I love the way I went to this Starbucks for my free birthday drink -- that I had to wait over the estimated time because they out it in the drive thru window and then wait extra time for a cookie that takes 10 seconds to heat up only for it to get slammed on the counter. So I decided to give the cookie back bc I dont need any bad juju on my birthday. On top of poured out me drink bc it was actually nasty at the first sip. *positive note: we got the ham and swiss at only 4 minutes over the estimated time Go to waipahu, its worth the extra drive for great customer service.

This review is for the drinks and not the service or employees. I have been coming here for a long time and it has gotten progressively worse. Drinks are inconsistent meaning some days my order is made perfectly while other days it doesn't taste right making me want to throw it out but don't because of what I just spent. If you order an ice coffee you can expect it to be filled with ice so you will be done with your coffee after a few sips or it will be very watered down. I have ordered my drink with light ice with no difference. I think I am finally done with Starbucks.

Starbucksaholics... My besties' mom's extended visit due to mainland weather delays gave us more "we" time and she just needs to have her bucks-fix so in the Ewa area this would be the only place. Located in the heart of Laulani Village this location does have a drive-thru as well so they do gave very busy so parking too close to the drive-thru area is not recommended if you don't want to be trapped. With that they do have just a few seating and being the only Starbucks (besides the Safeway location) no seats whatsoever but thankfully there was a couple outside and it was later in the afternoon so it was a bit cooler. I always bring my cup...just incase and pile on the stars though mom paid I love the time we got to spend with each other as times like these are genuinely precious. I noticed that she's very active on the app she doesn't use the apple wallet to pay and tried to get it to work it so that she doesn't need to open her phone...which are all scattered with apps not grouped as well told her she needs to organize her phone lol! Moments like this is something I love as she's very independent, drives and is full of life we all need each other for support and love, just wished this location had more seating and though we say that with many places here is very much needed. Thank you!

We came to Laulani Village to have dinner at Rakki Ramen. I stopped by this Starbucks to grab a drink first. I grabbed my usual iced green tea in my reusable cup. If you bring in your own cup you get 10 cents off plus 25 bonus stars. You'll also be doing the planet a favor. The cashier was friendly. She took my order and I scanned my phone to pay with the app. There wasn't anyone if front of me, so my order came pretty fast. I got it within five minutes. I've been to many different Starbucks across the globe and their drinks tastes the same no matter what location you're at, so no complaints about the drink. Their selection of cups weren't that great. I've noticed that Starbucks inside Safeway and Target have way better cups verses the stand alone stores. The table that I was at was also a little dirty.

1/31/25 I always place my mobile order when I leave my house. I live five minutes away from this location. Usually, I arrive 10 to 15 minutes later. Today my mobile order was completed however, when I went in the location to pick it up it was not ready. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. Total 45 minutes wait. customer service not so good.

The drive through here is always busy so I actually prefer to order ahead or even walk in. Although it's constantly busy, the employees are super friendly and don't allow any customers to enter the door without welcoming them. I'm a cold brew type of coffee drinker but the ice brown sugar espresso is my new go to.

Came here because I had a starbucks gift card I had to make use of. This starbucks is convenient for me because it's close to me. The parking lot/drive through can be a hassle though. Sometimes when it gets very busy there's a long wait in the drive through that can go pass the intersection in the shopping center. Also there usually is a bit of a wait, I waited a little over 10 minutes in the drive through before I got my order taken. I normally would get a mocha frapp because I just love anything chocolate and coffee but it honestly doesn't taste good at all. My mom got a caramel frapp and I got the Pink drink, both were very delicious. Pink drink tastes like the pink starbursts candy. The crispy grilled cheese on sourdough is so good and fulfilling, I could barely finish it all. I expected my lunch to be a light meal but I was super full.

Took maybe 3-4 big sips from this tall iced coffee and I'm already sucking air! What's up with the ice being pretty much all the way to the top. My bad I guess. Gonna start hitting McDonalds iced coffee.

    Drive thru line.

24 November 2020 I am not sure how or why I have not reviewed this Star-beezy before but, here it is... I am an avid-ish coffee drinker; however, I usually prepare my own French pressed coffee at home (sometimes using SB brand beans). For me SB is a bit of a luxury and most times I only visit when they have offers or if I am away from home and want coffee. This particular location is 1 of 2 SB in Laulani Village Shopping Center! ONE of TWO within 100 meters of each other!! However, this one is a stand-alone and has a drive thru. From my observation, this one gets a lot more business than the other location in the shopping center. The other SB is inside Safeway and does not have a drive thru. It seems EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I drive by, there is a long line (typically between 6am and 9am) at the drive thru and the surrounding parking lot is full, indicative of a busy in-store as well. This location is small-ish and the drive thru is usually a nightmare in the morning - the long line impedes the flow of traffic to the nearby businesses in the shopping center. There is only one door. This creates the potential for collision of customers entering and exiting. Although small-ish, I think they have enough room at the other end of the facility where another door could have been installed (they likely wanted to maximize indoor seating and opted not to add another door...which indoor seating is still blocked due to covid restrictions anyway). Of the two locations in the shopping center, I believe this location also gets a lot of customers since customers can order ahead using the SB app; order ahead is unavailable for the other SB location. The drinks offered and the merchandise is not drastically different from other SB. [SB should have a challenge - spot the differences between locations ]. Each time I have gone, I have had friendly customer service, and ordering via the app should not cause any mistakes with the order anyway. Though, my drink is generally simple. I visit this location for its conveniences - drive thru and ordering ahead availability and recommend it outside of the busy times.

