I went to infinitea & i had the best experience ever. The bobarista i had was Tia, she was so sweet, extremely caring & ver thorough. She served me a Cookie monster drink & an Ube crumble, ive been to many places but it could never compare to infinitea. read more

Infinitea is located at the Ka Makana Ali'i food court and is one of 3 locations. They also have one located in Waimalu (aka Rainbow Tea House) and Honolulu. I've gone here multiple times with friends but ended up not getting milk tea because I've tried infinitea in Waimalu many times and being there are other dessert options around the mall. This location always seems to be busy being in food court area. Usually there's a line up to the door and gets crowded inside while people wait for their drinks. The seats and tables seem really packed together in as well. I'm thinking either they need a bigger space or a different layout. I was really craving milk tea while browsing the mall and stopped by. The snow matcha drink was good but a bit on the sweeter side. I added on haupia as well and at first I thought maybe they forgot to add in but there were some chunks at the top of the drink. The haupia was really mashed up and was not a big fan of the texture. For milk tea, I'm used to having chunks of haupia or custard in the drinks. When I've visited the Waimalu Infinitea locale they had huge chunks of haupia at the bottom of the drink. If you're really craving milk tea and happen to be at the mall, go for it but for now I might stick to the other west side milk tea joints in regards to the crowdedness or drink consistency. read more

Infinitea was a quali-tea place. Would I go again? You better tea leaf it. The second we walked in, this place was popping. It won't be oolong before I return, especially since they've added protein powder to the selection. Whey to go, guys. Whey to go. Anyone that leaves a bad review for this place is most likely leading a life devoid of joy and can mango home to re-evaluate their life choices, which may have been tarobly thought out. read more

Tried two of their new flavors, I think they were called Strawberry Crumble and Ube Crumble (basically blended drink w Oreo). The strawberry one was good but the ube one was straight up ice and just watery. We ordered it the same level of sweetness (regular/100%) so the inconsistency is shameful. Service is okay, I walked in and immediately the cashier looked ready to take my order but seemed a tad frustrated when I looked at the semi-disorganized menu for more than a minute. Also, I there is a special menu on one side of the wall away from the main menu, which kinda sucks bc I ordered before realizing there was such a menu. I think they should consolidate all their available flavors in one place. read more

Infinitea is located in the Kamakana Ali'i Food court right next to L&L. I decided to give this place another try because i love boba. My experience the second time around was a lot better. Their royal milk tea is probably the best drink i've tried yet. I got the 100% sweetness for that specific drink because the worker let me try it before buying it. It was perfect. Not too sweet, not too bland. My friend got their green monster, which has spinach, mango, papaya, coconut milk & greek yogurt. she says it's super good so i think next time i come back, i'm probably going to try it. I also purchased their cute boba keychains for $1.50 each!! Love it. read more

From the time you enter the door youw will be waiting over 40 minutes for your drink... so avoid this place. Service here is slow. Only one person taking the order and that same person is the one giving out the orders as it's done. Not sure what the other 5-6 people are doing just walking around in the back ground. The drinks, they look delicious BUT they don't taste as it looks. We wasted $30+ on this place. read more

Employees are always pleasant and courteous. The Coffee Crunch is soo good!! 1 drawback - the loud, squeaky, screeching glass door! Lol!

Best thing I had in a long time. My entire family enjoyed the cookies and cream, coffee, and honey dew. The best blended drinks!

I've been to alot of tea shops on Oahu and the Infinitea chain is by far the best among the rest! Located at the mall food court, this is place is inviting and their menu is extensive and inexpensive! They also give you a choice of sweetening your order to your liking! Inside the shop is clean with limited seating. I hope as they get more popular, that they will increase the shop's surface area. The staff are polite and friendly! I usually order the Monster Honeydew Milk Tea with Rainbow Jelly! I know, I love my milk teas a little sweet and sour, but each their own. The wait isn't long either. My favorite part of this place is its close proximity to my home in ewa. In conclusion, not only is this place close to home, it also tastes great, its clean, and the staff are friendly and they work hard and efficient! So come to Ka Makana Ali'i and grab yourself a cold and delicious liquid dessert, or visit your local Infinitea shop near you! You won't regret getting your tea...at Infinitea!!! read more

Guy on register was very welcoming and helpful. Asked me thorough questions to help me pick out a drink, ended up choosing the Ube Crumble. By far my favorite drink. Had a little bit of a a wait time because of the amount of people at the mall during the weekends, but it was worth it because the drink was so good. I already wanna go back to get another one. 10/10 would recommend read more

