ok in taste not too sweet like other places, but you can choose your sweetness. The boba though was a bit hard. Infinitea was good but if I am in Kapolei, I would rather go to Hula Boba. The sizes are larger and there is no extra charges for toppings. Taste there to me is better too. read more