One of my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy it is. Definitely makes it worth the wait and the stop by.

Overly iced latte even though the label shows I clearly asked for light ice.
    Kisko L.

Normally I like this location. HOWEVER I've noticed some issues: they never have any merchandise that I am looking for, and they aways over-ice my drinks when I've ASKED for light ice (see picture). It even says light ice on the drink sticker, yet it's still nearly full of ice after I finished my matcha latte. Pros, and the only reason I gave 3 stars: the service is good. The drive thru can be long but the staff are very very nice.

My baby! Their Halloween drink was like orange juice blended. Meh.

Getting there took us some time- A) my husband and I were driving from the Aiea area to Ewa Beach... on a Friday afternoon, and B) parking was a pain, but we were able to find street parking pretty quickly. We knew what we were getting into before our drive, and I'm so glad we did because it was well worth the trip! The ice cream shop is fairly small- can't hold a lot of people and no seating inside, but there's plenty of tables outside, and the weather outside was just perfect with some sun and a breeze! The line moves quickly, so ordering isn't a pain at all! I ordered their calamansi dreamsicle and my husband got their root beer float, and both were 10/10! I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could've tried more of their flavors (like their strawberry guava one)! First off, the calamansi dreamsicle was really refreshing and creamy; it had hints of citrus, with a lemon/orange taste, perfect for a warm summer afternoon! My husband had the root beer float, which had their house-made vanilla ice cream and root beer from Maui Brewing Company (I didn't even know they made root beer)! It was delicious as well- I loved that I was able to see little black specks of vanilla bean in the ice cream, and the root beer had hints of honey in it! My husband and I knew the root beer tasted different (in a good way), but couldn't put our finger on it until I read the ingredients and saw that honey was one of them! Super yummy!! All in all, my husband and I agreed that we'll be coming back again to try different flavors!

So I was a tad annoyed. But then I actually looked at the sign and it said 11am. They opened the doors right on time at 11 and took the first two customers in. I waited not even 5 more min before they let me in. Initially they were still making drinks for Jolene's staff which I think is awesome to bless their staff with a drink but it really delayed the drinks for the rest of us. They were very nice tho and kept apologizing. Wasn't a huge problem bc at the beginning of events like this you need to hit your groove. I was out of there by 11:22. The girls in front of me ordered a total of 4 drinks, and I ordered 3 drinks.... So I guess over all with all the staff drinks they had to make, and the fact that it was only one drink maker... they were still pretty quick. The line was wrapping around Jolene's so I think they will do well. I ordered the Vanilla Salted Caramel, the Strawberry Matcha Spritzer, and the Hojicha. They were only offering oat milk today, I think to manage the line, but if you go to their IG they normally offer other milks. I will need to try them again when I can choose bc I do not really like oat milk. But I do like how you can customize your sweetness level. All our drinks were good. My daughter pilfered the spritzer. Of the three the salted vanilla was the best. Their straws were cute pink heart straws that didn't photograph well in its wrapping. But my daughter says she's gonna use one on Wednesday bc it's pink lol. And we got a cute sticker too!

Is it because they are Chinese? I always talk to them when I go. Fast, friendly and the drinks are great and surprisingly cheaper than a Starbucks! Go get some, you won't regret it!

I've seen Coffee or Tea? whenever I'm in the area but really have the hardest time finding parking at this Crossroads at Waipio complex which is probably why the limit customer parking to 30 minutes to be fair but then that leaves you little time to sit and relax as they do have some tables inside to do so. After finishing at Car Wash 808 Express I though to give it a try and was lucky enough to get a parking and knew it was meant to be as I walked in liked what I saw inside as it's nice and clean and quite spacious and had many of the snacks and treats to choose from as well. I did notice their featured drinks and the Honey & Lemon Black Tea which sounded exactly what I needed and though I'm able to adjust the sweetness and ice level as well is nice to enjoy my drink, the staff made it very fast and efficient giving me lots of time to run over to Golden Coin for some lunch as well. Love this cozy spot though the time limit does deter me from visiting here as I do like to sit and enjoy my tea sometimes as well. Thank you!
