This place is close to where we are staying and it's in the mall which makes it even more convenient, which is why we have already been here multiple times lol. I'mma be real, the first you thing you can say when you walk into the place is: it's pretty small. -- so believe me, when it gets super busy... the line to even order can be out the door/blocking the entrance to get in. The menu is big and a lot to choose from. I ordered the Thai Milk Tea w/ boba & a Dragon Fruit Smoothie for my boyfriends nephew. (I'm still wanting to try the dragon fruit but I was just in the mood for a regular common tea flavor).. Once you're done ordering you can have a seat (if you can find one) or stand on the side and wait for them to call your name and give you your order. Okay the dude that was ordering needs to have some more customer service bc he jut stood there and didn't even say "Hi what can I get for you today?" Or "Hey can I take your order?"... nothin. He was just expecting us to tell him what we wanted.. it was pretty awkward. So we eventually found a seat to wait. My Thai Milk tea was done first... BUT the employee calling for the people's name need to step up and say it louder. With the music going on and people talking... they need to not just say the persons name & stand there... why don't you say it louder and if no one claims it, they can say it again but go walk around since they walk up to the customers anyway to give it?. Royal milk tea with boba is one of my weaknesses! I love that it has become so popular that there is now so many different places to get my boba fix. Infinitea is a very reliable and affordable place to visit if you are also a boba lover! They are located in Ka Makana Alii where there is lots of parking and great places to eat and shop. Boba is the perfect pick me up after a busy day of shopping! Their royal milk tea is part of their Special Tea menu. Regular size teas on this menu go for $4.20. If you are very thirsty, you could go for the large ($5.25) or monster ($7.45) size instead. Their tea is very refreshing and their boba is perfectly cooked and sweetened! I have also tried their strawberry milk tea that was equally delicious. The best part about all these new boba shops is that you can pick your level of sweetness. Decided to sneak some tea into the movies and this place gave us the perfect opportunity. We ordered several different tea's. I really enjoyed the strawberry milk tea and the peach mango black tea both with boba of course. The fruit tea's are unique from other places because the have actual chunks of fruit inside which is very refreshing. The only thing I would adjust the next time I come would be the sweetness. The tea's are extremely sweet so maybe asking for 75 or even 50 sugar level would be more satisfying. Prices are a little more expensive than other tea shops but it's probably because they're located in a new mall with high rent so it's understandable. Service was friendly and pretty fast even though it was busy. They have a rewards program that you can register your phone number with. I believe it's buy 12 get 1 free but don't quote me on that. With a name like that I through the tea would be endless? No, but the taste is long lasting. Located at the mall food court this is a great place to get a refresher drink. I get my ice drinks from here because of all the exotic flavors. For this review, I'll write about the U be in love. Well its a ube drink with coconut jelly. You can get boba but the jelly is enough for me. Stated earlier, it's a very refreshing on a hot day and not too sweet in my opinion. I didn't know this but you can adjust the sweetness when you order your drink. Of course, there are 3 sizes for this drink but I don't see myself getting the monster. A large is good enough. Not only does it taste great, it looks cool in its clear plastic cup. The place very clean and has plenty of indoor seating. The staff is polite and they all seem to have fun working there. When we first got to the mall, this place had a line going out the front door! So needless to say - I had to try it! It is a cute cafe with unique flavors of teas, coffee, juices and smoothies. Infinitea is located at the Ka Makana Alii Mall in Kapolei in the food court area. Three of my family members and I decided to try it for the first time since we were craving something cold to drink. We got the Royal Milk Tea, Honeydew Milk Tea, Strawberry Banana Smoothie, and Matcha Crumble (keep in mind that this is a blended drink). When we ordered, they told us they didn't have bananas because they weren't ripe. So instead of a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, it was just a Strawberry Smoothie. They also took long to to make the smoothie and Matcha Crumble, and forgot to put mini boba in the Honeydew Milk Tea. The air conditioner also happened to be broken that day........ The cashier girl wasn't super friendly but the boy who gave us our drinks was really nice to us. He was friendly and kept apologizing for the long wait/drink mistakes which was nice because it made us feel appreciated. If you happen to be at Ka Makana Alii Mall and are craving some drinks, try something different that other milk tea places don't have.. Maybe one of their signature drinks. The other down side to this place are the prices. The drinks are a lot more expensive compared to all other milk tea places. I went in here over the weekend to see if I could get a sweet treat. I wasn't in the mood for ice cream or any type of dessert type items and I felt a boba tea would suffice. Nice little venue with a modern feel to it. There are some tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your tea and desserts and also a shelf that has board games on it. Not sure if anyone actually uses those, but I thought that was cool. Before ordering there was one other patron before me. They made their order and paid and done deal. I was up after and the same thing. Everything was pretty fast. The cashier who took my order was very polite and told me that they only had the mini boba's and if that was okay. I'd prefer have the mini tapiocas anyways so I was fine with that. I had ordered a large thai tea with mini boba. I was debating on getting the Monster size but decided since this was my first time trying this place, I keep it safe by ordering the large. This place was introduced to me by my friend who always craves bubble tea! Thank you friend! Teehee. She always knows the best places to go to for these kinds of drinks. My initial thought though, since I am not that big on bubble drinks, was that it would be the same old drinks any other places would carry; somethings like taro or coconut, put in a little tapioca. Of course I was wrong. They do have those drinks, but with their own little twist on them, making them more of a sugary goodness. And so this is what I got :D I choose the COFFEE CRUNCH because while I do not drink coffee all the time, it is a flavor that I do enjoy. By golly was that delicious!!! If your a coffee/chocolate lover, I would suggest this for you. Not only is there mini tapiocas inside, they have little chocolate pieces (I think they were chocolate) and it was just amazing at every sip. Watch out though, as most items on the menu, it is really SWEET! Also the tapioca balls were a bit too soft for my liking. I prefer the more chewy kind of tapioca, perhaps they were not so because of it being smaller. :/ of course what's great about them is sometimes you would be able to ask for jelly or something else instead of what is normally put in. Overall, I would say this place is really not bad and may just be worth the time of all the bubble drink addicts. Not to mention they do have "healthier" options such as all fruit smoothies. With all the new Boba Tea places popping up, decided to try this newer one at Ka Makana Alii. Just to be fare, I have Boba Tea once a week so I'm pretty picky. Also, I compare all Boba drinks to one of my favs, Taste Tea (which I rated a 5). First impression, "Yay! Another Boba place on the Leeward side to try." Second impression, "Wow. It's a pricer than others, but good variety of healthier choices on the menu." We ordered a Strawberry Guava Green Tea w/ 25% sweetness and large tapioca and Taro Milk Tea w/ 50% sweetness and large tapioca. Both were large. Rating is based on the following: -Flavor of drink = 3 stars -Boba = 2.5 stars (cooked well, not mushy or crunchy but had no flavor. Very bland) -Value = 2.5 stars (Price vs quality). Paid almost $14 for 2 large drinks and didn't want to finish it. -Service = 3.5 stars Nice people, nice cafe but you can't sample taste some of the drinks so you make a decision somewhat blind Verdict = Wouldn't go back. We stopped by here for the very first time to the mall since we always go to pearl ridge, but my husband and I decided to get something to drink before we head out back to waikiki. I tell you it's a must to stop here and get a drink when you're going to be on the road for a while. We ordered a peach mango and strawberry/banana smoothie with boba. I like bubble drinks only ok. But this place offers milk shakes, smoothies, gelato and macaroons. Also a plus, their boba is the softest that I've ever had. Thats an extra plus for me. They have 3 different sizes, regular, large and monster. Located in the food court of Kamakana Alii theres pleanty of parking. The bubble tea is nice and cold so its great for sipping while shopping at the mall. I really like their chocolate milk tea witb boba, and their chocolate milk shake and their banana peanut butter milk shakes are wonderful. I am a tea lover, weather it be natural tea, blended or infused. I came across this at the mall just looking for a refreshing drink to drink as I walked around the mall. I am impressed with the drinks I had tried the last couple of times we were in the area. My all time favorite is U-be Royal Milk Tea. For something on the stronger side I highly recommend the Honkong Style Milk Tea, but if wanting something on less stronger side go for the Royal Milk Tea. I did try their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, I thought it was on the sweeter side, even though I kept trying to mix it. Although, if you like sweet drinks that would be the one for you, but if like me I would highly recommend that you lessen the sugar. I want to