This is the newest hype at Ka Makana Alii in Kapolei. I ordered the U-be In Love. My husband ordered Coffee Crunch. I liked my drink. I wish there were a little more coconut gel in mine, but it was fine. My husband enjoyed his drink as well. We sat there sipping our drinks and reading the menu items. It was then he noticed his drink did not have the mini tapioca as the menu described. I informed the "runner". He was quick to correct it. What returned was a big turnoff for me. I had to chuckle because my initial impression of this place immediately spiraled down. They didn't bother to replace the seal on the cup. It came back with the big hole left by the straw. This place looks like it has pretty high standards when it comes to presentation. I was wrong. This is probably the most expensive boba drink I've ever had. I do prefer Thang's in town, and this place is not nearly as good, but it'll do. read more

Taste was good but they don't have Calpico. Rather expensive for a large it costed me $6.89 when a few miles close by I pay $4.19 but I get Calpico in mine and they don't have it. The convenience is it's at the new mall but you pay the higher cost. read more

Sis and I had time to kill before watching a movie, so we needed a drink to accompany our pastries from Nagoya. Question was- coffee or tea? We're loyal to Starbucks so Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf was a no-go. We didn't want to walk any further to check out the other stores, so we decided on Infinitea. I ordered the Ube in Love and sis ordered some type of pineapple tea. My drink was listed as a popular drink and it lived up to that claim. It had coconut jelly and ube ice cream. I personally would add more ube ice cream so it can be almost like a shake. The pineapple tea was bland and just a tad sour fr the pineapple pieces. Sis liked it, but I didn't. Wouldn't mind going back to try their other drinks. read more

I always love a great boba place. Infinitea has a great vibe right when you enter and they have so many flavors to choose from. This place is one of the top boba places I like going to on a daily. I use to visit them at their other shop but I'm so happy they opened up at the new Ka Makana Ali'i mall in Kapolei. Due to it being new, the line tends to get long at times but the workers are always moving so you get your drink as soon as possible. Recently I went with my family and we ordered a total of 3 drinks. The first one was an Oreo Milkshake. Second drink was a Thai Milk Tea with ice cream. Lastly we got one of their signature drinks a U-be In Love. Overall, the atmosphere is great, drinks are good & the workers are friendly. If you're in the area you should definitely check them out. read more

I am on the fence on loving this place. I think it's a great concept and I love boba tea. My biggest issue is the sweetness of the drinks, you have an option for 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% level of sweetness. My first drink was a taro milk boba at normal sweetness, and was way too sweet for me to enjoy. It was almost like thick syrup. Next I tried a lychee fruit tea at 25% and it was perfect. Next time I tried a ume plum fruit drink at 25% sweetness, it was so sweet it hurt my teeth. We still come here but I am hesitant to try other flavors. Im not sure if it's a mistake of adding too much flavoring, or depends on the flavor added. Update: My last visit I ordered an ube milkshake sub coconut milk at 25% sweetness. It didnt taste sweet at all, next time ill try it at 50%. read more

when lines gets long it can go pass the door. I felt a little squished in there. Maybe rearrange the seas and create the line another way?!? Towards the right maybe. The drinks are good but maybe it's just me and my simplicity that I'd put thus #3 if I compare it with teapresso and mr.tea. read more

I like tea/boba places and we go to Infinitea if we're at the mall. Only 3 stars because I have ordered the same drink (Avocado Smoothie with custard pudding, 50% sweetness) and it has tasted different each time. The first time, it was just as I expected. And then the last couple of times, it just tasted like ice and pudding. Order pick up could be more efficient because sometimes they call your name, sometimes they just call out the order so if there are multiples of the same order, just need to be careful. It can also get really busy and crowded so I wouldn't recommend bringing in a stroller, which I have had to do a few times. read more

I know I'm late, but I finally tried this place for the first time ever. & WOW was it pretty amazing. I had the featured ube haupia drink, & tried the oreo drink. Those two were amazing. If you're craving something sweet, this will definitely fulfill your craving. I knocked off a star because they don't take CC's. Maybe this is temporary, but luckily I had cash. If you haven't tried, you definitely should! Don't be like me and assume they only serve tea. Lol read more

Infinitea - Oreo to the left, ube in the middle. I forgot what the one on the left was. - Bubble Tea Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

I got the regular size coffee milk tea, regular sweet level, with boba. Cashier was not only friendly, but offered the rewards program to me. I forgot I had it... after I entered in my number, he notified that I had a $5 reward to use on the next visit. As I waited for my drink, I took notice of all the employees, whether they were behind the counter or coming in to work. All were kind and courteous to the customers, with either a smile or greeting. Some business may not value this ethic, but it really does go a long way, especially if they want customers to return. My drink took no more than 6 minutes to come out. And the same person that took my order also brought it out. The taste was consistent as previous visits. I enjoy this location for its items and the great customer service. read more

