Tea: 3 times now I have this place a chance. Granted they write the ingredients and order on the cup, yet still manage to bork the order up. 1 wrong topping. Asked for grass jelly and got boba. 2 wrong sugar amount. Asked for 25% got 75% 3 Grass Jelly. Asked for grass jelly, and got back blended jelly, like the leftovers of the pot. I'm usually confident in the staff to not fluff an order, but three separate occasions is no bueno. read more

So many choices! They've got a flavor for ever craving! Conveniently located at Ka Makana Ali'i Shopping Center, your can get your boba/smoothie fix while shopping your heart out. It's a fairly small shop but the lines get pretty long because of it's already established popularity so it can get a little cramped sometimes. But, I think it's worth the little wait. This place is legit. They use good quality ingredients and you can tell in the taste. It's very hearty, thick and flavorful. They've also got a dessert case to choose goodies from, and gelato! Yum! Teas, shakes, green smoothies, fresh fruit smoothies, and a ton of topping choices... they've pretty much got you covered. The staff is friendly. One this particular day, the line was pretty long and there were a handful of customers waiting for their orders and only two girls in the back filling them. I could tell some customers were a little antsy but that couldn't be helped. It was clear that those girls were trying their best to get the orders out and that's all that I (or anyone rather) can really expect. But the lady at the register was very gracious and kept assuring the customers that their orders will be ready soon. It's the acknowledgement that makes for good customer service. So kudos for that! I had the mind to bust out a board game and play a bit while waiting. Lol. Cute right? Board games in a boba joint. Nice touch Infinite! I'll definitely be back again. read more

The prices are kinda expensive but worth it. They have so many good flavors & combinations. The Neapolitan and UBE combinations are very good with lychee jelly. Wish I went here when they had the light bulb bottles. If you haven't tried here, I recommended that you should try it out. read more

I've been here couple times, tea was ok. bobbas tastes really good tho. But I tried fresh fruits smoothie twice, watermelon and strawberry, there WERE NOT fresh fruits smoothie. no fresh fruits anywhere. I put chia seeds, which they put a lot, I like it. But if u want fresh fruits drink, go somewhere else. Also the drink is kinda expensive. The mall price. read more

We order Infinitea at lot at my job from the one in town, so I was pretty excited to find they were coming to Kapolei. I was finally able to stop by while shopping and got my favorite - The Green Monster debloating smoothie with no sweetener. It tasted a little different than what I remember from getting from the town location, but was still pretty good. Never felt the affects of the debloating, but I always get it because I enjoy the taste of the sweet coconut milk, mango, papaya flavor mixed with spinach. What I can't justify here is the price of the drinks. The mall must be charging an outrageous amount for rent or they must use the most expensive ingredients possible for their regular size to be $6-7, large $8-9 and their monster size a whopping $10-$11. That's the price of a full meal elsewhere and I can't find myself to splurge on a good, but average drink. read more

The Waimalu store messed up my order so I went to Kim & Haley, at the Kamakana store and they made the drive out to kapolei worth it! No complaints, no back & forth questions, just great customer service & willingness to make sure the customer is taken care of. They fixed my drink & made sure to 2x check what I wanted. They also gave me an extra drink for having to drive out there to begin with. I will definitely be going to see them when I am in the area! Great product & great customer service! read more

Second time I went in, in the last 2 months and both times out of Ube. Super disappointing. Please take down your posters of the Ube drinks if you're not going to replenish your Ube supply. Save yourselves and go get a boba drink somewhere else. read more

I love Infinitea! I'm so happy that they built one so close to my house. I don't drink Boba tea, but I love that they have fresh fruit smoothies. The smoothies are NOT cheap, but it would honestly cost more for me to buy all of the ingredients and fresh fruit to make my own smoothies at home. I usually phone in my orders, that way it's ready when I get there. My drink of choice is the Monster sized Triple Berry fresh fruit smoothie. It's a lot to drink at once, but I like to drink half then freeze the rest and either drink it later that day or save it for the next day (after it's defrosted a bit). It's still just as good when it's frozen and defrosted. :) read more

2017.11.03: Decided to try again on this lovely Friday night. Was treated with sticky, sticky floor. Like pull you flip flop sticky. Not a good look, you figure someone would hit the floor with a hot water and bleach solution to get that up. Hopefully they got my order right. 2017.10.27: Great night to step out get bubble drink and walk the mall. Not so great to get Bubble drink, place started with good customer service but the last two times, messed up my wife's order. And she loves the tea here. So sad they are losing their ear for customer orders. (Original Review) My family enjoys coming here. I've only been here 4 times. My only suggestion is start doing online preorders. Every time I come in there is a line to the door. People don't want to sit with other folks standing over them. Also many chains have started this type of ordering system so folks can save time. A visit to your store should not take 20 minutes. Finally the Syrup for the tea is very sweet. I asked for no sweetener and it still came out overly sweet. read more