rate this place higher, but I just can't (for now). I spend hella money here (because I work in the mall) racking up all the stars so I can save the rewards for when I'm broke lol So I came in the other day wondering why after all my visits I haven't been told that I have a reward. So I asked the guy, he does some tinkering and finds that I've been issued 5 rewards (all unclaimed). So of course I'm excited (who wouldn't be!?). So today I take my happy butt after work today for a treat. Spend $2-3 for a large? YASSS! But after telling the cashier about my supposed hoard of rewards she was unable to find them or ANY rewards for that matter. After going back of forth on my phone number and talking to someone behind the kitchen island they came up with the conclusion that I must be mistaken and used all my rewards. Now, it's possible the guy from the other day was mistaken. But if he wasn't 100% I don't think he should have told me I had 5 rewards. I also feel like enough wasn't done to figure out my issue. Obviously I care a lot about $5 to hold up a line. I ended up paying the full price (with mall discount ;)) because at this point... i just want to go home (and my drink was ready). As much as I grew to love the strawberry banana from my usual royal milk tea with tapioca... I won't be frequenting this place as often since rewards accumulate and disappear overnight. The pearl city location hasn't done me wrong (except for running out of tapioca once), so I guess I'll save my milk tea cravings for when I'm paying my husbands Best Buy card since it's across the street. In other aspects: * Staff is generally very kind. You can tell who enjoys working there. * French macarons are sold here. I've tried a couple flavors and you can tell when they have been sitting I think it may be the temperature of the fridge (not high enough?). They are ok to try at least once and priced decently. * line can seem long when it's at the door, but it's not so bad considering a lot of people like to wait in groups in line so it feels longer than it really is. Avoid peak times and get in with no wait. * mall discount is 10% (provide proof: name tag/badge/lanyard, schedule, etc) * give a fake, easy to pronounce name so you can get your drink faster. #9 of 2017 Yes! I am hooked on boba and am thrilled that Infinitea has opened at KMA (Ka Makana Ali'i). This tea joint has so many flavor combos and add ins; too much boba not enough time to try it all! We tried the Matcha Milk Tea with boba and coffee jelly and a Lava Flow with mini boba (my fiance is a creature of habit). The lava flow had SO much coconut flavor! My milk tea was delicious but I wish I had ordered a smoothie or blended drink as the jelly is hard to suck up at the end in between chunks of ice. Infinitea doesn't let you try a sample of your tea before sealing the cup, so sweetness levels are trial and error. Also, the bar stools at the front of the shop are placed awkwardly close to the neighboring table. You kind of have to graze people's back with your booty to get by. Overall, I'm stoked that there is a good quality milk tea/boba joint so close to home! Now I just have to avoid the temptation of getting one after I workout! EEEEKKKK read more

My son loves boba and while we were shopping, he begged me to stop in for a drink. I was a bit discouraged as the line was long and out the door. I was thrown off a little, but it was fine. I decided to order their protein drink, called "Island Breeze." My younger family members not knowing any better, they wouldn't know the drink I ordered was a protein drink, although this is the only drink on the menu called "island breeze", so I expected the employees to know better. The only thing I've tried at this location so far has been the strawberry MT for BOGO on VDAY. I'm not a huge fan of strawberry MT so I wasn't thrilled about this one. To me, a boba is a boba, is a boba. I'm drinking it regardless. My kids enjoyed their drinks but I think we really like the boba keychains the most. I visit this mall often so I'll definitely be in to try other things. I just have noticed that Infinitea in general has higher prices compared to other boba spots in Kapolei. I always appreciate the little promos that are advertised here and there, helps me cut down costs for my fam of 5! The shop itself is really nice and clean. I've been here before and never had anything bad to say until now. I first bought a watermelon fruit tea with rainbow jelly but it was too sweet they never asked me the sweetness level, so I bought a honeydew milk tea with mini boba. The boba in the honeydew was sticking all together and it was hard...I don't think they cooked it all the way or it wasn't freshly made. Got the Hong Kong milk tea at 25% and it was too aggressive for my liking (but decent)! Second time I got regular black tea with 30% (thanks for the customization), but it was too sweet. Seems like gotta feel my way through the black teas to find the right combination for sweetness. I've had quite a bit of milk tea in my life, so comparatively, their teas come much sweeter than the rest. I mean, it's cool if you're into that, but I dont need more sugar highs!
