Tell me who is bright eyed, bushy tailed early in the morning without needing a Starbucks? (looks around) okay maybe a couple of you folks...but as for me, the day does not seem complete without having a Starbucks cup in my hand, well for most days I am out & about...
So whats the saddest truth to my review? Okay brace yourself.
I don't drink coffee."What the heezzzyy fo'shizz whaaa?" Yes I am 6'1 in height so I am a tad bit afraid of the coffee due to hearing that it "shortens" you within the years.....(did you get my sarcastic mannerism? haha...Shout-Out to all my short people! you are all awesome regardless!). But seriously, I am not a big fan of coffee, but there are someday's where I truly need it (those days are most time rare). BUT, they're teas. yaaaaaaaaaaaaassssss hunnti, this girl is addicted! & yes I drink my teas unsweetened, meaning NO water, NO sugar.
Some of you may agree and know the feeling I have, and some of you are like "uh, I need sugar, syrup, something!" or "really? go to Mcdonalds sweetie its $1" (which I do go to Mcdonalds for breakfast, ice cream & they're teas..) but anyways back to the subject, I love trying different concoctions of they're "Ice Teas".
Favorite currently: Half black tea/Half strawberry tea, No Sugar, No Water with Thai Walls.
Okay, every time I come to this drive-thru, they murder my current addiction with they're version of "Thai Walls", literally half the cup is filled with the sugar madness, like there was a war or something.
What they do get right is my following tea options:
+Black Tea - No sugar, No water
+Green Tea - No sugar, No water
oh yes, I drink everything "iced", and who would not get this wrong? I mean its as simple as simple could get unless I order:
+ Half black tea, Half green tea, 2 scoops matcha, no water, no sugar, thai walls
(they usually ask me to repeat myself, but it does not seem that complicated, right?)
Overall, this starbucks location is a "hit or miss" place when it comes to getting your order right.....my sister (who I blame for having this addiction, because shes addicted to Starbucks as well) & I always come here, only b/c its drive thru, so it's easier then loading 9 month old twins and a busy 3 year old inside.
Reasons for my 3 stars?
- Drive-Thru can be super slow in service
- Orders come out wrong most times
- Always running out of inventory (like seriously?)
But they have friendly workers there who try they're best to correct whatever went wrong. So 2 thumbs up for them!
I would re-do my ratings, if and when they start approving and not get any of my teas wrong for a week straight! but honestly I rather go to the Starbucks by Foodland/Subway. *shruggs*
Oh, & before I forget.
"Hi my name is Azadeh, & I am addicted to Starbucks teas! oh not to mention they're cranberry orange scone" (I'm a recovering addict though, its been 3 weeks since I had one! eek!)
Happy coffee & tea drinking Yelpers!
PS: as of 7/8/14 - I minus 1 star for horrible horrible service & still messing up our drinks and running low inventory (like always!) read more