New tea place at the new mall out in Kapolei. I love tea especially sweet teas, but for some reason, just like everything else in Hawaii...it's so expensive! So, I only treat myself once in great while. I got a regular Thai milk tea with small boba, medium honeydew melon with regular boba and a regular lychee smoothie with small boba for the kiddos. I had a pleasant experience with the cashier they even enrolled me in their rewards program real quick. As I waited for my drinks, I got a good look at the place. They had a cold display case of ice creams/gelato, and macaroons. The main seating area seemed crowded and hard to maneuver should each table be fully occupied but it wasn't the case this morning. The line quickly grew from the register to the door. I have to admit, although it was only 10:30 am it was getting really warm out. The structure and build of the mall does not provide a whole lot of shade. Maybe after 8 minutes, I got my teas which were nicely sealed and packed in a bag for me to take. I couldn't wait to quench my thirst. Unfortunately, my family couldn't wait either. So I couldn't taste the honeydew nor the lychee smoothie. I enjoyed my drink a little too quick, because it was empty in 10 minutes. Small boba was good, not too hard or chewy just how I like them. I noted that the ice to liquid ratio was really good. I don't like my teas watery when I get to the bottom of the cup. I'll probably try this place again, hopefully I remember to get something more specialized, like their chrysanthemum milk tea. Four stars for great customer service, and just the right amount of ice. read more

The wait is worth it. The dining room area usually gets busy, and sometimes people would need to wait outside for drinks. I am a milk tea lover and was surrounded by it in California, so having this tea place in a new mall is great. read more

There are 5 people behind the counter gossiping and talking and I waited over 15 minutes with 1 order in front of me. Awesome place to go get a refresher. Different selections from teas, milk teas, smoothies, etc. very fast and friendly staff as well. Been here twice and I always got the same person who rings me out. She's awesome. I wished I would of ask her name so I can give her compliments. She's always smiling and positive. That's what I like to see and that's how the business runs smoothly. It would be my go to place when I'm working here. read more

Infinitea - Wintermelon fruit tea with boba - Bubble Tea Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

Love that there's a closer boba place. My favorite boba place is Tea Time. But traveling to Pearl City can be a hassle. No matter where I go, I always order a Wintermelon Black Tea with boba and ice cream. This place has nailed it and I really love it. I also love that they have a lot of variety to choose from. So just in case I don't want my regular drink, I can chose something else. The reason, why I gave them 4 stars is because sometimes it's a hit or miss. Just last week, my regular drink was spot on, and today, my drink wasn't like how I ordered it last time. So consistency is the problem with me. Also, it gets busy really quick. Well around the afternoon when everyone wants something cold. And once it's busy, it'll take about 5+ minutes to get your drink. So be prepared to wait. read more

So far my favorite boba shop. I love their fruit teas. I had the strawberry guava fruit tea with boba with light ice. I got the monster size just because I felt incredibly dehydrated. It was sweet and sour all at once. The boba was made correctly. Glad to have come here after going to the beach. Quite refreshing. It's nice to see a boba shop with a lot of variety to choose from. What I love most about this place was that our drinks was personally given to us rather than the customer to come to the counter to pick it up. It's nice to see workers put that bit of effort to please their customers. Every little thing one does counts and matters. Will definitely be coming back here again one day whenever my husband and I are in the area. read more

I got a regular size Cookies'n Cream which was $6.95 +tax, while I liked there were generous amount of cookie crumbs in it, was disappointed that the boba pieces were in very inconsistent texture, some soft and some very chewy. For overall quality, I thought the drink was way too overpriced. Also the service was very slow, it took them a long time to make just one drink when no one was in line before me and the place was not busy at all. I found the whole space a bit messy too. Not dirty or anything but could be more organized. I've been to many boba tea places but this one is not my favorite. read more

When I first got a drink here, I was so overwhelmed with all the choices on the pretty chalkboard menu but they had a special at the time called, "Ube in Love", and I absolutely fell in love with it! It's my go to drink most of the time. But if I feel like switching it up, I'll go for a fruit tea. I'm a sucker for tarty flavors, so I'll drink a sour plum tea which kind of reminds me of the plum juice in an old school crack seed store. Today I wasn't feeling too nostalgic so I chose to drink my Ube. It's good to change it up once in a while. read more

Located in Ka Makana Alii in the food area! Lots of tables/chairs for seating inside and outside. Theres games too to play if you wanna hang out. Pretty extensive menu! Love that! Categorized by fruit teas, smoothies, milk teas, etc :) and i love how they have dif toppings! Small, Large, and MONSTER sizes O__O Ive tried different ones since they opened. - Hong Kong Milk Tea (4/5). With mini tapioca! Dif from a milk tea but still flavorful! :) - Dragon Berry (5/5) as a tea not smoothie. Added chia seeds! Love this one! Love the color as well! :) Not sour, not overpowering in sweetness either. - Peach Mango fruit tea (5/5) with chia seeds. Love the color, and very very yummy! Love the small chunks of fruit in there. Great for a warm day! -Hale to the Kale (3.5/5) smoothie. You can smell the ginger before sipping! The ginger taste was strong as well in this drink. Id probly only drink this if i wasnt feeling too well :p -Thai Milk Tea (5/5) w/ tapioca. Perfect! Smooth and not too strong like ive had in other boba places -__- Workers are nice and have great suggestions if you're unsure of what to get. Ask.them! They have a stamp card as well as a rewards program (ph number needed). read more

This place is awesome. Love all their drinks and the choices they give you to add on.