I used to really like this place when it first opened at kamakana Ali'i, but I've found that the price for what you pay just doesn't feel worth it! I've gotten milk teas with standard sweetness that tasted really dilute and their specialty drinks start at $5-6 for a small size.. I got the matcha crumble (aka with Oreos) and I felt like without the Oreos the match itself just tasted really bland. That and the smoothie was just so watery like it had melted already. The customer service is always nice and wait isn't too bad. The concept is cool it's the first boba place I've seen in Hawaii like Seattle where seats and chairs in a cool atmosphere that provides some board games to just "hang out" with friends. Unfortunately I still prefer hula boba over infinitea just for the taste and quality for what you pay for. read more

Sometimes you find that extra quality in service that makes you want to come back for more. Amanda and Justin have taken that extra personal step to actually make an effort to remember my name. I've been coming almost everyday not only because of the delicious tea but because of their smiling faces. I consider them to be friends and that's what makes a business stand out above the rest. I would give Infinitea 5 stars if more employees actually found it significant to remember a daily customer. Yet, 4 stars isn't all bad a rate. Love this new boba spot between Ewa and Kapolei, located in the new Ka Makana Ali'i shopping center. Because it's still a new place, the line can be long but they make sure to get it moving and your drinks to you as quickly as possible. I got the Honeydew Fruit Tea with Lychee Jelly and Mini Tapioca. The combo may be a little naturally sweet from the added lychee jelly. Honeydew Fruit Tea also comes with little pieces of the honeydew fruit in your drink. Fruit Teas are always my favorite because they're refreshing and don't give me headaches like milk teas. There's also board games available, which is really nice because people are off their phones for a bit and genuinely interact with others. My friend and I ended up staying for an hour playing Connect Four and ordered a second round of drinks while we were there. read more

I ordered a Hong Kong style milk tea and it is the worse milk tea I've ever had in my life. I threw out the rest after a few sips. It tastes like water mixed with condensed milk. You'd think they'll have more respect & better customer service during this time right, nope! First time here. I love bubble tea I just love the refreshing taste and chewy tapioca balls. I decided on the Thai Coffee for my first time at Infinitea. I got mine extra sweet because I am a sugar baby. My tea was indeed refreshing but the tapioca was hard in the center. Ever single ball wasn't cooked right. My son got the strawberry lihing smoothie with tapioca balls as well. The lihing flavor was faint and the strawberry more prominent. The tapioca balls in his drink was the same, undercooked and hard in the center. They must have made a bad batch. The ambiance was casual and the associates were friendly. They have a cool chalkboard wall that seems to be used quite frequently. I'll be returning to try it again. The tea was delicious. Just gotta work in the balls. read more

I love this boba place...unfortunately today was the first time I've been disappointed. I ordered my usual matcha crumble, and the Oreos crumbs that come with the drink were completely stale. With every sip it tasted like wet cardboard; nothing like Oreos. I don't really want to finish it at this point. So please Infiniti store manager (if you see this lol) have better quality control and make sure you double check and throw out old produce! read more

I went there earlier and got a Hong Kong Milk tea, no boba. I just wanted to try it. When I tried it, it was honestly super watery and nearly flavorless with barely a bit of the tea flavor coming through. I was sorely disappointed. However, the saving grace of my experience was the cashier who took my order. She was nice and polite so she's the good part, in addition to how fast the drink was. But then again, don't compromise quality for efficiency. I'd rather wait a bit and get a high quality drink over getting a rushed drink made in 5 min or less. You got some stuff to improve on, Infinitea. read more

Super yummy! I ordered a Thai Milk Tea with Boba & Vanilla Ice Cream! I would've took a pic, but I literally drank it so fast--it was that delicious. I can't remember what I would normally pay at other tea spots, but for some reason I feel like it was a little pricier. The line was super long, they went through the line as quick as possible. There are lots of options, so I guess I understand why the transaction takes a while. However my drink was out super fast, so no complaints. Hmm. If anything could be improved I would say that the layout of having the cash register be middle of the store is junk cause the line goes straight out the door (today's line was out the door), then if you wait for your drink on the left you have to cross the line to pick it up at the counter on the right. I would say they should move the resister to the far right, then pick up on left. It would flow so much better and feel less cluttered and crowded in there. read more

So far I'm not impressed. This is my third visit to this location and the consistent trend is long wait for my beverage. While the register person is adequately nice it does not surmount me having to wait 15 or so minutes. I've been in here during non-peak and peak times, it's the same. The beverages tend to be on the sweeter side, almost unbearable - so ask for yours to be half sweet if you don't want all of that diabetes. I'm at least moderately impressed by the varying choices of drinks; a mode of tea, milk tea, fruit juices, and smoothies. Although currently they are out of ube, a crowd favorite. If can stand to wait, I'll consider coming again. read more