This order sucks. They didn't even bother to remake the drink when the seal was all wack, its a super obvious mistake and its not like "oh this is still okay to serve" bc i had to use scissors to poke a hole for my straw. then i take a sip and the boba is all hard and dry in the middle. how do you hand your customer this? I ordered on doordash. read more

Try this place out the staff is amazing and helpful the milk teas & smoothies always keep me coming back I love this place.

Great new place for milk tea & boba drinks in Kapolei. Tried the U-be In Love and The Green Matcha Milk Tea. Both were good, had flavor, not watered down. The place is new, clean, neat & cute inside. We got there just in time (about 11:30AM) before the line started to get long. So go early if you don't want to wait. Their specialty drinks cost a little more than regular ones, but the U-be in Love is delicious. It's layered mix of coconut and ube with coconut jelly hit the spot. I'm sure this place will do well, as we will be back for more, soon. They have a few board games on a shelf in the corner to play with while you wait or enjoy your drink. Signed up for their loyalty program, which is also a nice perk. read more

This is my first time at this location in the Ka Makana Ali'i Mall. It's located in the food court area. This location's prices are slightly more than the Waimalu location, it would have to be since it's a mall. Their service is great though and the drinks don't take that long. My favorite drink here is Ube in Love with lychee jelly! It's DELISH! The only thing I'll have to say there's not enough Ube ice cream to the proportion of the drink... There's also Macarons in the display case. I don't know how much they cost. Overall, it's a great place to stop by in the mall and pick up a bubble drink, smoothie, or their signature drinks! read more

Too expensive.. the location is convenient, and I would come back again because of it. Wide selection of drinks is great! Vons favorite drink is pink carnival and Laura's favorite drink is ube crumble. The ube crumble is super good! Sometimes I wouldn't care about the price because I really like their ube crumble. Their boba is not that good this time, too chewy. Other times it was standard boba. read more

The short of it: - Boba place located in food area of the Ka Makana Ali'i mall - Extensive menu and unique flavors - Reasonably priced - Lines can be a bit long, but drinks come out quickly - Favs: black sesame milk tea with boba The long of it: On my recent trip to Oahu I ran across this boba store while shopping at the Ka Makana Ali'i mall. There were a lot of flavors on their drink menu that I do not normally see in boba places in Cali. The black sesame milk tea immediately caught my eye and I decided to order that with some boba. The boba here had a great texture, just the right amount of chewiness. The black sesame milk tea itself was surprisingly really good. I normally do not finish my boba teas and can only drink half but I downed this one. This particular drink tasted just like black sesame flavored desserts and had the right amount of sweetness. I'm glad I got a chance to check this place out! read more

Got a little refresher drink while shopping at Ka Makana Ali'i. Came here during lunch on a weekday so not much crowd at the time. My friend recommended this place to me so I thought I'd try it out. I'm a big lychee fanatic so I had to get the Lychee Fruit Tea with Lychee Boba/Pop with 50% sweetness. Let me tell you... it's probably the best tea I've tasted yet! It really had chunks of lychee in it and the boba/pop was a great addition to the drink. On top of that... it literally took less than 2 minutes to get my drink! Loved it and I will definitely keep this place as my top spot for now. read more

First time here, and possibly the last. Took my wife and niece here to get a few drinks, but sadly my choice wasn't too great. Got the royal milk tea and it was really bland, maybe 20% sugar? Surprisingly this store doesn't ask for sugar level, so I thought maybe they'd at least leave it at 50%? Over all didn't like my drink. But my wife and niece enjoyed theirs so that's why I gave a two instead of one.. read more

Wish there was a no star option. I came here today around 3 and ordered 2 regular u-be in loves. I asked the cashier if the u-be in love came with boba because I didn't want boba. He said no but you can add it on if you want. As I was waiting for my drink I saw a girl eating cup noodle right behind the counter and after went straight to making drinks. Im pretty sure I waited 15+ minutes for two regular u-be in loves. It wasn't really busy and they were, in my opinion, overstaffed (6+ workers) for a weekday. Once it came I saw BOBA. I went up to the cashier and explained how I didn't order boba. As I was waiting for my "new" drink, I could see workers fooling around in the back. 10-15 minutes later and I still haven't gotten my new drink. I went up to the cashier and asked where my drink was and he went to ask another worker and apologized for like the 3rd time with no sincerity. Finally got my drink after another 5 minute wait and it looked like they just strained out the boba from my old one. It was mix together and basically melted. This was the first time Ive had bad service in here. Ive never seen any of those workers before. They were being unprofessional and immature. read more

The menu is unique and the drinks are good. But when we customize our order shouldn't you guys honor it since we're extra for toppings? Was really disappointed when I got me order. And I made sure that I told the cashier twice to put boba in the Ube in Love. We left & there was no boba. I mean yes it was my fault for not checking, but it says it on the cup itself to add boba. Also the wait time is pretty long, but I guess it's fine since they take the time to make the drinks and it's not premade. read more
